In 2025, U.S. digital health startups raised $14.2 billion. AI-enabled companies captured 54% of it. Every prediction in every roundup carries one quiet assumption underneath it. The patient on the receiving end can use what's being built. The Pew data from January says something different. Two trajectories. One looks like progress in aggregate. The other looks like the patients with the worst health outcomes being structurally locked out of the system that's being built. Chris Boyer and Reed Smith examine what happens when digital strategy and health equity stop being parallel tracks and become the same problem. Why the 2026 AI investment narrative quietly assumes a digitally capable patient, and what the population data actually shows The smartphone-dependent patient most health systems haven't internalized, and why portal UX fails them by design Why disparities in patient portal access are widening for low-income, less-educated and 65-plus populations, even as overall use rises What the 2025 cancellation of federal digital equity funding means for health systems whose patient panels actually need the work done Modality mix as the reframe: digital, phone, in-person and printed channels as a portfolio allocated by segment, not a hierarchy everyone migrates toward The University of Michigan study published in JAMA Network Open in October is the one to anchor on. Researchers looked at 511 hospitals in 51 counties in 17 states where census data showed at least 300,000 LEP residents. 29% of those hospitals offered the patient portal login in English only. 60% offered English plus Spanish. 11% offered three or more languages. In counties specifically chosen because they have hundreds of thousands of patients who don't speak English at home. If your most-invested-in digital experience reaches the patients who already had the most options, and barely touches the patients with the worst outcomes, what is your digital strategy actually optimizing for? On this solo episode, host Travis Chappell breaks down five self-help practices that are actually backed by data instead of wishful thinking and prosperity-gospel fluff. He pulls from research in psychology, public health, and longevity science to separate simple, high-ROI habits from trendy hacks that barely move the needle. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by morning routines, supplements, and cold plunges, this conversation will help you refocus on what truly improves your mental, physical, and financial decision-making capacity. On this episode we talk about: Why regular physical activity is one of the highest-ROI levers for mood, resilience, and long-term brain and body health. How mindfulness and meditation (in many different forms) reduce stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms while pulling you back into the present. The role of high-quality, restorative sleep as a performance enhancer and mood stabilizer—not a luxury. Why strengthening social connections is as critical as nutrition and exercise for both mental and physical health. How gratitude and cognitive reframing act as low-cost, repeatable “mental workouts” that buffer you against stress and negativity. Top 3 Takeaways Simple behaviors beat complex hacks. Regular movement, decent sleep, basic mindfulness, social connection, and gratitude are the science-backed foundations that drive most of your long-term health and happiness—not exotic routines or supplement stacks. Modality doesn't matter as much as consistency. Whether it's walking, golf, pickleball, journaling, or silent reflection, the key is finding sustainable ways to move your body, be present, connect with people, and notice what's good in your life. Your emotional state is often a lifestyle signal. Before you make big decisions or react in anger, check the basics—are you sleep deprived, isolated, inactive, or fixated only on problems instead of also on what's working? Notable Quotes “If exercise were a pill, it would be the blockbuster of the century.” “Ultimately, the only thing that's actually real is the present moment—the future doesn't exist yet and the past doesn't exist anymore.” “You can't expect to live a great life when you're getting poor quality sleep all the time.” Connect with Travis Chappell: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/travischappell Twitter/X: https://twitter.com/traviscchappell Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/travischappell Other: https://travischappell.com Travis Makes Money is made possible by High Level – the All-In-One Sales & Marketing Platform built for agencies, by an agency. What if every healing modality you've ever tried worked exactly as advertised, and that's precisely why none of them stuck? Dr. Darren Starwynn has spent over 30 years watching people get genuinely better, and then watching them reload the exact same pattern six months later like nothing happened. As the inventor of the Acutron, an FDA-cleared microcurrent electro-acupuncture device he developed in 1988, he had a machine that produced near-miraculous results. Pinched nerves releasing in two minutes. Chronic pain dropping from a 10 to a 2 in a single session. And he still walked away from it.Because the technique was never the problem. The problem, he says, is that most people are running a brand new healing protocol on a completely unchanged operating