The 4th Watch

You may feel like you been in a drought and can't see the end of the tunnel, But Elijah said he heard he didn't say he saw. Don't be moved by what you see or feel, let the word of God move you. If God said it, He will perform it. - Stand on the word of God and His promises for your life, take them back to God in prayers, and there shall be a performance of His words.

the Bible consists of many examples that we can learn from, on what a designated survivor is and how our lives make us designated survivors. You and I were born for such a time as this.

Even when it don't make sense to you, trust God

The blessings and promises of God require US to take ACTION. We have to put ACTION to our Faith. We have to P.U.S.H (Pray Until Something Happens). We principalities strike the ground(pray) more than 3 times in some circumstances to see results, to destroy generational curses and soul ties. We are in a war, and we wrestle not against flesh and blood but powers and principalities.

Jesus said he would never leave you nor forsake you. Look at what happened to Nathaniel in John 1:47-48. God's word tells us we are never alone, in the good times and bad times we are never alone.

You can't get comfortable in God's temporary provision. Anytime God say not yet it's only for a season. Every spiritual battle only takes place to give God HIS glory.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10. You are called to be a witness and a workman that needed not be ashamed in the kingdom of God. Endure the process and the journey. It will be fulfilling and enriching to you, if you don't try to escape the process. You are called for sure, but the process will make sure you are prepared and qualified by God to handle what comes with the calling.

This cave will be mine and your spiritual bootcamp. It's here you will be trained to fight the good fight of faith in God. Realize that though it seems you are alone in the cave, YOU ARE NOT!!!! Herer are 5 things you will learn in this "cave"

Your situation is Not your final destination. God ordains our steps and if we trust him and keep the faith, then the process will be rewarding. However if we try to skip the process and circumvent our path we will never reach our full potential. The scripture tells us to count it all joy when these things come. So keep your head up and press towards the mark.

Being an Outsider is not always a bad thing. Being an outsider could be the very season God is using to bring you closer to him. You see He loves you unconditionally and wants you all to himself. Be encouraged that nothing you have gone through in life will be wasted. He makes all things new and he will prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies.

What happens after the reset? We are in unprecedented times. It's a reset for us to get back to basics in God.

Part 1 Put down the 2 way mirror, and stop looking at yourself through someone or something else's reflection

When we seek the presence of God there is a bonus. However, we shouldn't seek God to get stuff but to be in the presence of the almighty. Often times we seek resources instead of the source of the resources.

Let your light shine. Let your testimony be seen more than it is heard. Let your actions speak louder than your words.

We are saved by grace and not by our works. However in order to walk in grace you must first have faith. For without fairh it is impossible to please God.

God has given to freely gifts, talents and abilities. Are you sitting on yours? Let me encourage you today that do you have potential and God wants to work through the gifts, talents and abilities to reach the masses.

Sowing good seed by speaking life and not death. Sowing has more to deal with speaking life and not money.

Psalm 100 gives us the perfect recipe for a successful walk with Christ. Hebrews 11:6 adds to the recipe.

1) God equips us for change 2)A persistant thought 3)The feelings of others involved 4)Passion shift 5) Confirmation of Godly counsel. These ae ways to identify God is shifting your coarse

Romans 12:21 says "Overcome evil with good". We have the ability to over come bad habits with good by inviting Holy Spirit in to help us by giving us the strength to overcome. He said in his word that we are more than conquerors and we are over comers and we are the head and not the tail, we are above and not beneath.

Hearing from God can be tricky or hard for some as well as knowing if something is from God. Here are 5 key things that has helped me determine and find out if something is truly from God.

When we start to think we can go our own way or take our direction it gets super difficult. I want to encourage you that if you trust God he will direct your path. We need to understand that God wants us to be the very best we can be. Trust him in all your ways.

We often look at our circumstances as a bad thing. The process in which we are in in this season of our walk with Christ is often times a necessity. A necessity for what you ask? Here is a simple but direct answer. To burn off those things that is that God can't use. To take out what is not in the charecter of God and replace it with with the charecter of God.

12 scriptures that will change your perception of your circumstances, your preception, your mindset as well as give you strength as you go through your work day.

Count it all joy when these things come upon you. 1) because your praise confuses the enemy and 2) praise gives God the go-ahead to show up on your behalf. When you say you are going through something: That's not a bad thing but a good thing because prophetically you are speaking that you are going THROUGH something. It may feel like you've been buried but realize you've planted by God and in due season you will come forth and bare fruit. That fruit will bring blessings and glory to God.

