Hello Excellent Emerald Citizens! On this episode of HWGW, we're discussing another childhood favorite of Allison's (it is the Year of the Yak after all). We discuss the excellent practical effects, propose that this is a little too real at times, pitch Cocoonies; a sequel to both Cocoon (1985) and The Goonies (1985), and realize this is the Jason X (2001) of Oz films! PLUS: We are a pro-Jason Mantzoukas podcast! Don't have an Ozma attack, it's Return to Oz (1985)! Questions, comments, requests? Write us at: WriteHWGW@gmail.com

You told yourself you weren't going to text him.You meant it.Then your phone buzzed... or the loneliness got louder... or the pressure inside became impossible to ignore. And before you knew it, you hit send.In this episode, Dawn, Coach Tiffini, and Joy explore one of the most frustrating post-divorce patterns women experience: reaching for false connection when what they're actually craving is relief.Because the truth is, texting him back usually isn't about him. It's about the discomfort you're trying to escape.Together, they unpack the deeper forces underneath the urge to reach out—including attachment wounds, loneliness, validation-seeking, nervous system dysregulation, productivity addiction, and self-abandonment.They discuss: Why the urge to text your ex feels so overwhelming What is actually happening in your nervous system before you hit send The surprising ways loneliness causes women to betray their own values Why validation can become addictive after divorce How old attachment patterns follow us into new relationships The difference between temporary relief and genuine healing Why community matters when you're trying to break painful cycles Practical tools for interrupting the urge to reach out Most importantly, this conversation offers compassion.Because if you've ever found yourself asking, "Why do I keep doing this?" the answer is probably much bigger than a text message. The text is just the fruit. This episode helps you understand the tree.Mentioned In This Episode Attachment wounds and nervous system healing Self-abandonment vs. self-trust IFS (Internal Family Systems) The role of loneliness in divorce recovery Why healing requires more than willpower Ready to heal with women who understand?Join us inside Cocoon, our free community for women navigating divorce, rebuilding self-trust, and creating lives that feel grounded, secure, and fully their own. We'd love to meet you there. A butterfly farm in Aruba. A chrysalis full of goo. And one strange biological detail scientists call ""imaginal cells"" — the secret blueprint hidden inside the dissolving caterpillar that decides what it becomes next. Lance Wallnau says the same hidden blueprint is sitting inside YOU right now — and most believers will die without ever activating it. What if the ""stuck"" season you're in isn't a setback... but a cocoon? Lance unpacks Convergence Theory and Constraint Theory — the behavioral science (developed by Israeli physicist Eliyahu Goldratt) that explains why 80% of called people never reach the assignment God put them on earth to fulfill. And what are the 3 hidden numbers behind every $100 million operator — and the master teacher Jesus modeled? In this episode: • The ""imaginal cell"" revelation God showed Lance at a butterfly farm — and why you can't fly until you find the right people to agree with what's inside you • The 4 phases of convergence: Sovereign Foundation → Spiritual Formation → Gift Discovery → Life Maturing → Convergence (and why most ministries crash in stage 4) • The Doldrums — the spiritual ""no wind"" zone that breaks 80% of called leaders • Why your CONSTRAINT — not your gifting — is what's actually capping your altitude (the sandbag principle) • The 93% / 80% / 50% formula behind every $100M CEO — and why Trump operates exactly this way (most people totally misread him) • The Sergius Paulus pattern: why Paul's FIRST convert after being sent out by the Holy Spirit was a Roman political ruler — and what that means for the seven mountains mandate today • The ""5 Questions From Mastery"" download Lance got during a massage in the Caribbean — and why wisdom isn't the answer, it's the question • Why a 95%+ achievement drive will actually destroy you (and how God forces the Sabbath reset) This isn't motivational. This is the prophetic + behavioral data that explains why some believers fly and most never leave the chrysalis. June is changing the rules. Are you ready for the Return of Magic? After a relentless period of shedding, truth-bombing, and “rip-the-Band-Aid-off” energy, the