system. He calls that operating system your identity, and until it shifts, you're not healing. You're buffering. In this episode, Darren explains why healing fails at the identity layer, what the "Avatar Self" actually is (and no, it's not the blue people), and why a Jewish doctor from Connecticut now receives transmissions from the spirit of Jesus. It makes more sense than it sounds. Probably. In This Episode:Why an FDA-cleared medical device that worked led Darren to conclude that technology was never the real healerThe shamanic ceremony in which Jesus appeared to a Jewish doctor and told him to change careers, and why that wasn't the weirdest partWhat the Assemblage Point is, why trauma physically displaces the epicenter of your energy field, and how realigning it cleared one patient's chronic pain, seizure symptoms, and mental fog in a single session without Darren ever touching her ankleThe "slave self" versus the Avatar Self. what the Matrix got right about why we can't heal the thing we're using to try to heal itWhy 85% of spiritual teachers, according to a Jack Kornfield study, have committed some form of sexual, financial, or power abuse with their students, and the one question to ask before trusting anyone claiming to help you awakenQuantum healing over Zoom. why Darren says the quantum field is not limited by distance, or timeWhat a "quantum catalyst" actually does in a room full of people, and why group retreats produce breakthroughs that online sessions simply can't matchThe specific reason so many gifted healers go through the most chaos on their path to getting there, and why that's not a sign of weaknessResources Mentioned:Darren's website: drstarwynn.comFree course for healers and healthcare practitioners: avatarmasterhealer.comBook: Awakening the Avatar Within by Darren Starwynn, O.M.D.Upcoming presentation: Beyond Technique: How to Serve as a Master Quantum Healer, New Living Expo, San Rafael, CA, April 17th at 6:00 PMConnect with Darren Starwynn: Website: drstarwynn.com Instagram: @darrenstarwynn YouTube: @darrenstarwynn-quantumcata9623If this episode stopped you mid-scroll, the best thing you can do for the show is leave a review. What happens when the business you built no longer feels aligned with who you are becoming? To learn more about Sacred Profits, Join Here: https://learn.kellesparta.com/sacredprofitsIn this episode of Spirit Sherpa, Kelle Sparta sits down with longtime colleague Marisa Adele, founder of Healing Point Therapeutics and the Find Your Healers directory, for a live spiritual business energy review. After 15 years in practice, thousands of clients, and a thriving reputation in the healing space, Marisa finds herself confronting a question many spiritual practitioners quietly struggle with: Why does my work suddenly feel wrong even though it's successful? Kelle dives into the energetic realities behind healer burnout, explaining why experienced practitioners often outgrow the modalities and business structures that once worked for them. The conversation explores the hidden cost of constantly holding space for others, how global energetic shifts are affecting empaths and energy workers, and why pushing harder is often the worst thing you can do when your intuition is calling for change. Instead of trying to force clarity or rebuild a business from exhaustion, Kelle offers a different perspective: sometimes the most powerful next step is stepping away long enough to release the old identity and allow the next phase of your purpose to emerge. They discuss how spiritual entrepreneurs can recognize the difference between misalignment and burnout, why taking intentional downtime can unlock deeper guidance, and how to ask better questions when navigating a major life or business transition. If you're a healer, coach, or spiritual practitioner who has ever wondered whether you're still on the right path—or felt completely fried from doing the work you once loved—this conversation offers insight, validation, and a powerful reminder that growth often requires letting go before the next chapter becomes clear.00:00 Welcome and Guest Intro00:59 Marisa's Businesses and Misalignment02:27 In Person vs Virtual Fulfillment03:27 Career Maturity and Burnout Signs04:32 Guides Say Take Time Off06:05 Why Energetic Downtime Matters09:50 Let the Next Direction Emerge14:05 Fear of Letting Go18:14 Modality vs Outcome Framework21:20 Planning a Real Break24:26 Where to Find Marisa ClosingKeywords:spiritual businessspiritual entrepreneurhealer burnoutenergy healing businessintuition in businessspiritual practitionerspiritual growthspiritual coachingenergy workersholistic entrepreneurshuman design projectorhealing business strategyspiritual leadershipJoin the community on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@KelleSpartaIf you would like to learn more please book a Discovery Call here: https://kellesparta.com/discovery-call/Licensing and Credits:“Spirit Sherpa” is the sole property of Kelle Sparta Enterprises and is distributed under a Creative Commons: BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. If cognitive functional therapy hasn't been on your radar, it's likely only a matter of time. There's an increasing number of trials studying the effects of cognitive functional therapy. In a network meta-analysis published in January 2026 in JOSPT, the authors