Jon Horford is a retired basketball player and Lansing-based entrepreneur. He played college basketball at the University of Michigan and the University of Florida and went on to become the founder of Blueprint Athletes, a basketball training app. In this episode, Jon and Manny talk about the improvements needed to the way we develop the next generation of athletes and leaders. They also discuss the mindset that athletes need to maintain as they set goals, pursue careers, and think about winning.