first week of June brings a massive, fated frequency shift. We are moving out of the cocoon and into a three-point arc of initiation, grace, and new human embodiment. In this episode, Sabrina Lynn reveals the “Return to Magic” arc moving through June 1st–7th, showing you how to stop watching the “avalanche” of the old world and start attuning to the gold veins of abundance available right now. The 3-Point Arc of June 1st–7th: 1⃣ The Nervous System Exhale (Mon-Tue): As Mercury enters Cancer and the Sun sextiles Saturn, a sacred reprieve opens. This isn’t just rest; it's the “landing” required to access your deepest intuitive gold. 2⃣ The Return to Magic (Wed-Sat): The “Grace-Bombing Magicians” (Venus, Isis, Osiris, & Hygeia) are in a high-initiatory conjunction. We explore how to stop watching the “avalanche” of the old world and start attuning to the miracles hidden in the collapse. 3⃣ The Crossroads of Destiny (Sun): Hecate and Mary Magdalene meet on the Nodes of Fate while Uranus squares the destiny line. This is the “Chicken Wings” moment—the choice to stop crawling and finally start using your wings. What we dive into: • The Avalanche vs. The Gold Veins: Why where you place your life force this week determines your next 6 months. • High-Voltage Initiations: Why you might feel “crunchy” or “on the edge” right before a massive breakthrough. • The Mother of Magic: An invitation into the vast mystery school of the Goddess Isis. • Embodying the New Human: Moving from deconstruction to actual frequency embodiment. Send us Fan MailTGTPTU's olds take a break from handing out shiny nickels and Werther's Originals warm from their pockets and yelling at clouds to join Gen Z cohosts Thomas and Jack for the latter's third pick from Ron Howard, the child star turned hack director's big studio, Industrial Light & Magic, four-quadrant blockbuster COCOON (1985). Chosen due to nightmares it'd given to, and an insane plot retelling by, Jack's friend, this first-time watch for him is remembered fondly as a family outing and rewatch by Gen X cohosts Ken and Ryan. That friend's plot summary of extraterrestrials passing in human skinsuits abducting retirement home residents after seducing them with youthful lives of breakdancing and sexual congress does sound terrifying, but the film filters much of this through an all-star cast of Golden Age Hollywood actors (including this film's Oscar-winning Best Supporting Actor Don Ameche and his four-out-of-four-star gams) and the youthful innocence of child actor Barret Oliver from The NeverEnding Story (1984) and the titular Daryl in D.A.R.Y.L. (1985). The flick also has a mid-twenties Steve Guttenberg in short shorts. Who likes the Gute in short shorts? We like the Gute in short shorts. Exclusive to listeners of this episode, Ryan reveals the location of Atlantis; Thomas considers sex as an and/or with elderly person(s); Jack reveals his childhood-trauma-by-proxy; and Ken is unimpressed by the chase scenes but very into Gwen Verdon's legs. Send us Fan MailOn the podcast this time, Steven and Sean are recapturing their youths with the help of some peculiar “people.” We watched the 1985 film from Ron Howard, Cocoon.Who among us wouldn't want to turn by the inexorable hands of time and feel younger, healthier, and more vibrant? Two sagas of snow and ice: going to Dubai via Helsinki, in that unconventional (revolutionary?) cocoon seat by Finnair, and to Kelowna (YLW) with the appropriately named Air North — snowy take offs, blueberry juice and de-icing drama (no blueberry juice was used to de-ice, but an in-flight magazine was taken).Would you fly to Dubai now? Where we stand (that jet fuel price), and where to stand in Dubai to plane spot (Paul did not say it: the metro station is called Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro Station 2).Starlink everywhere, what it means for in-flight calls, TikTok challenges, and our general quiet in an airplane (oh boy). Boarding lane clogging, and the boarding zone police (main syndrome character much?). We both want to fly that ITA 321 business class, have you? This week on The Free Cheese, welcome to Cocoon. We add our first Final Fantasy game to The List with the flagship title of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series, Final Fantasy XIII. After years of hearing the global criticism of the game, we explore how much of that was echoes and what was reality. We dive deep into the combat system, discuss the characters we gravitated towards, and try really, really hard to understand the story in the game.
