The day is here, let's talk about how we can better serve our clients using Bloom's!    To get the VERY most out of this episode, be sure to listen back to the past two weeks to hear me break down the knowledge you needed to know prior to this episode.   In this episode I dive into five steps to use Blooms with your clients:   Step One: Write down all of your current clients and identify where they fall within the different levels.   Step Two: If you don't know where a client is, give them an assessment or ask them questions based on the levels.   Step Three: Identify which step they need to go to next.   Step Four: Teach them that step, ask probing questions, allow them to learn and make productive mistakes, create PBL for them to go through in a safe space, etc.   Step Five: Continue to assess, rinse, and repeat!   Remember: your client's learning is an ONGOING process. EVERYONE learns differently. Be monitoring this in some way to keep intentionally moving those clients forward.   Ready to access the Strategic Questions to Clients guide? Telling vs Teaching: Strategic Questions to Clients Part One

This month we are talking about asking our clients strategic questions to deepen their understanding. I am so excited to get into the nitty gritty this month, but today I need to lay the foundation of Telling vs Teaching.   Before diving in, I want you to understand that I am NOT about that shame game. This information and the work that I do is NOT for clients to look at their coaches and say “you did xyz” wrong when it came to this.    I truly believe that a majority of people are out here doing their best, and I encourage everyone to take rapid responsibility for THEMSELVES.    Telling- “Here is what to do.” Teaching- “Here is what this is, here is why it is important, and here is HOW to do it.”   When we are telling, it leads to : Clients mimicking coaches and other people. Clients failing after they leave us. Clients being SO reliant on their coach to succeed. Codependency in coaching relationships. A client Coming out with the same offer you come out with within days of each other. Starting and growing businesses they aren't qualified to grow. Tune in to hear Taylor speak on this more, and give some questions to ask yourself to see if your clients could use more support in this area!    A huge part of educating is going to be asking SMART questions that encourage our clients to think, and that is what this series will be talking about! She started my practice after healing my own hormonal struggles and watching her friends get awful nutrition advice and prescriptions for infertility, gestational diabetes and pcos - basically all women's health issues. She aims to turn the reproductive work upside down and give women the tools to take charge of their body and fertility to build the family of their dreams.   This episode was so much fun and informative. As someone who has huge goals in 2021 to learn more about their body and how to navigate it, I have been so excited for Whitney and I to chat about her expertise.   In this episode Whitney and I discuss: How little knowledge there is out there outside of medicine to fix symptoms.  How it is so normal for women to go through seasons where medicine is the best option to help alleviate symptoms, and that it is important for all of us to extend grace and love towards ourselves and our bodies. My personal journey regarding birth control, and my goals for this year on how to learn more about my body and explore different options. Why women have periods, and how our periods can give us important information when it comes to our bodies and infertility.    Regardless what option you choose to take care of your body (pstt there is no wrong way), join us to listen in on this incredibly important conversation about women learning and understanding their bodies in ways that is beyond the sex ed videos we watched in elementary school. ;)   Connect with Whitney here: www.thefertilitynut.com  Also, the More Than a Momma community is getting first dibs on the second round of Whitney's group program discussed on the show. Today we are going to talk all about how we can use our frameworks to help our business.    First off, if you haven't listened in to part one and two from last week, please do! I want to make sure we are all clear on what a framework ACTUALLY is and HOW they can benefit our clients.   That being said, here is how to grow your business using a framework.   Way #1: Purpose driven marketing! BIG POINT: My marketing, sales, and messaging became the MOST clear when I knew what my framework was and what I sell. (While I am super multi-passionate, starting off with what was profitable FIRST gave me room to eventually branch out.)   Way #2: Creating a service that actually works and serves WELL. BIG POINT: Rinse, repeat, and launch again. Once you have something that works, allow yourself to become KNOWN for it.   Way #3: Use your framework to create your product suite. BIG POINT: This is the secret sauce to my business. I don't focus so much on the buyer's journey, I focus more on the learning journey! While I don't have ALL price points covered, my learning journey is. I am always looking for ways to refine that and enhance the learning experience which leads to incredible results, happy clients, and incredible referrals.   Ready to learn? BIG POINT: Your clients need to understand HOW everything is working together to help them.   Way #2: Use the framework to track where your client is at in their learning process.  BIG POINT: Once you have a framework, you are then able to know where your client is at, if they have successfully mastered it, and where they are going next!   Way #3: Use your framework as a guide to catch learning gaps BIG POINT: If you are noticing that a majority of your clients are struggling between certain steps, this is a good indicator of a learning gap.   Be sure to listen in so you can hear a full explanation of each! ;)   Ready to learn? I want to start this with a fun fact: I don't listen to my own episodes. Like ever. I legit have the attitude that whatever I say was meant to be. (ZEROOOO clue if this is “best podcast practice”, but it is what it is. Lol)   However, with this series, I did listen back. The past month I have actually listened to some of the episodes 3-4 times.    The whole point of this series was to give you an inside look on the real life of a six-figure business owner, and normalize the journey that goes into it.    But, it was a journey for me to. To talk about things that have been hidden, stored away, and pushed to the side the past 2 ½ years.   So that being said- here are three things I have been reflecting on from the 100K Doesn't Fix Everything podcast series. (And hopefully three things that you can walk away with too!)   #1- Ask yourself what you want more and why you want it. All decisions should stem from THAT.    #2- You define your success. Success regarding your health, your mindset, your business, and as a mom. YOU define it.   #3- True change happens with yourself when you do the inner work FIRST. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. This is where the real change is going to happen. Thanks for joining me on this series. See you next week!