We are faced with choices everyday. But do we really recognize that making a critical change in hwo we are, the way we talk, the integrity we have, the charecter in which we portray are also apart of everyday choices we make. When we seek God first and all of his righteousness those choices become easier day by day.

Our faith in God, Our faith in that he knows us better than we know ourselves is a vital key in our spiritual walk. Scripture says without faith it is impossible to please God. We should be confidentr in our faith and ready to share it with anyone with an open heart ready to receive. Romans1:16

The wilderness or midbar is where God develops character and integrity. We shouldn't look at the wilderness as a terrible thing but rather a place where we understands that God himself is looking out for us and wants the best for us. Even if it means going through a period of pain for within the pain comes the fulfillment of his promises.

The question "Why?" is a question folks have been asking for decades. Well today we'll take a look at what God says and the experiances through some in the bible.

The affirmation of God is better than any affirmation of man. Affirmation is one of God's strongest characteristics. The Bible has so many examples of this from the old testament to the new testament.Even Jesus got affirmation before he started hi ministry, in Matthew 3:17 when Jesus was baptised by John The Baptist. He new you before you were born, Psalm 139:13-14.

Romans 8;1 Therefore there is no condemnation(punishment) to them which are in Christ Jesus,who walk not after the flesh,but after the spirit. When we walk in the spirit it gives us strength to be an effective wittness for the Lord not just to our families but on our jobs, to oour neighbors

Sometimes in life the things that we go through has us feeling buried. but this show encourages you to understand that you haven't been buried but planted. therefore every tear you have shed has watered that seed(prayer)you have prayed; over that spouse, child, finances, job issues, ministry concerns. Trust that God is getting ready to pour more water on you so that the you can come forth and bud like a beautiful rose and shine like a freshly polished gem.

Perhaps you feel like God has forgotten you or feel like God is no where in sight. Let this show encourage you today that God has not forgot you, your name or you in your circumstances. Trust that he has your best interest at hand and that this may be a test to see if your gonna stay faithful in the good and bad times. Scripture say weeping may come in the night but joy comes in the morning.

Cast all your cares on jesus for he cares for you.Matthew 11:28-29 says come to Jesus and lay your burdens, worries to him and take his youke for it's lighter than yours.

God did not give us a spirit of fear. Fear is a lie from the devil and we shouldn't buy into his lies. "Fear is a choice, the danger is real, but fear is a choice"(quote from Will Smith from the movie After Earth".

We shouldn't be afraid, worry, or doubt the outcome of situations because Romans *:28 says ALL things work together for our good if we love God. Psalm 18-30 says he is our buckler(shield) and that his word is tried. Will you try his word today?

Jeremiah 29;11 lets us know that God is thinking of us and has our best interest at heart. We sometimes let ourselves get stuck in moments where things didn't work out the way we planned or hoped for. However God knew us before we were born. It's us that hold ourselves back. Trust God in all your ways and lean not to thine own understanding.

P.R.A.Y Praise, Repent, Ask, Yield four principles in praying an effective prayer. We are the clay and he is the potter. We must yield to God and not let our flesh get in the way of us hearing him speak to us when we pray. Sometimes yielding means being quiet during your prayer time so he can speak to you.

God has told us through out the bible that if we ask according to the conditions he laid out for us that our prayer(s) will be answered. Here is a look into asking or making a request in your prayer. 1John 3:21-21 speaks to that directly as well as Mathew 7:7-11.

All though we might pray with a pure heart and with good intentions, there are still conditions that God has for us in getting our prayers answered. John chapters 14-16 speaks on these conditions.

Yesterday we talked about praise in our prayer today we talk about Repent as we pray. In order for us to get forgiveness we must forgive. When we have unforgiveness in our hearts it stunts the blessing process.

P.R.A.Y this is a simple format on how to have an effective prayer life. P.R.A.Y is an acronym and these 5 devotionals will breal each one down. Prayer is key to our daily walk with Christ. In order to have an effective prayer life we must first understand the basic fundamentles of prayer.

Sometimes in life we let our Job, Our title, our position, Our grades, Our past define our identity. Genesis 2:7 gives us our identity. We ought not let music, job, grades,music entertainers define our identity.

That very thing you thought was impossible God says is possible. He's just waiting for you to take the necessary steps in that direction. There is only 3 answers God gives Yes No and Not Yet. Those answers are always in our best interest.

When you get the call from God weather it's for a mission to preach, teach, be a witness or even as simple as buying someone a gallon of milk or groceries. Will you answer the call by saying yes?