In this episode, I chat with creature effects artist, puppeteer and digital pioneer Craig Caton-Largent about a career that arguably traces the entire arc of modern visual effects — from foam latex and animatronics to motion control, performance capture and full CG animation. Craig talks about growing up on a sheep and cattle ranch in Washington State, being captivated by the 1960s Batman TV show and then Planet of the Apes, and teaching himself prosthetics from Dick Smith's Monster Makeup Handbook. After tracking down Dick Smith's address in Who's Who in America, he wrote a letter that led to a year of mentorship over cassette tapes and ultimately introductions to Rick Baker, Stan Winston and Tom Burman. We get into his first job on Charles Band's Metal Storm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn, working on the Olympic alien for the 1984 closing ceremonies, sculpting barnacles on Cocoon, building Spock's seamless silicone ears on Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, undulating menacingly under shaving cream on Larry Cohen's The Stuff, and puppeteering Slimer's mouth on the original Ghostbusters. A big part of the conversation focuses on Jurassic Park, including the design evolution of the T-Rex, the helicopter convention moment that led to the McFadden motion base, the logistics of moving the full-size animatronic across the San Fernando Valley at night, and Craig's work as the Raptor puppeteer, including the now-legendary "head tilt" at the kitchen window that earned an on-set "It's like Alien, I love it" from Spielberg. We also talk about Craig's twenty-year stint as the caretaker, or "doctor", to the original ET puppet, including the time the LAPD turned up at his garage door thinking he was running a crack lab while he was actually repainting ET. Plus the story of how Stan Winston handing him a couple of SGI machines led, almost overnight, to him becoming one of the eight co-founders of Digital Domain alongside James Cameron and Scott Ross. Later in the conversation we move into Craig's animation career as a final layout artist and character TD at DreamWorks and Disney, with credits on Tangled, Rise of the Guardians, How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Turbo, and stories from working with Guillermo del Toro at DreamWorks. We finish on Craig's current role as Creative Director of the 3D Animation and Visual Effects department at the New York Film Academy in Burbank. You see the photo. The new relationship. The vacation. The smile that looks a little too easy. And suddenly, your entire body reacts. Not because you want them back. But because it feels like proof.Proof that they're happier.Proof that they've moved on.Proof that somehow… you were the problem. This is one of the deepest wounds in divorce healing:when their next chapter makes you question your worth. In this episode of Dear Divorce Diary, we unpack why your ex moving on can trigger shame, resentment, comparison, and that quiet spiral of self-doubt that keeps you stuck long after the divorce is over.Because the pain usually isn't about them. It's about what their moving on makes you believe about you.We talk about:– Why comparison keeps your nervous system stuck in survival– How resentment is often envy in disguise– The hidden shame underneath “why am I still here?”– What you're actually afraid of when you spiral– How to come back to self-trust, safety, and emotional peaceHealing after divorce isn't about watching them. It's about returning to yourself.Because your worth was never determined by who stayed.Join us inside Cocoon, where the real healing happens.Support the show✨Join the Cocoon Community - your people are waiting! ✨
Jamie Anderson was born in London and raised in a musical environment, eventually relocating to Bristol in the mid 80's, where he continued training in improvisation with jazz pianist Dave Buxton for several years. Whilst performing in local bands and working in a Bristol record shop during the early 1990s, he developed a deep love for electronic music and turntablism, fusing elements of acid house, funk, Latin, and Detroit techno into his craft. In 1997, Anderson founded the label Artform, making his solo debut with the Prototype EP. In 2001, he released his first full-length album Blue Music on NRK, followed by the mix CD Nite:Life 013 and key tracks such as "Black Sun," "Player Hater," and "Rebel Sound." His productions and remixes also appeared on respected labels including Rotation, Cocoon, Fossil Archive, 100% Pure, and Flash Recordings. Throughout the 2000s and 2010s, Jamie Anderson became a fixture on the global DJ circuit, performing at major international events and building a devoted following for his energetic DJ sets and live performances. He collaborated with fellow artists such as Jerome, Dave Angel, Jesse Rose, K. Alexi, Lee Pattison, and Owain K-releasing standout singles like "Body Jackin" and "Cyclone," and refining his signature groove-driven sound. With his Artform Studio based in Berlin since 2014, Anderson continues to evolve his craft -collaborating with artists including Robert Owens, R.M.K., Daniel Haaksman and Florian Meindl on numerous high-quality studio productions. He remains active as a DJ, performing across Europe and around the globe. R.M.K hails from London, R.M.K is an exciting new project by Fossil Archive label head Roberto. It represents a faster and more intense take on his unique brand of Techno. He utilises