The independent 2018 Christian movie “I Can Only Imagine” performed far better than anyone could have imagined at it would bring in $17.1 million opening weekend and become one of the top performing faith films of all time totaling more than $80 million at the box office. And now a sequel to the hit movie, “I Can Only Imagine 2”, will be released in February of 2026. This new film is a part of the increasing interest in faith-based and family-orientated entertainment many Christians in the country want. FOX's Ryan Schmelz speaks with Andrew Erwin, Producer/Director/Co-Founder Kingdom Story Company and Co-Director of 'I Can Only Imagine 2', who says this sequel proves there is a growing demand for faith-based films that explore the deeper tenants of the Christian faith.

Tacking the complaints and myths about bicycles, bike lanes and parking with Andrew Ericson in studio for La Crosse Talk PM. Ericson sits on the city of La Crosse’s Bicycle-Pedestrian Committee, the MTU Board and the Climate Action Steering Committee. Some of those complaints we discuss include bicyclists not obeying traffic laws, needing to pay for their own infrastructure and why they should just ride on the road. We also get into some of the bike lane plans in La Crosse, as the city council has proposals in January’s meetings in regards to the Wisconsin DOT plans for 3rd and 4th street downtown. In relation to that, we also talk about parking, as a lot of complaints about bike lanes through downtown La Crosse takes away on street parking.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

After 9 months (or more) of long silence, when Zechariah's voice was finally restored, the overflow of his heart was to glorify the Lord. The gospel can overflow our own hearts, not only in a specific season or a special day, but all year long, and every day of our lives. What is overflowing from our hearts this Christmas? It's a good question, a question that the good news of Jesus, our Messiah, can help us answer without fear.

You'll hear what we think of the lead actors and characters and why they work for this film, why we think bringing back legacy actors from the original '97 hit was a good idea including the surprise ending that we both liked and how we believe that even when this movie is clumsy, it's not in a way to bother you too much, helping the movie to be an easy watch. Greg Cox: Identity Theft. Pavel Chekov is a reminder that some Star Trek characters do their most interesting growing just outside the spotlight. Known for his youthful enthusiasm, sharp wit, and loyalty to the Enterprise, much of Chekov's development is implied rather than shown on screen. That makes tie-in novels an ideal space to explore characters like him in greater depth, filling in the moments between episodes and missions. In this episode of Literary Treks, hosts Casey Pettitt and Jonathan Koan are joined once again by author Greg Cox to discuss his new Original Series novel, Identity Theft. Mostly taking place in the movie-era, we finally get Chekov in the spotlight. We discuss Chekov's identity crisis, getting off the bridge, how this is absolutely not a sequel, and much more! "Luke Skywalker has vanished." It's been ten years since those iconic words crawled across theater screens, ushering in a new era of Star Wars.In this special 10th Anniversary Review, we are joined by Kyra Navarrete (Relatable Nerds) and Chris Ryons (Broaxium) to revisit The Force Awakens. @relatablenerds @BROAXIUM From the shock of the 2012 Disney acquisition to the "mystery box" of J.J. Abrams, we break down the characters that defined a generation. We discuss the cocky charm of Poe Dameron, the complex rage of Kylo Ren, and the incredible—yet underutilized—potential of Finn. We also look at the "bridge" of the sequel era: Harrison Ford's pivotal performance as Han Solo. Whether you're a die-hard Original Trilogy fan or a Sequel defender, join us as we head back to Jakku to see how the film holds up a decade later.

When we made our announcement about Ever Reign last week, we managed to be confusing and got questions from some of our new readers and listeners. We also got a lot of enthusiastic comments about Caspian, Hermes and Illarion! OLD Dragon's Reign podcast (very amateur!): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_JkRUUTpxWH1A5DgXcc9wQnT8SogvRlB | COMPLETED Ever Dark podcast: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_JkRUUTpxWEyrsBZ-1iqSfgB-KfR3IuQ | Membership sale: https://raythereign.com/index.php/membership-plans | Ever Reign themed candle boxes: https://shop.raythereign.com/shop/ever-reign-celebration-launch-box/ | Answer to biggest question: Ever Reign is a WRITTEN SERIAL STORY on RaytheReign.com. It's text! Not audio. The same way every story starts out. | At this point, we don't have any plans on the schedule to make it an audio story in 2026. We've already gotten in trouble this year for "talking too far ahead" like a game studio, and then having to seriously rethink our plans. (Don't worry EDA is coming out in February.)

This is our spoiler-free review for Avatar: Fire and Ash. We return to Pandora to discuss the film's breathtaking visuals, massive scale, and the performances of key characters like Jake Sully and Neytiri, while also unpacking where it falls short. Despite its undeniable spectacle, the story leans heavily on familiar themes and conflicts, offering little meaningful progression, and the dialogue often feels clunky and on-the-nose. We also touch on how the focus on human characters can detract from the richness of Pandora itself. Ultimately, Avatar: Fire and Ash is stunning to watch, but leaves us wanting more from its storytelling.Avatar: Fire and Ash, the third film in the phenomenally successful “Avatar” franchise, opens exclusively in theatres worldwide December 19, 2025. Episode 180 of Kliq This bounces between old school habits and modern chaos, with Kevin Nash and Sean Oliver kicking things off on a very specific hill: paper tax documents, physical records, and why trusting everything to "the cloud" feels like inviting trouble. From there it turns into a surprisingly personal holiday conversation, with Kevin talking about why Christmas hits differently for him, and Sean pitching a very "classic TV special" solution that Kevin immediately wants no part of. It is funny, but it is also real in the way this show is at its best. Then the curtain pulls back on Kevin's at home setup and it becomes its own kind of comedy. Spotty cell reception, an ocean view bathroom routine, DirecTV, DVR logic, and a mindset that basically says if you can avoid leaving the house, you should. It is the most Kevin Nash segment possible. The back half goes everywhere in the best way. NFL misery, wrestling lore, commentary talk, and the kind of audience driven questions that send the conversation into unexpected lanes, including a game that absolutely sounds like it should not work on a wrestling podcast and somehow does. If you are in the 11SOFT Club, this one feels like hanging out in the room for the whole ride. We continue catching up with the legacy sequels of 2025 as we slice first and slice hard talking about Karate Kid: Legends. You'll hear the many questions we have about the opening of this film and if Mr. Han is, in fact, the legend Mr. Han we knew from 2010, the positive and negative reactions we had to this movie's time efficiency which oddly helps and hinders the picture and a chat about whether or not the movie got better right before the credits start when we finally see a character that made previous attempts to reengage with this franchise work. New technology takes time to prove its worth. Jay and Chyenne Smith now have three grazing seasons' experience using Vence's virtual fence technology and they are convinced they will keep using it. Smiths initially used the Vence system to keep cattle out of the Moose Creek Fire burn area, thereby avoiding 2-3 years of non-use on the entire allotment (see episode 123). Since then, the other benefits of this animal tracking and distribution control system have proven valuable beyond mere exclusion. Be sure to watch the Life on the Range video of this project, linked here.
