Un nuovo passo verso la valorizzazione del biologico in Sardegna: nasce il primo menu certificato bio per i ristoranti dell'isola, un'iniziativa promossa dal Distretto Bio della Sardegna sotto la guida del presidente Andrea Campurra. Questo progetto rappresenta un'importante innovazione per il settore ristorativo regionale, che punta a garantire qualità, sostenibilità e trasparenza ai consumatori. Un menu certificato bio per garantire qualità e sostenibilità nei ristoranti sardi Il lancio del primo menu certificato biologico nei ristoranti della Sardegna è una grande opportunità sia per i produttori biologici locali sia per gli operatori della ristorazione. Secondo il presidente Andrea Campurra, questo menu non solo offre una garanzia di qualità al cliente finale, ma risponde anche alle esigenze di un mercato sempre più attento alla provenienza e alle caratteristiche organiche degli alimenti. Grazie al rigoroso processo di certificazione, un ente terzo verifica il rispetto di standard molto stringenti, assicurando che il menu sia composto da prodotti biologici al 100% e possibilmente a chilometro zero. Il tour nazionale per promuovere il biologico: obiettivi e tappe future L'iniziativa del menu bio nasce nell'ambito di un progetto più ampio promosso dalla Regione Sardegna, che ha portato il Distretto Bio a organizzare un tour in dieci tappe in tutta Italia per promuovere l'agricoltura biologica e i prodotti certificati. Attraverso seminari, tavoli consulenziali e villaggi del biologico, l'obiettivo è creare una rete nazionale che valorizzi la produzione biologica, con un'attenzione particolare al territorio sardo. La tappa più recente si è svolta a Cuneo, con un evento che culminerà a ottobre durante la Fiera Internazionale del Marrone. La rete come chiave per il successo: collaborazioni e sostegno istituzionale Il progetto gode del sostegno di realtà importanti come Coldiretti, Campagna Amica, Confcommercio e la Fondazione di Sardegna. Per il presidente Campurra, costruire una rete solida è fondamentale per diffondere la cultura del biologico, puntando non solo ai ristoranti ma anche alle mense scolastiche e sanitarie. Solo con un impegno collettivo si può creare una massa critica in grado di sostenere una crescita reale del settore, promuovendo il cibo sano e di qualità sulle tavole di tutti. Ostacoli e prospettive future per il menu certificato bio Tra le principali difficoltà del progetto vi è la possibile reticenza dei ristoratori a sostenere i costi iniziali di certificazione e ad adottare nuovi standard. Tuttavia, il Distretto Bio della Sardegna ha già siglato un accordo con dieci ristoranti pilota, offrendo di coprire il primo anno di certificazione grazie a un finanziamento regionale. Questa strategia mira a superare le barriere iniziali e a diffondere con più facilità il menu bio. Inoltre, cresce l'interesse da parte degli operatori locali, con richieste e curiosità che promettono una buona adesione nei prossimi mesi.