In this episode I am diving deep into my experience with postpartum depression, and encourage my audience to proceed with care. Please reach out to the hotline provided in the show notes if you are struggling with suicidal thoughts. Thank you for tuning in, let's get started.    I step into the room and sit on a blue couch. I rustle things around in Chloe's diaper bag, and pull Chloe in close so she can start eating. I look up at my therapist who is lovingly observing me, and she asks me one question- How are you doing today Taylor?   I look down at my daughter as tears well up in my eyes and quietly whisper, “I am not okay.”   A few weeks later I was diagnosed with postpartum depression.    In today's episode I am covering my postpartum depression story and how it is affecting myself and my family 2 ½ years later. In this episode I am hoping to: Normalize moms & their mental health. According to postpartumdepression.org 1 out of 7 moms will experience PPD in the year after giving birth. Yet there is a HUGE lack of conversation and acknowledgement around PPD. Allow myself and my mommas following me to be a human. I am taking back my humanity with this episode, and refusing to allow having a child mean that I can't have emotions, or struggle to take care of myself. I hope to inspire the moms who are listening to do the same.    I want to make it clear that this episode is NOT medical advice. This is my story, my experience, my symptoms, and my thoughts. There is an unsaid (and sometimes loudly shouted) notion in the online space that you hit “success” when you make 6 figures in your business.    That somehow doing so means you have “made it” and are FINALLY deemed “worthy” in the online space.   But, here I am with a six-figure business. Everything that I have worked towards came true in almost exactly a year's time.   & you know what?Hitting this glorious “six-figure year” didn't make things better. It amplified what I have been pushing aside for the past 2 ½ years.   And that is why this series was born.   I want to normalize that what society views as “success” isn't what “success” always looks like.  I want to normalize the journey. I want to normalize vulnerability and power being in the same space.   Listen in on what you can expect in this game-changing series. Time to make some freaking waves.

I had looked forward to this day the minute my daughter was born.    I knew the minute I held her that I didn't want to miss a moment. That I was in a field where I was expected to give more to my students than I was to my daughter.   I was so ready to leave, and I spent months finding a way to proclaim the title of a stay at home mom. Then the moment came to actually type my resignation letter. And well, it's safe to say that it did not feel like I had envisioned it would.   It's easy to leave something that sucks, but nobody talks about leaving something great. In today's episode I talk about the truth of leaving my 9-5, and the events leading up to it. (This is a juicy one, see you inside!)