his knowledge and past experiences, which include regularly playing at Berghain and Tresor in Berlin, as well as fabric in London, to develop his individual sound. During his 20+ year career in music, he has formed friendships and worked in partnership with other respected artists such as Trevino (Marcus Intalex), Jamie Anderson, Robert Owens, Goldie and Nastia. Although the focus is always on the very heart of the most raucous of raves, R.M.K never shies away from groove and funk. In this episode Dr. Melathopoulos speaks with Dr. Armando Falcon-Brindis, assistant professor and extension specialist in entomology at the University of Idaho's Parma Research and Extension Center and director of the Parma Cocoon Testing Center. Dr. Falcon-Brindis explains why alfalfa leafcutter bees are far more effective than honey bees at pollinating alfalfa seed and describes how the lab uses X-ray imaging to assess cocoon health by counting live larvae, dead cells, pollen balls, machine damage, predators, parasites, and signs of pathogens, with follow-up dissections when needed. He details grower sampling methods, recommended bee release rates, and sex-ratio testing, then outlines new program efforts including a demonstration pollinator garden, field-based IPM trainings, and modernization of diagnostics with digital X-ray and other technologies. You thought you were past this. You had more good days. You weren't thinking about him as much. You finally felt like maybe… you were moving forward. And then out of nowhere—the heaviness comes back. You're thinking about him again. You feel shut down, exhausted… maybe even defeated. And the question hits:“Why am I here again?”In this episode, we unpack the moment so many women experience in divorce grief—but almost always misinterpret. The moment where it feels like you're going backwards… even when you've been doing everything right.Inside this episode, we explore:– Why divorce grief can feel heavier after you thought you were “through it”– What's actually happening when your thoughts drift back to him– The phase of healing that gets mislabeled as a setback– Why exhaustion and emotional heaviness often show up right here– How to understand what your system is doing (instead of assuming you're failing)Because this moment? It's not proof that you're stuck. And it's not proof that you've undone your progress. It's something else entirely. If this episode hit something in you, don't stay in your head with it.Come join us inside Cocoon—our free community where women are walking through this exact phase of healing together. You don't have to figure this out alone.

Thanks for bearing with us listeners! After various real life events necessitated we take a month-long hiatus, we're happy to be back with a new episode, and what better way to kick off season whatever-we're-on-now than with a visit to the prestigious Indieventure Vault? The theme this time around is extremely simple: all three of us got a free pick of whatever favourite indie game we felt was the Vault's biggest outstanding omission to date. For Rebecca, that was archaeological adventure/hieroglyphic decryption puzzle game Heaven's Vault; for Liam, it was that surprisingly upbeat soulslike about reapers, aptly named Death's Door; and for Rachel, it was of course Cocoon — I mean, she literally wrote the book on it. (Pssst, go pre-order Rachel's upcoming book about Cocoon if you haven't already!) We end, as always, with our latest hyperfixations, and since we've been away for a month, it's a… diverse bunch for sure. Rachel has spent her recent holiday wisely by getting very into WWE (scandal noted), and in particular has identified her favourite wrestler as everyman Mick Foley (no scandals to note, turns out he's just lovely??). Liam has been playing a lot of AAAs recently, but neither Overwatch nor Pokémon Pokopia nor even Resident Evil Requiem have been enough to overshadow his newfound love for 2017 Canadian mockumentary sitcom Nirvanna The Band The Show. And Rebecca has belatedly been captivated by the strangely bland allure of Love & Deepspace's player housing update. Our music was written and performed by Ollie Newbury! Find him on Instagram at @newbsmusic. Meanwhile, you can find us at indieventurepodcast.co.uk or wherever you listen to podcasts. Don't forget that you can now join our dedicated Discord too, and be sure to check out our new Steam Curator page if you simply still can't get enough of us!

Last week, we honored winter. We talked about rest. About not forcing growth. About calming your nervous system so your body feels safe. But here's the truth: you can't stay under the blanket forever. At some point, you emerge. In this episode, we talk about the shift from conservation to mobilization — what's happening biologically as light increases, energy rises, and your body prepares for activation. But more importantly, we talk about the psychology that keeps you stuck:“I'll start later.”“Who cares.”“I just don't feel motivated.”Waiting for motivation delays momentum. Emergence isn't emotional — it's decided. You don't explode into spring. You prepare for it.Inside this episode, I'll walk you through:Why comfort and growth cannot coexist long termHow “later” is often fear disguised as patienceWhy action creates motivation (not the other way around)How to plan your spring intentionally with one simple anchorSpring is coming either way.The question is: will you drift into it — or decide into it?

