Ministry, like anything else, is made up the good, the bad, and the ugly. Don't let the bad and the ugly keep you from experiencing the good times of ministry.
Develop a history of faithfulness in ministry, and encourage others to do the same.
Make your plans but hold them loosely. God may have better plans
Be committed to the ministry God gave you. God will work through you, and one day you will see how.
It's important to continue your education in your line of work...it's even more important to continue your spiritual education!
