Pastor Jeff W. Crook and his wife, Becky, live in Buford, Georgia, with their two children, Macie and Josiah. Jeff became senior pastor of Christ Place Church in 2004. Since then, God has blessed by adding 4,000 new members, bringing the congregation to more than 8,000 members. More than 3,000 people have been baptized during that time. Jeff began his evangelistic and expository preaching as a young teen, and he is a graduate of The Baptist College of Florida and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has also served as pastor of two churches in Florida and Mississippi.

Jay Kimbro was called to serve as Victory Baptist Church's Senior Pastor December 2, 2018. Prior to that, he served as Associate Pastor of Discipleship at Trinity Baptist Church in Apopka, FL.The attributes that best describe Pastor Jay as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and evangelist/soul winner. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Victory Baptist Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Jay takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.He is a graduate of The University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL and the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.Pastor Jay has been happily married for 41 years to his wife, Tina. They have 3 grown children, all happily married and 10 grandchildren.

Associate Pastor of Assimilation and Events" at Sherwood Baptist Church.In addition to his daily responsibilities, Ken may be recognized by his role as Lieutenant Michael Simmons in the 2008 inspirational movie "Fireproof" and for his role as Nathan Hayes in "Courageous."Ken is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology and a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics Management.He has been interviewed on numerous TV shows including "Fox and Friends" and "Huckabee."Ken and Lauana have been happily married for 16 years and two children, Kyra and Kaleb.
