Send us a textNew episode of Love&BLoved Podcast! #ChatwithLena series when I share spontaneous revelations and confessing them to you. My passion comes from my own journey—surviving human trafficking, addiction, PTSD, and trauma AND finding healing through faith in Christ. I know firsthand that transformation is possible, and that joy, love, peace, purpose, and passion CAN be restored after trauma. The road to healing long but so worth it. But there always will be moments like this one. tell me what do you think and what do you do after mistake? This situations are inevitable no matter how mature in Christ you are no matter race or age, we are all in the same both... humans, and our trauma, mental, physical, and emotional, and spiritual health when not healed will manifest in default modes and negative behaviour. But there is hope!!! You are loved and don't have to be perfect. God is wonderful counsellor and will lead you and guide you and walk beside you. I know this because He did this for me. Matthew 11:28-30 New International Version“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”Here is a meaning of word "yoke" just in case you think about an egg. Literal Meaning: A wooden bar or frame, known as a yoke, is used to join draft animals like oxen for pulling and working together because it distributes the weight evenly between the animals, making it easier for them to pull heavy loads and work as a unit. In the Bible, "yoke" metaphorically represents bondage, oppression, or the weight of a task or obligation, often used in the context of submission to authority, particularly in the context of religious or spiritual freedom. So that's what Jesus did for me .He partnered up with me to carry a heavy load of my trauma, grief and everyday struggles to give me peace and freedom. He did this for me He will do it for you! We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented fabulous? Actually… who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we give other people permission to do the same.” My light shines bright these days. Now, it's time for you to shine yours upon the world, too.