found that cognitive functional therapy topped a list of 27 different interventions for reducing disability in people with chronic non-specific low back pain. Today, Dr Ruth Chang (Curtin University, Australia) and Dr JP Caneiro (Curtin University; Evoolve Pain Care Academy) explain how cognitive functional therapy works and how to incorporate it into your practice. ------------------------------ RESOURCES RESTORE trial: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37146623/ Patterns of change in forward bending, and pain self-efficacy during CFT: https://www.jospt.org/doi/10.2519/jospt.2025.13114 Relationship between forward bending and improvement in pain and disability during CFT: https://www.jospt.org/doi/10.2519/jospt.2024.12727 Network meta-analysis of tailored exercise therapies with or without psychological interventions: https://www.jospt.org/doi/10.2519/jospt.2025.13281
In this final installment on relational wounding, Lauren and Trey explore the unspoken journey of returning to sex after conflict. They discuss navigating the transition from protective isolation to physical connection, proving that repair is as physiological as it is emotional.Lauren introduces Betty Martin's "Base Camp" framework; the internal state required for pleasure after trauma. Facing a "two-choice dilemma," she reflects on choosing restoration over the righteousness of suffering and identifies the three requirements needed to move forward. The couple details their slow road back, starting with non-sexual, comforting touch. Using the Three Minute Game and "May I?" requests, they re-established a flow of energy. Lauren shares the raw reality of their first kiss post-wounding, describing it as a "drawbridge" moment that triggered a vital emotional release. They dive into their first sexual encounter, which Lauren intentionally centered on her own pleasure. She describes her "crying orgasm"; a somatic cleanse of rage and grief. By asking Trey to withhold his orgasm, she protected herself from the "shadow side of taking," ensuring the experience restored her agency rather than deepening the wound.Repair is rarely linear. From Lauren testing Trey's defensiveness to his commitment to over-communication, they model staying present when things feel abrasive. They stress not "brushing things under the rug" just because sex has returned, keeping accountability firm.Lauren reflects on her forged "warrior queen" energy, viewing pleasure as the ultimate antidote to pain. Forrest and Dr. Rick explore how well-intentioned self-help advice can drift away from science under the incentives of the attention economy, where overclaiming, alarmist framing, and “this one simple trick” outperforms nuance. They talk about how authority gets manufactured, how the algorithm encourages overclaiming, and how “theories of everything” lead to misinformation. Dr. Rick and Forrest discuss whether seemingly harmless pseudoscientific practices can create a slippery slope, lowering the importance of material evidence and acting as an on-ramp to more consequential misinformation. "Hip hop culture is a fuel for life… an organic healing culture with roots that empower both individuals and communities." – Dr. Raphael Travis On this episode of Transforming Trauma, host Emily Ruth welcomes Dr. Raphael Travis, an educator, researcher, and social worker who has devoted his life to understanding how hip hop culture serves as a powerful tool for individual and collective healing. Dr. Travis traces hip hop's five key elements—MCing, breakdancing, DJing, graffiti, and knowledge of self—and discusses how each contributes to identity reconstruction, resilience, and post-traumatic growth. He reflects on his own lived experiences growing up in New York during the early days of hip hop, and shares stories from his work with youth in clinical and community settings. Listeners will explore how hip hop's expressive arts create vital counter narratives to trauma-induced identity threats and why culturally grounded modalities are essential for trauma transformation. Dr. Travis explains how shifting from a deficit-based to an empowerment-based approach to youth development can catalyze agency, belonging, and social change. He shares practical strategies—ranging from lyric analysis to innovative uses of technology like beat making and haptic devices—for building therapeutic connection and intentional healing within youth and communities. The conversation highlights the importance of relationship, positive development, and the transformative potential of the arts in fostering both individual and community recovery. Acute cases aren't always simple — and there's often more to think about than you might realize. In Part 2 of this special conversation on Strange, Rare & Peculiar, Denise and Alastair explore the art of clinical decision-making in homeopathy for acute care. From case tools like LoCoMoCo (Location, Complaint, Modality, Concomitant) and CLAMS (Condition, Location, Aetiology, Modality, Sensation), to key concepts from the Organon, they break down what it really takes to prescribe well in acutes. You'll hear:Why understanding the complete symptom is the foundation of good prescribingWhat makes a symptom strange, rare, and peculiar (Aphorism 153)Why Hahnemann insisted we do the work — even in “simple” acute casesWhy AHE students receive intensive training in acute prescribing — and why that matters
