This week I interview Julie Crawford who has been one of our longest members at CSCF. Julie started here back in 2007 in our mommy boot camp. After the boot camp she joined one of our small group personal training programs then made the big jump into CrossFit the summer of 2011. She has been very consistent since then and one of the coolest parts of her story is that through her example she led her daughter (Kelsey Crawford - Ep. 23) to start CrossFit. Julie's story will inspire you to take the next step in your fitness journey. If you are interested in learning more about our programs visit www.boomfitbcs.com.
On this episode, we’ll unpack best practices for Pinterest with Julie Crawford and learn more about why poetry is the perfect literary medium for crafty people. Let's craft a better business!
