Shouldn't Tim Allen's character hate Christmas before being possessed by the soul of Santa Claus? Why did they give Wendy Crewson Uma Thurman's exact haircut from Pulp Fiction? How fantastic is Judge Reinhold in this, as always? And how difficult was it to work with Tim Allen on that Disney+ sequel show? PLUS: Steve has an eagle eye spying a fat foot double for Tim Allen! The Santa Clause stars Tim Allen, Judge Reinhold, Wendy Crewson, Eric Lloyd, David Krumholtz, and Peter Boyle as Mr. Whittle; directed by John Pasquin. Tim Allen stars in the Disney+ series “The Santa Clauses” and talks about how the show acknowledges the history and meaning of Christmas and its Christian roots, while modern society has tried to remove all associations of Christ and the Christian Saint Nicholas, the original Santa Claus. ⭕️ Watch in-depth videos based on Truth & Tradition at Epoch TV

To make up for the lack of a season 1 finale, Jordan does a Geisler's Guidelines first and has a Roast and Toast of a movie! Jordan and his great friend Rebecca Boiney do a Roast and Toast of the 1994 Tim Allen Christmas movie The Santa Clause. Together, they dissect the issues of the movie while also acknowledging its few areas of merit, including, but not limited to, child acting, Tim Allen's insult skills, the disregard for the concept of time, fat-shaming, a very scandalous deleted scene, a bad dance number, and the need for a prequel depicting an evil Santa. Afterwards, they play a Christmas-themed version of In Other Words (despite the fact Jordan wrongly calls it "Spin Off" on the show). Be sure to subscribe to the podcast so that you never miss an episode! Please leave a review so other people know that Geisler's Guidelines is well worth a listen. The Geisler's Guidelines cover art is thanks to Olivia Buchanan and Susan Silva. Follow Jordan on Instagram @savage_sasquatch78, and if you'd like to suggest a topic for discussion, send it to geislersguidelines@gmail.com. Thanks for listening!
Kasey and Jenn offer their opinions on chocolate, provide counsel on how to get into the dating game, and how to combat the sunk cost fallacy. Most importantly, they talk about Tim Allen Christmas movies.
Mike and Adam return to the year 1994 to talk about the video games, TV shows, movies and music that came out that year, and left their mark for years to come. The sorting hat brings us the highly entertaining Super Nintendo game, Donkey Kong Country, the love-it-or-hate-it sitcom, Friends, and the Tim Allen Christmas classic, the Santa Clause. Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart brings a slew of great hit songs that will make you nostalgic for the days of the compact disc. We have the pleasure of listening to Green Day, Hootie, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, and Counting Crows. Your job's a joke, your broke, your love life's DOA, so you might as well go ahead and hit the play button to get yourself out of second gear. The theme of today's episode is: Tonal Dissonance. Join us as Ted discusses the bizarre audio-visual phenomena that only the combination of sensory deprivation and repetitive viewing of Tim Allen Christmas threequels could produce. Stick around as John recounts his experiences with watching the movie while synced to prog rock. Look out for "Santa Claus vs. Burger King: Dawn of Justice" coming soon to a theater near you. Homework for this week: Try to find lines in the movie that don't fit the scene they're in.

We are back to close off our four day marathon of Tim Allen Christmas movies as we look at the 2004 film Christmas With The Kranks. Is this movie worth all the hate? Why do both Ben & Colin agree it's dumb but still can enjoy it? Why is Tim Allen's character the only non-asshole in this film but is treated and portrayed like an asshole? Why does Colin hate blinking things so much? Why is Bev so sexy? How great is Felicity Huffman? Why is there one scene in this movie that is downright hilarious and needs more praise? And is this worth watching more than any of The Santa Clause films? Tune in and find out to get yourself fully in the Christmas spirit!★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★
We're back to continue our four day bingefest of Tim Allen Christmas movies as we now move into the third and thankfully final entry in The Santa Clause franchise with the third and worst of the bunch The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause. Can Colin & Ben say anything positive about this film? Why is Martin Short so amazing and why do we even care about his characters sexuality? What is with the terrible fart jokes? Why is Neil kinda sucky this time around? Where the hell is Charlie? Why do we miss Bernard? Why does Lucy suck so much? Why is this movie pointless with basically no plot? What 10 minutes of this movie are great and could've made this a more fun film? And why are we subjecting ourselves to this garbage? Just click the download and listen to get it over with already.★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★
