THE STRENGTH OF A WOMAN: A tale of Love, Depression, Despair and Conquest. This interview was aired on Lifestyles with Tia, TV which was broadcasted on Local LA Channel, K24LS 24.7 Amazon Fire & Roku on Preach the Word LA Live Feed PreachthewordnetworkTV This is the inspirational story of Ingrid Charlery, an immigrant from St Lucia Island in the West Indies. The book provides a vivid insight to the life of this young woman and how she survived through the power of prayer against seemingly insurmountable emotional pain. Two catastrophic relationships both characterized by blind love and heartbreaking betrayal drag her from the crest of the happiness wave to the treacherous rocks of broken promises and shattered dreams. The events and experiences of abuse, lies and underhandedness provide the foundation of this heartrending story. Ingrid describes in graphic detail how circumstances forced here and her young daughter from a comfortable home onto the dirty and uncomfortable floors in shelters for the homeless. When the true colors of the man she loves emerge, and she discovers she has been living with a psychopathic drug addict she knows she has to escape. But it is not that easy. On the verge of following in her own parents' footsteps by leaving her daughter in the care of a foster home, Ingrid had planned to go one further and take her own life. Her awakening and new found emotional strength through the power of prayer and the hand of God make this true life drama a spellbinding read.. Today, Ingrid is a public speaker and a counselor for the depressed, desperate and suicidal. https://www.linkedin.com/in/ingrid-charlery-809396109 --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tiaspage/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tiaspage/support

Tonight's guest is Emmanuel; he is a nutritionist and a therapist. In this episode, we will be having a casual talk about health & nutrition. The story behind this interview & how I met Emmanuel: As some of you know, I started my Podcast on the Island of Oahu, and now it's streaming from Catalina Island. In the building where I currently run the show, there is a community fridge; one day, I opened it to put my grocery inside and saw a pack of Natto. In case yall don't know what "natto" is, it's a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. Not to be biassed towards other ethnicities, but I haven't seen an Asian in the building, and since natto is not the most popular dish to different cultures, I was curious to know whose it was. =) There came a curly hair, tanned, fit, South American Man, and that was Emmanuel!!! He is into the Japanese culture; his sister is really into Korean culture, and since I am both of those races, we connected instantly. This drove us to have an open talk discussion about health and nutrition. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tiaspage/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tiaspage/support

Today's guest is Esther Jordan, who will be talking about her healing journey. When Esther was just seven years old, she was prescribed somewhere between 60 to 80 mg of Ritalin, because she liked to stare out of the windows at school. She eventually got switched to Adderall around 7th grade and didn't stop taking it until 12th grade. Those ten years of pharmaceutical poisoning left her with every known side effect that the FDA associates with those drugs. Painful facial tics, MS hugs, shooting nerve pain up and down her legs, not to mention unexplained and not instigated bouts of severe depression, paranoia, and sleeplessness. All of these symptoms continued for the next 13 years since stopping the drugs. She was able to gain clarity and healing through Sozo (a form of counseling) and essential oils. Tune in to hear her incredible journey of triumph over pain.
