Mr. Bizz (ITA) - NightVision Techno PODCAST 89 pt.2 Bio: Mr. Bizz comprises a perfect duo of two brothers Fabrizio and Matteo Floris,who's several early collaborations with different pseudonyms, including Minimal Cadets, permitted collaborations with the most important labels such as Frisbee Tracks,Multicolor Recordings etc. Mr. Bizz, although young,had much early success with releases such as "Eternity"(summer 2009) on the German label "Cocoon Recordings",which was played to death all summer and featured in the compilation mixed by Dubfire and Loco dice entitled "Ten years of Cocoon ibiza". 2010 was a full working year, Mr. Bizz began to release with some classic labels: Tuning Spork, Resopal Schallware,etc and remixed the legendary Hakan Lidbo.In 2011 they became connected with Sian's own "Octopus Recordings" and the Greek label "Material Series" ran by Mihalis Safras,thus began the project in earnest. In this year they were also remixed Dj Chus, Mauro Picotto, Mihalis Safras and Pig & Dan. At the beginning of the 2012 they started to hit top positions on charts and light up the radar of most big name DJ's. Garnering several hit Ep's on Octopus,with "Exit" and "Broken", and with “Bamboo” for 5 weeks in first position in Techno and appears on “Top Techno Tracks Of 2012 ” for Beatport. Their remixed on 2012 best artists as: Stefano Noferini, Lutzenkirchen, Spektre,Yello, Mauro Picotto, Zoo Brazil, Hermanez and more.. In 2013 the guys debut on Dubfire’s label “Sci+Tec” and on Monika Kruse’s label “Terminal M” and making some collaborations with Harvey McKay and the belgian duo Filterheadz. The brothers have released several tracks on Octopus Recordings, Sleaze Records,Deeperfect,Toolroom,Bitten Records, Suara, MB Elektronics, Blufin, Material, Respekt and many more.. They have played in several prestigious clubs such Sankeys Ibiza, City Hall and Mac Arena Mar (Sonar Off) in Barcelona, Monza Club in Frankfurt, Piso 30 and Wild Club in Colombia, WesterUnie and ADE 2014 in Amsterdam, Faktory Club In Lisbon and many other clubs around the world. Ever since we embarked on Djebali's monumental groove at Mac Arena Beach in Barcelona last June, and his epic performance at the Chicago Social Club at ADE last winter, his music hasn't been far from our ears. With killer releases on his newly inaugurated imprint ( djebali ) - as well as Freak n Chic, Nordik Net and Tuning Spork - one of Paris hottest house producers at the moment, ladies and gents, please welcome Djebali to the show!

Music that moves both your feet and your feelings has been a long-standing preoccupation of dj and producer Matteo Spedicati. His first influence was his dad, who played his eager young son records from his vast collection. Listening, the hairs on the back of his neck stood on end, and Matteo soon realised that this crazy strong response could only be delivered by music. Like many teenagers. Matteo, on guitar, formed a garage band with his friends in Calgari. Unlike his peers, Matteo began to compose his own songs, score the other instruments, and experiment with musical software, adding electronic sounds and effects when he produced the bands demos. Around the age of 21, he first started going out on the Italian clubscene and immersing himself in the minimal sound flourishing during that time. Matteo desperately wanted to dj. He didn’t have the money to buy turntables but he did have a PC, so when his friend, life-long collaborator, Renato Figoli, turned up one day with a cracked copy of Cubase 5 they set about recreating the sounds they were hearing on labels like Kompakt and Perlon. In 2006 Matteo released his first EP on imprint Gumption Records. That was just the start. Since then a series of exceptional releases, featuring his distinctive and infectious blend of techno and house, has earned critical acclaim and the support of an international line-up of fellow djs and producers. (Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos and Karotte to name a few.) He has worked with Joseph Capriati on CMYK e Alchemy, with Alessio Mereu on Toy for Boys, with Mr. Bizz on Tuning Spork and Resopal, with Mendo on Great Stuff. In 2008 he embarked on an new project with Andrea Ferlin as Clarissa Haze Duo. This partnership, which they have now brought to SLEEP IS COMMERCIAL, saw them fusing their techniques together, adding a psychedilic and organic texture, to create an album and an live act that gained high profile support from the electronic music world. Following this Mateo also set up his own imprint, Carillion with friend with Guiseppe Cennamo in 2010. And of course, Matteo now has those turntables and his skills as a dj are just as assured as his productions. He is an increasingly influencial player back home as well as being invited to play across Europe, known for his discerning taste, his flawless technique, and the tangibiltiy of his dancefloor- making the crowds hairs stand on end- always aiming for that strong emotional connection he felt listening to his dads records all those years before.

Hugo, as a jazz trained musician, found inspiration to make music from a combination of elements and influences. His 10 years career takes him all over the world. Since the beginning Hugo focused his efforts on the “live performance” side of dance music, creating several live projects as UBIT, that delivered the Ibiza anthem A-sid chosen by Mauro Picotto for his Meganite mixed set in 2004 and COMADISCO, an electro-punk trio experiment built to explore the darkest side of his talent, releasing its mega hit “Love in a bookshop” on Irma Elettrica in 2005. After several dancefloor burner, HUGO started to explore the brighter side of his dance attitude releasing a series of fresh tunes which blended jazz, house and funk that brought him out on the worldwide scene. In 2008 Hugo released "The Sloop and the Siren" on Jay Haze's label Tuning Spork. The Sloop rapidly became a must have for all the dj's of the global scene, a contemporary classic for dance music market. Hugo's works have been appreciated by the most influential artists and his remixes are gaining great feedbacks all around. Hugo is rocking the globe with shows in the most valuable world clubs as Womb, Fabric, Paradiso, Footwork, Watergate, Rex and traveling around 12 months a year. His anthem “The Sloop” has been selected as official soundtrack of Detroit Movement Festival 2009 and his production has been released by labels such as Tuning Spork, Mobilee, Systematic, Viva, 2020 Vision, Great Stuff, Om, Cr2, Claque, Rebirth, Material, Formatik among the others. 2010 will see the first steps on his new project, Goodvibe Records http://www.goodviberecords.com/ where he is going to release with his fellow mates and producers from all over the electronic music global scene. Goodvibe Records headquarter will be in Turin, where Hugo built a new studio, Nipple Slip Studio, and where he is working silently at his next vision, a solo album.