Divorce grief isn't always about the person.Sometimes it's about the future you thought was guaranteed. In this episode, Dawn, Producer Joy, and Coach Tiffini unpack one of the most disorienting parts of divorce recovery: grieving the life you thought you were building. The marriage. The identity. The future that felt certain.Because when divorce happens, many women don't just lose a partner — they lose the story they believed about their life.In this conversation, we explore the deeper layers of divorce grief, including the anger, confusion, and identity collapse that often surface when the life you imagined suddenly disappears.Inside this episode:• Why divorce grief often shows up as anger, resentment, or disbelief — not just sadness • The identity crisis many women face after divorce • Why some women begin questioning whether love itself is real • What has to happen internally before you can imagine a new future • Why healing accelerates when women stop performing and start showing up authentically in communityThis episode also touches on attachment patterns, nervous system safety, inner child healing, and the work required to rebuild trust in yourself — and in love.If you've ever asked yourself, “Did any of it even matter?” or wondered whether the life you believed in was ever real, you are not alone.Hi love, and welcome to Dear Divorce Diary, a podcast exploring life after divorce and the deeper healing work that helps women rebuild their confidence, regulate their nervous systems, and create the life they truly want.If you're looking for deeper support:• Join our Cocoon community inside the Heartbeat app • Become a premium listener for behind-the-mic conversations and healing tools • Or share this episode with a woman navigating divorce griefBecause healing after divorce isn't about getting your old life back. It's about creating a future that's actually aligned with who you are becoming.Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MyCoachDawnInstagram: (@dawnwiggins)Instagram: (@coachtiffini)On the Web: https://www.mycoachdawn.comA podcast exploring the journey of life after divorce, delving into topics like divorce grief, loneliness, anxiety, manifesting, the impact of different attachment styles and codependency, setting healthy boundaries, energy healing with homeopathy, managing the nervous system during divorce depression, understanding the stages of divorce grief, and using the Law of Attraction and EMDR therapy in the process of building your confidence, forgiveness and letting go.Support the show✨Join the Cocoon Community - your people are waiting! ✨

When someone dies, there's a script. When you get divorced, there isn't.No ritual. No defined role.No socially approved space to grieve someone who is still alive. In this episode, we unpack why divorce grief is neurologically and socially different from death — and why so many women feel stuck for years without understanding why.We talk about:The three ways divorce grief disrupts the nervous systemWhy “stages of grief” don't fully apply hereThe self-esteem hit that makes you ask, “Why wasn't I enough?”Why many support groups validate you… but don't actually help you healAnd we introduce something deeper — what we mean when we say divorce grief is quantum. Not mystical. Not abstract.Layered. Overlapping. Entangled.Your past self, your present body, and your future identity are all grieving at once. Your nervous system is still wired to seek comfort from the person you're trying to let go of.Divorce grief doesn't move in stages. It moves in waves. There may be no meal train for this kind of loss. But you don't have to grieve it alone. If this episode resonated, your next step is simple: don't stay isolated in it.Join us inside the Cocoon community in the Heartbeat app, come to a Cocoon Connect, or take one deeper step into your healing.Because this kind of grief doesn't resolve with time...It resolves with support. We'll meet you there.Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MyCoachDawnInstagram: (@dawnwiggins)Instagram: (@coachtiffini)On the Web: https://www.mycoachdawn.comA podcast exploring the journey of life after divorce, delving into topics like divorce grief, loneliness, anxiety, manifesting, the impact of different attachment styles and codependency, setting healthy boundaries, energy healing with homeopathy, managing the nervous system during divorce depression, understanding the stages of divorce grief, and using the Law of Attraction and EMDR therapy in the process of building your confidence, forgiveness and letting go.Support the show✨Join the Cocoon Community - your people are waiting! ✨

Is the world outside freezing over while your internal world feels like it's on fire? Have you been forced into a sudden stop, wondering if it's a roadblock or a divine intervention? What if the "deafening silence" of this winter storm is actually the Universe screaming a message you finally have time to hear? Michael broadcasts from a frozen Northeastern Florida to deliver a profound message about the massive winter storm gripping the nation. This isn't just about the weather; this is a COSMIC REBOOT designed to break the cycle of the "poly-crisis". Michael reveals why he canceled a critical medical trip after receiving undeniable signs from the Universe (involving a bulldozer and a runaway wheel!). Discover why the Earth is "on fire" energetically yet frozen physically, how to utilize the "Silent Speaks" phenomenon to hear your soul's guidance, and why this forced pause is the greatest gift for your 2026 evolution. Key Topics: The Cosmic Reboot: Why the massive storm affecting 200 million people is a divinely orchestrated "pause button" to reset humanity's nervous system. "Silent Speaks": How the sound-absorbing quality of snow makes the external world quiet so your internal guidance becomes deafeningly loud. The Bulldozer Sign: Michael's harrowing story of a highway accident that served as a cosmic warning to stop pushing and stay safe. Fire & Ice: Understanding the paradox of why the Earth is energetically "on fire" (burning away the old) while we are physically experiencing a deep freeze. The "Poly-Crisis" Cure: How to stop the feeling of time speeding up by embracing the "space between the notes". The Echo Effect: Why intentions set during the "ice phase" of a storm bounce back louder and carry further into the Universe. A "Snow Day" Meditation: A guided visualization to help you reclaim the joy, play, and stillness of a childhood snow day, right now. This episode is a warm blanket for your soul. If you are feeling guilty for doing "no thing," this message will remind you that in the pause lies your greatest power as a Creator. Join the Inspire Nation Soul Family!

