Our guest Ms. Senedtra Cowan allowed the Holy Spirit to have his way prophetically to speak into the lives of his people. "Love Is The Key!" Whatever is happening around you today, yes you might be suffering sick tormented or caged in but not confused. For God did not give you a spirit of fear but of peace and of sound mind. Speak positive over your own life for in your tongue lies life or death health or sickness good or bad for whatever you choose determines the outcome of your choice your challenge your situation and your deed. No matter how bleak you think it looks or how weak you think you are, "let the weak say I am strong, let the poor say I am rich because of what the Lord has done for us, give thanks."

Are you in a rut? You know those awkward stressful times when you either in your Wilderness or Desert season and having to rely heavily but on God to guide you uphold you whereby you yourself need to face that harsh unselfish reality that maybe just maybe you can be the cause of why you in that rut.

The importance of submission & obedience

Beauty from ashes resulted from my very own personal journey as my quote inscription says" Sometimes it hurts. Sometimes it lurks. Sometimes it's hard but not like nard. Sometimes it's dark and it leaves it's mark.

A Soul Poem written 7 June 2019 that reminded me that It was the hand of God protecting you and me from certain unsavory situations, challenges, that no matter how dark or how bleak it looks it's the hand of God keeping me sustaining me providing me and teaching me that His ways are higher. That his thoughts are of such a nature that at times our thoughts are to blame name and shame. That no matter What's inside of you or me let's not feed it with endless anger hate jealousy pride ego frustration but instead with love forgiveness joy truth and peace. For it was the next day that something happened and twas the hand of God.

This is so amazing as I hadn't even notice until now that this Soul Poem knew it's set date and time when to be heard for even though it was written 21 July 2020 we in the year 2021 so I can but only give Glory and Honour to God who made it possible so you could hear this Soul Poem on the very 1st of January at the beginning of the New Year. And how it compliments the Inspirational Word If Not For You. Happy Holidays and Compliments of the Season to each and everyone around the world

Be Humble was a reminder of how I should be less of me and try to become more like Jesus. Not easy for the devil comes in disguises and if you and I look carefully just look at some negative words such as demanding degrading depleting dishonesty destroy destruction these words that you and I take so lightly are words that have a negative reaction and impact on our lives. So being humble is not only attractive , it's possible it's powerful and it's beautiful. Happy Holidays

So trust Him who is able to keep you and me from falling.

What confirmation today God is able to do what no man can do. Written 9/12/20 giving you and I that sweet is the promise that God won't ever leave you. Then you are encouraged by a topic so well known to many around the world "Intimidation", by a dear Soul Sister. A topic relevant and prevalent both to men women and children alike. No Matter What was written on the 23/11/2020. It gives you the hearers comfort that no matter what you or I may go through, there is hope there is knowing that tho your burden be heavy laden it's comforting to know that you can lay it all down when you enter "Into The Garden". The place to forget about it even though only for a little while. So rest assured that you never alone when you enter into that ethereal place of calmness, solitude, joy, peace and love.

God will take you where you need to be written a while back. From a person who ran , who thought she could handle her life instead of allowing God the author and finisher to help her. So believe me when I say that with God you and I can achieve a lot more than on our own. For with God All Things Are Possible and nothing seems impossible. Gratitude is one of my latest pieces written in November of how far we've come as a family, a Church, a Nation , a Country and Globally midst the unknown entry of the pandemic Covid-19. Yet through it all you and I persevered, it took lives , it took livelihoods, it took us unawares but yet God was and is still faithful. So this day be filled with gratitude of how differently things could have been for you instead. And allow the joy of gratitude to fill you.

Midst your or my day in day out challenges, indifferences, disagreements, Life is still rewarding , fulfilling and equipping you and I to take life's lemons to make lemonade and to appreciate your flaws, your imperfections and though the burden is temporary thank God for your journey. For in your situation or circumstances there is a lesson given to you and I by God. So look above. Seek his face, trust Him to see you through.

Written 1 April - At most we tend to think that our problems are bigger but until you hear someone else's, it's minute and you begin to praise and say thank you for the hand of God that doesn't disappoint.

A Mother's Love was written 9/May/2019. The absence of a Mother is imminent in her household. She's the epitome and the heart of her home. Love and appreciate Mother's all round.

May The Lord Answer You was written when I was in need. In need of a move, an answer , a glimmer of hope. May the Lord answer you in and during your time of need.
