Stream/Buy: https://fanlink.tv/GR377 Sisko Electrofanatik returns to his label, Gain Records, with the release of his new 15-track techno album, 'Starboy' in celebration of his 20-year career. This is Sisko Electrofanatik's first album, and it's a dynamic selection that showcases the Italian techno maestro at his very best. The album orientates around the peak time techno style that is trademark to his sound, while also embracing styles including progressive, electro, downtempo, raw and acid. Based in Rome, Sisko Electrofanatik first broke onto the scene two decades ago when he was a regular feature of Carl Cox's record label, Intec. His captivating use of melody, intelligent sample selection, and energising percussion, have made him one of techno's most esteemed producers. His music is regularly set listed by techno's most iconic DJs, and he has been signed to prestigious record labels including Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave, Monika Kruse's Terminal M, Spartaque's Codex, and many others of equal calibre. Gain Records is Sisko Electrofanatik's own record label, and it's a globally respected imprint that regularly places inside of Beatport's Top 100 sales chart. It has a forward-thinking and innovative reputation, and Sisko Electrofanatik regularly uses it as a platform to release his own music. Carl Cox has already supported tracks off this album in his DJ sets, such as the final track, "Alter Ego." The album is a dynamic selection that sets the scene with the dystopian pads and suspense building acid of, "Starboy." The album then gets the listener locked in with the uplifting pads and hulking bass of, "Thrust." "Ziggurath" is dark and brooding with it's throbbing bassline and electrifying lead synth. The next two tracks, "Syntagma," and "Zork," continue on the same peak time vibe, then "Opale" has a raw and hypnotic groove. The seventh track, "Get Lost" features the voice of Lory who is a singer from Rome, and it's a melodic techno track with an emotive vocal. "Ad Astra" picks up the pace again with its dark and hammering groove. "Elements' featuring Leah Rose keeps the dark atmosphere, but has an extended breakdown with a powerful vocal. Track ten is the downtempo "Acidland," which is a trippy slice of electronica with acid synths and cinematic pads. "Imnot" lifts the intensity with its high-octane groove and dubby pads, then "Diapason" is a deep minimal track with house influences. "Supernatural" brings things back to peak time, then the tense pads of "Fable" is the penultimate track, before "Alter Ego" closes the release with its hypnotic flow. - - - - - - Produced by Sisko Electrofanatik Recorded, mixed and mastered by Francesco Fortuna at Gain Studio (Rome) Additional vocal recordings by Lorena Micagli aka Lory at Lrs Factory (Rome) and Leah Rose Wilding aka Leah Rose (London) Photo by Marino Festuccia Artwork by F.Fortuna Art&Design Special thanks to all my Family, friends, collaborators, supporters and Stefano SDG. ©️ 2025 Gain Records | Gain Plus www.gainrecords.com #SuperTechno #WeAreWhatWePlay #Dreamtechno

Roberto Pagliaccia is a Gain Records regular who with this release, features original material on the imprint for the 6th time, and he has also released exhilarating techno tracks via other respected outlets such as Future Techno Records. Roberto Pagliaccia is an Italian artist from Firenze, who produces an eclectic range of styles. His techno tracks fuse explosive percussion and intense synth lines with dark atmosphere. On remix duty, Mark Reeve is a revered techno artist from the UK who now lives in Germany. He first burst onto the scene as a young prodigy discovered by Sven Väth, and has spent the last decade establishing himself as one of the world's most dynamic techno producers. He has released on record labels ranging from Terminal M to Drumcode, and also runs his own imprint, SubVision. Mark Reeve's hypnotic style focuses on stripped-back percussion and mesmerising synth lines. The release's title track, "Nobody House" opens proceedings with a hammering kick drum and rumbling bassline forming a foundation for its hard-hitting groove. It's tantalising arpeggio slowly filters in as the track progresses towards the breakdown's captivating vocals, before the drums slam back in and the track lifts to the next level, with the help of spiralling synths and tense pads. Mark Reeve's remix of "Nobody House" toughens the percussion, and adds an electric bassline with pulsating energy. He also extends the breakdown section to build heightened suspense before the drums hit back in to deliver a moment of maximum impact. "Happens Illusion" is the second of the two original tracks, and it combines acid synths with soulful vocal textures with high-octane percussion. It's a hands in the air slice of techno with uplifting energy shrouded by dark atmosphere. ©️ 2025 Gain Records | Gain Plus www.gainrecords.com #SuperTechno #WeAreWhatWePlay #Dreamtechno

