This will be my final episode of the podcast (for now at least) – I have decided to end my podcast, wind down the coaching business, and focus on scaling my land business. I have had a great experience focusing on coaching and helping ~65 of you getting started investing in real estate, but the time and attention required has taken focus away from the thing that has gotten me to where I am today.