Send us a textClaudiu Murgan, the host of the Spiritually Inspired & Chief Consciousness Officer shows, will speak at the Visionaries 2026 Summit. His theme: How the next generation of leaders must evolve beyond traditional executive roles by integrating consciousness, emotional intelligence, and spiritual awareness into corporate strategy.Visionaries 2026 is a summit created to unite pioneers, thought leaders, healers, creators, and innovators who are actively shaping the future of human consciousness, technology, wellness, and planetary stewardship. The purpose of the summit is to spark collaboration, elevate new paradigms of leadership, and showcase practical pathways toward a more awakened and harmonious world.2. Why Visionaries Matter NowHumanity is entering a period of accelerated transformation. Old systems are breaking down while new models of health, governance, education, and spiritual evolution are emerging. Visionaries are essential at this time because they hold the blueprint for what comes next — not just intellectually, but energetically and practically. Their voices guide us toward higher awareness, resilience, and unity. We use the word visionaries only because these individuals hold a vibration that allows them to perceive emerging trends3. The Role of Conscious LeadershipA new kind of leader is being called forth—one who operates from presence, compassion, intuition, and integrity. Conscious leadership is not about power over, but power with. It integrates emotional intelligence, spiritual awareness, and grounded action. The summit highlights frameworks like the Chief Consciousness Officer model that elevate leaders into stewards of culture, well-being, and collective evolution.4. The Future of Healing & Human PotentialThe world is witnessing an integration of science and spirituality. Modality blending, ancestral wisdom, energy healing, plant medicine, somatic therapies, and new advances in neuroscience are reshaping how we understand the human body, trauma, and awakening. The summit presents voices who demonstrate that healing is not only possible—it is inevitable when we align with truth and consciousness.5. Conscious PhilanthropyClaudiu talks about the required evolution of the philanthropy process. It has to move from transactional to transformational to transcendent giving. Moving forward, donations from big corporations should target grassroots organizations run by volunteers. Usually, the projects on these organizations' list are small and achievable, requiring amounts between $50,000 to $100,000. We refer to building schools or providing communities with clean water in African countries. In North America, homeless people receive warm meals, clothing, and in some instances, the chance to get a job.The overhead is small, and no salaries are paid. It builds a spirit of community and generates self-motivation.6. The Role of Community & Collective EvolutionNo visionary walks alone. Community is the container in which transformation becomes sustainable. The summit emphasizes collaboration over competition, collective awakening over individual gain, and shared wisdom over isolated expertise. Participants come together to weave a global fabric of support, insight, and purpose.7. The InvitationVisionaries 2026 is more than an event — it is a movement. It invites individuals to step into their highest expression, organizations to adopt conscious frameworks, and communities to rise into a new level of coherence. The summit is a catalyst for those ready to embody a Support the show
Former Marine and general contractor Andrew Kavanaugh joins the crew to share the origin story of Black Root Recovery, a company he founded after watching too many of his fellow Marines struggle physically, mentally, and emotionally after returning home. What started as a personal quest to rebuild his health led to a 90-pound weight loss, the elimination of sleep apnea and nightmares, and a profound shift in cognitive clarity and emotional resilience. Andrew combined the modalities that changed his own life (grounding, infrared therapy, red-light therapy, and traditional sauna heat) into a single premium, custom-built recovery system designed to reduce inflammation, support brain health, and help veterans and high performers reclaim their capability. Andrew breaks down the science and practical application behind each component of the system, including his patented grounding design that connects the user directly to an eight-foot copper ground rod to immediately reduce blood viscosity and "electrical noise" in the body. Paired with deep-penetrating red light panels, infrared heat, and a high-output traditional sauna, his units create a stacked recovery environment that improves circulation, reduces inflammation, accelerates healing, and enhances cognitive performance. Andrew shares how, after three months of daily use, he saw his social anxiety disappear, his brain function sharpen, and his jiu-jitsu endurance skyrocket. The conversation expands into the broader mission: supporting veterans, giving athletes a competitive performance advantage, and scaling access to recovery tools that have historically been too expensive or too fragmented to deliver real transformation. Andrew discusses future plans to build custom installations for gyms and sports teams, and