The Survivor 47 Final 4 could be broken down into two pairs. Two of them were threats to win, two weren't. Two claimed to be underdogs who stuck around due to their own gameplay while two didn't have the same claim. In the end, it came down to a decision between Rachel and Sam. They fought it out in Final Tribal Council, but the real battle took place over the course of weeks leading up to that. David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis look at what each of the Final 4 did right to get this far into the game and how one of them rose above the others. At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Rachel Won, and Sam, Sue, and Teeny Lost.

Andy had a rough start in Survivor 47 while Genevieve was practically invisible, but both of them rose up in different ways. Andy pulled off the biggest move of the season while keeping his threat level low. Genevieve made some moves of her own while staying mostly under the radar. But something changed for both. David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis look at what each did to thrust themselves into the spotlight and how they could have avoided the repercussions that came with it. At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Andy and Genevieve Lost.

Caroline seemed to be in a very good position. There weren't the usual red flags David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis talk about when discussing a player's loss. She wasn't the biggest threat, she was solidly in the majority alliance, and she had a strategic plan for the rest of the game. So what happened? How did she go from believing she was running things to being blindsided while one ally had an idol and another could've blocked a vote against her? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Caroline Lost.

Some people may think it's obvious why Kyle lost, so do David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis really need to do a whole podcast on this? The answer, of course, is YES! What's supposedly obvious never tells the whole story. Even Rachel said this week that the decision was nuanced. What did Kyle do – and not do – to end up in a situation where his only option was winning challenges? Was there any way he could've changed the outcome? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Kyle Lost.

This week, Gabe said it was the best he'd ever felt in the game and, “The fact that the fellow players around me have allowed this to happen is mind-blowing.” But they didn't allow that to happen! It may seem obvious that Gabe was voted out because he was a threat. But it's almost never that simple, because there are a lot of threats! David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis go below the surface layer to look at why he was the primary target. At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Gabe Lost.

We heard over and over that Sol was in good with everyone. But if that was the case, how was everyone good with voting him out? David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis welcome back special guest Dr. Jeremy Faust to figure out what led to Sol going from great relationships to a unanimous vote against him after a very live Tribal Council. Plus, Jeremy has a great story about having dinner with a certain singer who until recently was giving out prizes to Survivor players! At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Sol Lost.

Sierra began her final words by saying, “I couldn't tell you what happened.” Luckily, that's why David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis are here – and they have special guest Omar Zaheer this week as well! Since the end of her game, Sierra has done some detective work. While she gave 100% credit to one person, was it all him or a larger group who all came together with different ideas? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Sierra Lost.

Even though twists meant only four out of 12 players were eligible to be voted out this week, a quirk of chance turned it into a Tuku Tribal Council where they all had history and good reasons for their decision. As David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis discuss, it was like traveling back in time to deal with where Tiyana stood – and thought she stood – with each of them. Did the past come back to haunt her or were there new issues? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Tiyana Lost.

___ acknowledged in his final words that he ruffled some feathers. David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis agree with him on that, but was it enough to explain how he so quickly became the obvious first boot of the merge, or was there more to it? Could he have avoided it if he'd just taken his own advice? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why ___ Lost.

Looking all the way back to the Why ___ Lost preview podcast, David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis worried about ___ trying to be too much of a project manager in Survivor… and there she was. ___ doesn't think her bossiness sent her home – is she right? Were other factors even more important than the way she treated Sam and others? David and Jessica take a look at both sides of the bickering and strategizing to sort it all out. Because at RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why ___ Lost.

David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis welcome special guest Liz Wilcox to discuss what happened to ___ this week! It's good timing because in Survivor 46, Liz put a lot of work into molding what others thought of her, but this went wrong for ___ in a number of ways. The episode made it seem like Genevieve decided to turn on him because he used her name as a decoy. His interviews shed a different light, but opened up an expanded view into the way he was playing. We saw Rome as the chaotic player, but was it actually ___? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why ___ Lost.

Many viewers saw ___ get voted out and thought it was simply because she refused to turn on Sol. But the reality is often more complicated than what we see on TV, and it certainly was this time! David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis had special guest Heidi Lagares-Greenblatt from Survivor 44 to discuss and debate all the ins and outs of this vote – and there were a lot! ___ seemed in the majority socially, so what caused her to be on the outs strategically? Was it her own actions, other players making decisions for their own games, or a combination? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why ___ Lost.

In his final words, ___ said his tribe voted him out because they didn't value winning. Obviously that wasn't the reason, but it highlights that being strong in challenges usually helps keep a player around in this early stage, so how did he overcome that advantage? He said coming into the game that his social game would be his superpower, but did it turn out to be his kryptonite? Special returning guest Lindsay Carmine joins David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis to figure out what went wrong for him. At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why __ Lost.

David Bloomberg and Jessica Lewis are here once again after the first Survivor 47 vote, and they have special guest Jake O'Kane from Survivor 45 to talk through it all with them! Jon Lovett talked about the tribe not having many strategic discussions, but was that really the case? The TV episode made it look like Jon didn't fit in with his younger tribemates while Jeff Probst said he was a threat to win. Were these the actual explanation? And how did the situation with Andy affect the outcome? At RHAP, we know Survivor, and we know Why Jon Lost.

A group of kids playing with a mysterious app called Randonautica follow its directions to Alki Beach in West Seattle. There they find a strange black suitcase on the rocks below the pier. Intrigued, they open the case to reveal a putrid smell. Responding officers would find other bags and reveal the suitcase was filled with the dismembered body parts of two people, Jessica Lewis and Austin Wenner. Seattle would be gripped in fear until their killer was caught.