Embracing Hope: Moving Beyond Past Struggles and Embracing New Beginnings In this sermon, Jeremy emphasizes the importance of staying connected and introduces a new series focused on themes of newness, transformation, and the renewing of one's mind. The discussion revolves around the challenges of maintaining hope and motivation, especially when initial inspiration fades. Using references to 'National Quitters Day' and the movie 'Shawshank Redemption,' the talk explores the idea that hope, despite being risky and sometimes painful, is essential for true transformation. The sermon highlights a biblical story from John chapter 5, where Jesus heals a man who has been an invalid for 38 years, urging him to pick up his mat and walk, symbolizing the need to leave behind old identities and embrace a new life. Emphasizing that hope is a choice and a necessary aspect of faith, the speaker urges listeners not to settle for less but to continually strive towards a new, God-given life. 00:00 Introduction and Announcements 00:49 Series on Newness and Transformation 01:29 The Temporary Nature of Inspiration 02:33 Challenges of Maintaining Resolutions 03:33 The Danger of Settling 07:43 Lessons from Shawshank Redemption 15:33 The Story of the Invalid at the Pool 23:35 Stop Identifying with Your Condition 24:02 The Significance of the Mat 25:52 Letting Go of the Old Identity 27:50 Choosing Hope and Transformation 31:14 The Power of Hope 33:41 The Cocoon of Transformation 35:31 Don't Quit, Choose Hope 41:42 A Prayer for Hope and Healing
Hypervigilance doesn't come from wanting control. It comes from realizing—often too early—that no one else was going to handle it.After divorce, many women find themselves overanalyzing everything: conversations, tone shifts, finances, social dynamics, parenting decisions, other people's moods. Not because they're anxious by nature—but because their bodies learned that vigilance was the price of stability. In this episode of Dear Divorce Diary, we name the real cost of being the only adult in the room. You'll hear why:Hypervigilance is a role your body took on when things became unstableOveranalyzing doesn't calm anxiety—it quietly feeds it until it erupts laterControl is often a substitute for safety, not a sign of strengthLetting go isn't about trust-falling into uncertainty—it requires somewhere safe to landExhaustion, resentment, and panic are downstream effects of never being able to stand downWe also talk honestly about why healing can't happen in isolation—and why many women have to outgrow environments, relationships, and identities that once felt necessary but now feel depleting. To close the episode, we share Small Wins, Big Shifts—real listener moments where control loosened just enough for relief, clarity, and trust to return. Not because everything worked out—but because they stopped carrying it alone. If you've been living in constant readiness…and rest feels unavailable…if your mind never fully turns off…This episode will help you understand why—and what it actually takes to change it.If you're craving a room where you don't have to explain yourself, you're invited to join Cocoon, our free community on the Heartbeat app. The link is in the show notes. You don't need more control. You need support.Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MyCoachDawnInstagram: (@dawnwiggins)Instagram: (@coachtiffini)On the Web: https://www.mycoachdawn.comA podcast exploring the journey of life after divorce, delving into topics like divorce grief, loneliness, anxiety, manifesting, the impact of different attachment styles and codependency, setting healthy boundaries, energy healing with homeopathy, managing the nervous system during divorce depression, understanding the stages of divorce grief, and using the Law of Attraction and EMDR therapy in the process of building your confidence, forgiveness and letting go.Support the show✨Join the Cocoon Community - your people are waiting! ✨ Stress-Less Flower Essence

