Natalie had the pleasure to talk to Laura Danger after being a huge fan of her social media presence on the idea of “weaponized incompetence”. Laura will go over how fair play has a role in healthy expectations and boundaries within your marriage and relationships. Natalie and Laura will also discuss distinct examples that they have witnessed of this idea of weaponized incompetence where your partner gets to just not know how to do something and you pick up that emotional/physical/mental labor. Not only do they find that as a really petty excuse to not be involved in a laborious activity, but they also discover that weaponized ignorance is also at play when it comes to how women are treated within their homes, society, and the world.Follow us at @menivetoleratedpod on Instagram and https://www.patreon.com/menivetoleratedpod on Patreon for bonus content! F1 is finally back after the long summer break, and so are we. This week's live stream gets rolling with a little game: is it a George Russell insult or the name of a bird? (Harder than you think.) From there we dive into the latest silly season chatter, including the rumored Cadillac driver lineup that has us raising eyebrows. And of course, we look ahead to the rest of the season with some bold, probably wrong, predictions. It's the return of racing, a reset of the grid, and a reminder that while IndyCar is fun, it just can't quite fill the Formula 1–shaped hole in our hearts.
In this week's episode, Zoe and Hannah are back from their summer break to discuss the F1 drivers' summer break! They also answer some of the biggest questions we all have going into the second half of the season, like who will get the Red Bull seat next year, if Ferrari will win a race this year, and who will win the 2025 WDC.

Send us a textThis week on The Days Grimm, join hosts Brian and Tom as they take a break from their usual schedule to bring you a special recap of their annual 2025 summer float trip. The duo recounts their adventurous weekend on the Current River in Donovan, Missouri, filled with hilarious mishaps and unforgettable moments. The episode kicks off with a story about a stop at a quirky, "redneck Buc-ee's"-style store called Boomland, where a search for the perfect garden gnome ensued. The main event, however, was the "Night of the Raccoons," a wild tale of a campsite invasion by a tactical team of trash pandas. Listen as the hosts describe their face-to-face encounter with a mother raccoon and her army of beady-eyed babies, leading to a late-night Google session on whether raccoons can open zippers and smell sealed Pop-Tarts. The adventure continues on the water with a harrowing tale of their tube flotilla getting dangerously tangled in a tree, resulting in a popped tube and a moment of pure helplessness against the river's current. Amidst the chaos, Tom showcases his legendary campfire cooking skills, whipping up everything from steak and rice to giant homemade meatballs. Tune in to hear all the details, from funny anecdotes about their fellow campers to brainstorming future float trip ideas like creating a "Current River Pirates" flag and training a raccoon army. It's a classic episode of bullshitting and reminiscing that gives listeners a behind-the-scenes look at the hosts' yearly tradition. If you took some time off this summer — whether it was intentional or just happened while life got busy — you're not alone. Reentry can be tough, but this episode will help you hit the ground running without burning out. Here are five fresh, feel-good ways to ease back into your business after a break. https://creativesonfirepodcast.com/episode209 1. Time Block Your Week (And Your Next Break!) One of the easiest ways to feel in control of your business again is by deciding ahead of time when you'll work. Not just the day — but the specific hours. Choose time blocks that are non-negotiable, distraction-free, and easy to stick to. Then do something fun: plan your next break! Whether it's a weekend getaway or an afternoon off, putting something on the calendar to look forward to makes a huge difference in staying motivated. 2. Change Up Your Workspace Sometimes the best way to spark new energy is to move your desk, buy a cute new candle, or even just grab a new notebook. Freshening up your space helps you mentally reset and signals your brain that it's time for a new season. Even small changes can breathe big energy into your workday. 3. Evaluate Your Plan Before You Dive In Instead of jumping into that big idea that came to you while sipping beachside margaritas, start small. Make a list of the familiar things that actually move the needle in your business and plug those into your time blocks first. Then, take that dreamy big idea and break it into baby steps you can start adding in without overwhelm. Focus on the platforms you're most excited to work on, and use that excitement as fuel. 4. Stack Your Habits (Personal + Business) James Clear calls it habit stacking — and it's brilliant. Attach a small personal goal to your work block. That could be finishing a Stanley full of water, taking a 10-minute walk before or after your session, or prepping a healthy snack so you're not tempted to graze your way through the pantry. When you combine work time with a habit that supports your life, you're more likely to show up consistently and feel good doing it. 5. Automate Everything You Can This one's a game-changer. Imagine your business running while you rest. It's possible when you automate strategically. Here are a few of my favorite ways: Facebook Fuel gives you ready-to-post content you can schedule for consistent engagement (even on days when you forget to show up). The Evergreen Email System runs Monday/Wednesday/Friday emails automatically each quarter, sharing your best content and driving traffic to your blog — without you lifting a finger. Batching + Scheduling content in advance frees up brain space and energy, especially during busy seasons. Automation isn't just about saving time. It's about creating freedom — and that vacation-mode feeling — even while you're working. Final Thoughts You don't have to come back from summer at full speed. Easing into your business with intention is how you build momentum without burnout. Use these five steps to reset your rhythm, protect your energy, and prepare for the most profitable season of the year. If this episode encouraged you, I'd be so grateful if you'd leave a 5-star review or share it with a friend. That support means the world! Until next time, Stay creative. And if you're tired of trying to figure it all out alone, come join me inside Facebook Fuel—your once-a-week creative boost to grow your audience and your income using what's working now.

With the Formula 1 summer break in full swing, The Fast Ones goes off-script for a laid-back live stream. There's no set agenda—just Max and Mike talking motorsport (and whatever else comes to mind) while the world's fastest sport takes a breather. Expect speculation on what to watch for when F1 roars back, driver and team predictions for the second half of the season, and some honest talk about why IndyCar, fun as it is, just doesn't quite scratch the same itch. It's part casual hangout, part motorsport therapy session—perfect for fans needing a fix before lights go out again.
