Katherine is a psychotherapist, writer, speaker, and former onsite therapist at Google. She earned degrees and trained at UC Berkeley, and Columbia University with postgraduate certification from the Association for Spirituality and Psychotherapy in New York City. She works with women who self-identify as perfectionists  This episode isn't about “overcoming” perfectionism as you've probably heard before.
