The lungs are the gateway to our breath. Often in life we allow things and people to "take our breath away" and suffer with respiratory issues that can go on for the duration of our lives. Who and what needs to be removed from your life so that you can finally catch your breath?
As we move through our major organs we will gain a better understanding of its functions and how our emotions relate to them. These sophisticated systems must be handled with care by way of our consumption. If we are careless with our body organs it will show up in other areas of our lives and have an impact on our personal relationships.

In this episode we discuss the importance of giving skillfully. Being able to help people is one of the greatest offerings we can give to others. We must be mindful of how and who we give to, this helps us understand the reason we are helping and keeps us from having feelings of guilt or obligation when we are no longer able out out fires for others.
Ohhh, the conversations we have about having enough time. I encourage you to look around and see where you may be misappropriating some of your time. Be truthful with yourself, are you using your time wisely?
Knowing your intentions help to produce the best results. Create a plan and work that plan, Be intentional about working diligently towards the things that you desire.
To put then in their proper place helps us to stay organized and on top of things. What happens when we try to find "proper places" for our emotions? What happens we only go back into these compartments when we are triggered? In this episode we discuss that while compartmentalizing may serve some skillful purposes it can also lead to mental imbalances if not managed properly.
Taking a look at our self-esteem as adults is paramount to the growth process. We hold conversations about our self-esteem in our developmental years, but what happens in adulthood when we no longer have these conversations about the value we add to the world?