In 2026, it's 36 years of activism with passion. Electric Rescue is considered one of the made-in-France masterpieces of the electronic music but also a worldwide renowned artist. His hits are regularly played by electronic music masters like: Laurent Garnier, Len Faki, Ben klock, Dax J, Fjaak, Ellen Allien, Perc, marcel Dettmann, Sven Väth, Slam or Luke Slater. Electric Rescue has been forging a strong specificity in the electronic landscape by defending a techno neither conceding nor creating compromises, similar in this aspect to his friend Laurent Garnier. His productions have been signed on labels like Cocoon, Virgo, Arts, F Communications, Cod3QR, Soma, Sci + Tec, Boys noize and his own label Skryptöm of course..... Electric Rescue is also a famous name as live artist and DJ. Since more than two decades, he has been traveling the world preaching the techno good word with passion and modesty. He had the opportunity to play in mythic clubs such as Berghain/Panorama Bar (Berlin), Tresor (Berlin), Weather Festival (France), The Edge (São Paulo), Concrete (Paris), The Egg (Londres), Herr Zimmerman (Rotterdam), Air Club (Tokyo), Moog (Barcelone) His artistic effervescence is also the result of his good Skryptöm Records management, an establishment he founded in 2006, on which he has signed many tracks for Traumer, Moteka, Kmyle, Popof, Julian Jeweil, Scan X, Maxime Dangles, Commuter, dusty kid, the label has collaborated with renowned remixers like: Antigone, Mark Broom, Truncate, Slam, Johannes Heil, Secluded, Xhin, Inigo Kennedy, Zadig, Laurent Garnier, Jonas Kopp, , Flug, Danton Eeprom or The Hacker. On his former label, Calme Records (1999/2005), he was releasing tracks and remixes of Surburban Knight, DJ ESP / Woody Mc Bride, Thomas P Heckmann, Neil Landstrumm, Oxia, Paul Nazca, Southsoniks. Electric Rescue is also involved in organising parties in Paris, with its Skryptöm residency at Kilomètre 25, Glazart, Rex Club, 1988 live club in Rennes and its famous Play parties in unusual and secret venues around the French capital. Always on the lookout for new artists emerging in techno, he was the first to invite artists like Boys Noize, Laurent Garnier, Ben Klock, Ellen Allien, Stephan Bodzin, Dave Clarke, Anthony rother, Oscar mulero, Dusty Kid, Gary Beck, Alan Fitzpatrick, blue hour, cleric and Paul Ritch to mix in Paris, from the newcomer to the biggest artists from our electronic scene. At the same time, he is pursuing a lesser-known activity in his career, the artistic direction of clubs such as Kilomètre25, Glazart since 2021. He founded Nexus in 2019 and withdrew in September 2022 to devote himself solely to Kilomètre25 and Glazart. Considered as a discrete but efficient techno activist, Electric Rescue has been insuffling in his entire work the Rave values which he has been adopting, defending them and making them self-references (exchanging, sharing, brotherhood, freedom, underground culture) rejecting so the blinding DJ business spot lights In 2026, A new album will be released on Cod3QR Laurent Garnier label, a very surprising opus with some group collaborations with artists such as Abd Al Malik, Amélie Nilles, Gaspar Claus, Boscaro and his brother Maxime Dangles who will arrive on a huge label to be name soon. 2026 promises to be another nice year for Electric Rescue. The main focus of today's episode is the metaphorical concept of the "cocoon," which represents a period of necessary self-rebuilding and transformation for business owners to achieve higher levels of success, similar to a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. Triplet emphasizes that while external help like coaching or peer groups can guide the process, the individual must fight their own way out of the cocoon, meaning they must implement the hard work and discipline required to break old habits, overcome discomfort, and develop new leadership skills to scale their business past common growth plateaus. Eric stresses that this transformation is a repeated lifestyle process, not a one-time event, and that many contractors fail by avoiding this crucial self-development phase. Key Takeaways: Recognize when your current version or habits are no longer sufficient to reach your future goals. Commit to doing the hard work yourself, as no one else can fight your way out of the cocoon for you. Embrace transformation as a continuous lifestyle rather than a singular, one-time event. Actively challenge your comfort zones and old habits to intentionally rebuild yourself on purpose. Stop waiting for external help to emerge from your struggle and start fighting immediately to achieve the next level of growth.
