In this digital world, especially when the pandemic hit us, we left our children's entertainment and education at the mercy of smart phones and tablets. In this episode, Jay appeals to the parents to take back our kids from the clutches of their digital masters. Not only do big tech companies and Hollywood indoctrinate our kids of Leftist ideologies through social media, screens are generally addicting to them. They say if you give your kids too much screen time, you might as well give them drugs. In Sagutin ang Tanong, Jay will answer the question "Bakunado ka na ba?" In Dirrrty Pop, Jay will review recent superhero movies, Marvel's Black Widow and DC's The Suicide Squad. All these in this week's exciting episode of The Jay Aruga Show. With Allen otherwise engaged in pursuing his lifelong ambition to create a world record, it's left to Dean and Pete to steer this shabby looking ship into calmer waters. And as Pete's got a bit of a cold that mainly leaves Dean to carry the load. But it's not all bad news…we got to go back to the cinema! We've got Marvel's Black Widow, DC's The Suicide Squad and M. Night Shyamalan's Old to talk about. That's good, right? So, grab your popcorn, feed the man in the box, but whatever you do…Don't Go Outside!

This week, we watched Disney's Big Hero 6, the animated film that neither of your hosts saw before this week, and DC's The Suicide Squad, a… remake? Sequel? Unclear? But, it's at least a little related to the other Suicide Squad that didn't have maybe as much critical success as the producers would've hoped a few years past. In hardly any time at all, we're going to be getting DC's The Suicide Squad, a reboot-sequel that surely somebody anywhere in the whole world was clamoring for. In the meantime, this story of a bunch of colorful weirdoes played by a star-studded cast has us thinking of all the other times that movies have given us a chance to gawk at all our favorite actors gathered in one place, or just to be suitably bowled over by the sheer quantity of acting talent. We're taking a look at our Top 5 ensembles in film history, that is to say, from the messy sprawl of Altman to the all-hands-on-deck cross-promotion of the MCU. In Worth Mentioning we cover Jungle Cruise, The Craft: Legacy and The Saragossa Manuscript thanks to Patreon, Gavin!
