It is my absolute honor to have my friend and loyal bad b Theresa Mobilio on Hot Girl Pilates. 5 years ago, Theresa became very ill. She had just completed her 200hr yoga teacher training when all of the sudden a mysterious pain on her side turned up, gaps of memory were just gone and she lost her sense of standing on solid ground. It turned out she had an extremely rare autoimmune disease called Anti NMDA Receptor Encephalitis. Her body was attacking her own brain.
