You've got seventeen AI tools scattered across your browser tabs right now, don't you? Yet somehow you're still manually doing the same repetitive tasks that drove you to purchase those licenses in the first place. Whether you're a solopreneur building your empire or leading a team trying to eliminate admin drag, here's the brutal truth - most entrepreneurs are picking AI tools like they're shopping for shiny objects at a tech bazaar, grabbing whatever looks innovative without any strategic thinking behind it. Kevin Williams, CEO and Co-Founder of an AI enablement company, has cracked the code that most of us struggle with: building a daily workflow using tools like n8n, Gamma, and Whisper Flow that actually simplifies operations instead of complicating them. This guy has taken his company philosophy of "adventure, education, automation" and applied it to create a personal tech stack that's so effective, he literally can't imagine working without these specific applications. In this episode, Kevin pulls back the curtain on exactly which tools made the cut and why - plus the strategic thinking that separates useful AI from expensive digital clutter. You'll discover his decision-making framework for evaluating new tools, how his essential stack works together to create seamless automation, and why fewer, better-integrated tools beat sprawling collections of disconnected AI applications. Because at the end of the day, it's not about having more AI tools - it's about having the right tools working together like a well-oiled machine to reclaim your time and focus on what actually drives results. The AI Hat Podcast host Mike Allton asked Kevin Williams about: ✨ Strategic Tool Selection Framework - Learn the decision-making process Kevin uses to separate genuinely useful AI tools from shiny object syndrome purchases. ✨ Essential Daily Workflow Stack - Discover the specific tools Kevin can't live without and how they work together to create seamless automation. ✨ Quality Over Quantity Approach - Understand why fewer, better-integrated tools beat a sprawling collection of disconnected AI applications. In this powerful episode of the Love, Hope, Lyme Podcast, Fred Diamond speaks with Dr. Monica Embers, a leading Lyme disease researcher at Tulane University and contributor to The Quiet Epidemic, and Kevin Williams, co-founder of Ravel Health and a chronic Lyme patient of 18 years. Dr. Embers shares the hard truth: “There is no central place for patients to turn.” She explains why outdated diagnostic tools, lack of federal investment in treatment research, and misinformation have left millions without answers—and how new tests and targeted therapies are finally changing the game. Kevin Williams opens up about the deeply personal reasons he and co-founder, Jaime Intile, created Ravel Health: to spare others the years of pain and medical gaslighting they endured. Ravel now offers accessible, virtual, Lyme-literate care across 46 states with no waitlists and personalized treatment plans.

What's up, dudes? “Gremlins” is a classic holiday horror, made better by Jerry Goldsmith's score and the killer hits of Michael Sembello and Peter Gabriel. Kevin Williams from ‘Tis the Soundtrack joins me to really dig into a couple of cues from the “Gremlins” score and dish about music theory of it all as well.We first get into the mega madness with the Sembello track. Played during the bar scene, the uptempo dance song set the stage for the “Maniac”-like antics of the dancing green creature. The film also features a track by Quarterflash and Darlene Love's epically classic “Christmas.”Goldsmith's penchant for atonality shines forth in the frantic cue ‘No Santa Claus.' The Stravinsky-esque eighths are composed of dueling tritones E-Bb and D-Ab and immediately transition to alternating bars of 5/8 and 7/8. Subsequently, all this segues quite nicely into held sonorities overlaid with “Silent Night” as Kate begins her tale of holiday woe. Talk about harmonization!Altered mystic chord? Check. Catchy mogwai theme? Got it. Synthesizer? Yes, but only if there's 7 different types! So grab your Roland Jupiter-6, join the orchestra, and play along to this episode all about the “Gremlins” score and soundtrack!‘Tis the SoundtrackYouTube: @TisTheSoundtrackIG:  @tisthesoundtrackNicolas Delage solving the mystery of Gizmo's voice!Be sure to check out the brilliant publication of Goldsmith's work by Chris Siddall, which made this analysis possible. Give us a buzz! Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, I spent my youth there before migrating to Pennsylvania in 2000. It was in the vibrant artistic environment of Philadelphia that I found inspiration in street art and historical murals. My art journey began during my time at Springfield High School, where I explored multiple mediums and discovered the joy of creating through various projects. After a brief hiatus, I rediscovered my love for art in 2008, particularly using oil-based medium, which reignited my creative energy. Each body of my work draws inspiration from both history and everyday experiences, crafted to evoke subjective interpretations in the viewer. I firmly believe that art is universal and shaped by each individual's life journey. As an introspective figurative artist, I incorporate natural motifs and floral fabric patterns to express communication and determination in the figures' pursuit of a better life. Each stroke of paint exudes boldness, confidence, and strength, aiming to inspire those who encounter my art. I draw inspiration from a multitude of artists, including Dali, Kevin Williams, Charly Palmer, David Hockney, Basquiat, and Amy Sherald, while also embracing techniques from different eras, like gold leaf and textures. Since moving to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2018, I have become actively engaged in the local art community, showcasing my work in various galleries, such as Mint Gallery and Future Dead Artist Gallery. Notably, in 2022, I was featured in an Exhibition sponsored by Amazon Prime during Art Basel Miami.