continue refining the multimodal system. Whether the goal is longevity, recovery, or helping those who have served, this episode reveals why integrated recovery environments may become the next frontier in reducing inflammation, healing trauma, and elevating human potential. Episode overviewThis episode of The New Quantum Era features a conversation with Quantum Brilliance co‑founder and CEO Mark Luo and independent board chair Brian Wong about diamond nitrogen vacancy (NV) centers as a platform for both quantum computing and quantum sensing. The discussion covers how NV centers work, what makes diamond‑based qubits attractive at room temperature, and how to turn a lab technology into a scalable product and business. What are diamond NV qubits? Mark explains how nitrogen vacancy centers in synthetic diamond act as stable room‑temperature qubits, with a nitrogen atom adjacent to a missing carbon atom creating a spin system that can be initialized and read out optically or electronically. The rigidity and thermal properties of diamond remove the need for cryogenics, complex laser setups, and vacuum systems, enabling compact, low‑power quantum devices that can be deployed in standard environments.Quantum sensing to quantum computing NV centers are already enabling ultra‑sensitive sensing, from nanoscale MRI and quantum microscopy to magnetometry for GPS‑free navigation and neurotech applications using diamond chips under growing brain cells. Mark and Brian frame sensing not as a hedge but as a volume driver that builds the diamond supply chain, pushes costs down, and lays the manufacturing groundwork for future quantum computing chips.Fabrication, scalability, and the value chain A key theme is the shift from early “shotgun” vacancy placement in diamond to a semiconductor‑style, wafer‑like process with high‑purity material, lithography, characterization, and yield engineering. Brian characterizes Quantum Brilliance's strategy as “lab to fab”: deciding where to sit in the value chain, leveraging the existing semiconductor ecosystem, and building a partner network rather than owning everything from chips to compilers.Devices, roadmaps, and hybrid nodes Quantum Brilliance has deployed room‑temperature systems with a handful of physical qubits at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Fraunhofer IAF, and the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre. Their roadmap targets application‑specific quantum computing with useful qubit counts toward the end of this decade, and lunchbox‑scale, fault‑tolerant systems with on the order of 50–60 logical qubits in the mid‑2030s.Modality tradeoffs and business discipline Mark positions diamond NV qubits as mid‑range in both speed and coherence time compared with superconducting and trapped‑ion systems, with their differentiator being compute density, energy efficiency, and ease of deployment rather than raw gate speed. Brian brings four decades of experience in semiconductors, batteries, lidar, and optical networking to emphasize milestones, early revenue from sensing, and usability—arguing that making quantum devices easy to integrate and operate is as important as the underlying physics for attracting partners, customers, and investors.Partners and ecosystem The episode underscores how collaborations with institutions such as Oak Ridge, Fraunhofer, and Pawsey, along with industrial and defense partners, help refine real‑world requirements and ensure the technology solves concrete problems rather than just hitting abstract benchmarks. By co‑designing with end users and complementary hardware and software vendors, Quantum Brilliance aims to “democratize” access to quantum devices, moving them from specialized cryogenic labs to desks, edge systems, and embedded platforms.
In today's episode, we're lifting the lid on one of the most misunderstood and underrepresented modalities in our industry, electrolysis. While laser and IPL dominate headlines and clinic menus, electrolysis remains the only truly permanent hair removal method. So why has it been left behind? We're joined by Kelly Dermody from Dermaskin Training, a passionate educator, practitioner and compliance expert with over 30 years of experience across clinical aesthetics, dermal therapies, and advanced skin education. Kelly's also a national beauty trainer, clinic owner, and the founder of Mine Minerals, a cosmeceutical skincare and mineral makeup line developed directly from her work with real client skin.We explore how Australia's education and regulatory systems are failing therapists when it comes to advanced modalities, why electrolysis matters now more than ever, and how Kelly is helping to bridge the gap between training, compliance and ethical, evidence-based care.If you've ever felt confused, underprepared, or overwhelmed by qualifications, standards or pathways for advanced treatments — this one is for you. This episode is brought to you by Dermaskin TrainingThe ABIC Podcast is an independent podcast that operates with the support of our listeners (that's you!) Hello everyone!!We finalize another series! James S. A. Corey's The Expanse! Returning for the last three novels, Persepolis Rising, Tiamat's Wrath, and Leviathan Falls.Discussing how these books represent fascism and cannot conceive of any other kind of enemy, we also reexamine the series as a whole. Pointing out its merits in materialism and political relationships... up to the point where it slips up, falling back into usual liberalism that cannot break out from its original chains of dreamlessness and end of history.Still, an important read, and an excellent one, without a doubt. In this episode, I welcome back my dear friend Gail Lynn—visionary creator of the Harmonic Egg and author of the powerful new book It's Time. What unfolds is a free-flowing conversation that touches on some of the deepest currents moving through the world of healing today. Together, we explore how sound and light have been used across cultures and eras as transformative modalities, from the temples of ancient Egypt and Greece to the evolving landscape of today's New Earth reality.Gail shares how the Harmonic Egg was designed to emulate the sacred geometry and resonant qualities of the King's Chamber in the Great Pyramid, creating a modern sanctuary that echoes the wisdom of our ancestors. We dive into the idea that perhaps much of what we've been taught needs to be unlearned—that to step fully into this new energetic paradigm, we must relearn how to listen, how to see, and how to align ourselves with the universal frequencies of healing.A powerful theme emerges: that all true healing modalities must match the frequency of the current world, evolving as our collective vibration shifts. To heal effectively, practitioners and seekers alike must tune into the frequencies of now, not the past, so that the work resonates with the living energy of this moment. Our dialogue winds through questions of what it means to become a circuit for healing, how light and sound can re-tune the body and spirit, and what it looks like to live in a world where energy medicine is no longer on the fringe, but central to human evolution. Gail's stories, insights, and the pages of her new book remind us that everything is vibration, and that the key to wholeness lies in remembering this truth. If you've ever wondered about the future of healing, the mysteries of sacred sound, or how ancient knowledge is finding new expression in our time, this conversation is for you. Drop in!Learn more at HarmonicEgg.comGail Lynn Bio:Gail Lynn is the creator and visionary behind the Harmonic Egg®, a unique sound and light chamber designed to promote deep healing, relaxation, and energetic alignment. Drawing inspiration from sacred geometry and the resonant qualities of ancient spaces like the King's Chamber in the Great Pyramid, Gail has pioneered a modern modality that bridges timeless wisdom with cutting-edge vibrational science. Her journey into the healing arts began after experiencing her own profound health challenges, which led her to explore the transformative potential of frequency, resonance, and energy medicine. Through years of research and intuitive guidance, she developed the Harmonic Egg as a sanctuary for people to reconnect with their innate ability to heal.Gail is also the author of the book It's Time: The Story of the Harmonic Egg and Why It's Yours Now, where she shares the inspirations, science, and synchronicities behind her work. With a mission to empower humanity to rediscover the power of vibration, Gail continues to guide individuals and practitioners toward a future where sound and light are recognized as essential tools for wellness and evolution. Y'all, Two industry leaders I'm absolutely fascinated by – Jennifer Williams, founder of Physique 57 (one of the best barre brands in the world), and Jack Thomas, creator of The Fit Guide (the gold standard for fitness excellence, like the Michelin Star guide for our industry). They're both revolutionizing how we think about hospitality in boutique fitness! Tune in to our new series of conversations with amazing industry leaders: Episode 661: The Big Picture with Lise Kuecker, Jennifer Williams of Physique 57, and Jack Thomas of The Fit Guide. ● Building boutique from scratch: Jennifer started Physique 57 in 2005 when boutique studios didn't exist - told architects she wanted it to feel "like coming to my house to work out" ● Hospitality over amenities: Their most successful studio had wear and tear but sold the most memberships because of warm feeling and community - proves it's about connection, not expensive finishes ● Two types of training: What to teach (mechanics for safety) vs. how to teach (hospitality that brings people back) - "you can tell people to do 10 jumping jacks one way, or another way" ● Sales as service: Reframing sales from pushy to helpful - like a washing machine store, clients need guidance to find what's right for them, not to be left to figure it out alone ● The Fit Guide standards: 250 metrics evaluating every element of the member journey - only 90%+ scores earn five stars, representing the top 1-2% of the industry ● Modality gaps revealed: Yoga scored lowest across all seven cities (guru mentality putting teacher at center), while barre scored highest (natural teaching opportunities) ● Gratitude mindset: "We're just so grateful that you're here" - understanding everything clients go through just to show up for class creates servant leadership culture Check out how both Physique 57 and The Fit Guide are elevating standards across our industry. The opportunities are massive when we focus on hospitality - and Jennifer's right, "the hero of the story is the client."