Stream/Download: fanlink.tv/GR369 Mozzy Rekorder joined Denny Morales for this 2 tracker ep! The tracks are a dystopian opening with deep synth chords and energetic textures that lead to the introduction of the rumbling bassline, as the pounding kick drum holds the groove steady. Tension builds as the throbbing acid lead synth rises from the depths, and the thrashing hi-hats cut through the dark atmosphere. After the suspense of the main breakdown, the tracks lifts up a gear when the drums slam back in. Mozzy Rekorder is the new Psy-techno musical project by Nicola Trento. Italian artist with over 20 years of production behind him, since the beginning of his career he has tried to experiment with new industrial sounds with old 90s trance, psy and techno sounds. His path began more than 20 years ago with the artistic name "Mozzy". He focuses on very hard Grooves mixed with breaks and neotrance trips, always experimenting with everything new and experimental that comes to mind. He enters the Beatport charts hundreds of times in the following years in the hardtechno category. In the meantime he dabbles as a DJ in the nightlife of the best clubs in his region.. In 2015 Mozzy opens his exclusive label: LIMBO RECORDS Created to make room for less famous emerging artists, but with talent and the desire to make themselves known to the professional world. It is precisely at this moment (January 2017) that Mozzy decides to change his artistic name He becomes Mozzy Rekorder, erases the past and starts from scratch with a new project less HARD and more TECHNO-peak time mixed with his beloved PSY-TRANCE New music, new ideas, new goals , which in a couple of months lead him to release tracks on the main world record labels such as 100% PURE (2000&one) where we remember the first single "kiss this" that climbed the techno charts for more than a month reaching almost the top with the support of the main world DJs,. Other famous labels such as Kombination Reserch (the Advent), IAMT and CODEX (Spartaque), GAIN (SISKO), AUTEKTONE (T-78) and many others up to the point of the very famous remix of Gipsy Woman, released at the end of April 2020 on one of the largest and most oreatigious techno labels of all: TERMINAL M by MONIKA KRUSE which climbs the charts up to first place remaining there for a good whole month His records are supported and often played by the greatest DJs in the world such as Ilario Alicante, Adam Beyer, Spartaque, Alan Fitzpatrik, Monika Kruse and in the main world festivals such as Awakening (Alain Fitzpatrik closes his set on the main stage in 2019 with their dico), drumcode festival, sonar off many many others… Denny Morales, Born artistically in the mid 90s he is carried away by the music of that decade and soon begins to play in clubs and techno festivals in northern Italy The sound atmospheres evoked by Denny Morales gravitate in techno and minimal orbits and his DJ sets are energetic with a hypnotic groove.. A powerful energy expressed through intense rhythms and mental states.. This is the definition of Techno according to Denny.. And his unmistakable, almost unique style, which makes power and sudden pauses a trademark and furthermore his sets are known for the ability to skillfully mix hypnotic atmospheres and pressing rhythms, managing to capture the energy of the dancefloor and lead the audience on a sound journey that spans decades of musical evolution. ©️ 2024 Gain Records | Gain Plus www.gainrecords.com #SuperTechno #WeAreWhatWePlay #Dreamtechno

Stream Buy: fanlink.to/GR348 Label boss Sisko Electrofanatik is back with a tantalising peak time techno track titled 'Ketosis.' One of Italy's finest, Sisko Electrofanatik is a stalwart of the European techno scene where as a DJ, he regularly headlines underground events. He is also a highly respected producer whose exhilarating style of driving techno has been featured on influential record labels such as Monika Kruse's Terminal M, Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave and Spartaque's Codex. This is Sisko Electrofanatik's first release of 2024 and he gets the year off to an explosive start with the hard-hitting percussion and electrifying synth lines of this track. "Ketosis" has a dystopian opening with moody synth chords and eerie textures that lead to the introduction of the rumbling bassline, as the pounding kick drum holds the groove steady. Tension builds as the throbbing lead synth rises from the depths, and the thrashing hi-hats cut through the dark atmosphere. After the suspense of the main breakdown, the track lifts up a gear when the drums slam back in. There is also an (Intro Drop) version of "Ketosis" which strips back the percussion to focus on the lead synth and dystopian elements to create an epic intro full of gripping suspense. ©️ 2024 Gain Records | Gain Plus www.gainrecords.com #WeAreWhatWePlay #Dreamtechno #SuperTechno

Sisko Electrofanatik's record label Gain presents a new dark and driving techno release from Massimo Logli, which also features a remix by Sisko Electrofanatik. Massimo Logli is an Italian artist from Carmignano who is making his debut on Gain following music on other respected techno labels including Frankyeffe's Riot Recordings. His style is an exhilarating blend of acid synths and pounding percussion. On remix duty, Sisko Electrofanatik showcases the same spine-tingling style he has featured on genre-leading techno labels ranging from Monika Kruse's Terminal M to Alan Fitzpatrick's We Are The Brave. Sisko Electrofanatik is an Italian artist based in Rome who for over a decade has dazzled dance floors with his invigorating DJ sets and top-selling productions. "Lolita" is the solo original track on the release, and after a suspense-building intro with dramatic synths and an Italian vocal sample, it launches into the meat of the groove. The hammering kick drum and rumbling bassline form a foundation for the acid tones of the lead synth as the track unfolds with building intensity. Second is Sisko Electrofanatik's remix of "Lolita" which using the original's vocal as a focal point, has new uplifting synths and a menacing bassline. It's got a twisted euphoria that contrasts with the brutal energy of the percussion to deliver an impressive remix. ©️ 2024 Gain Records | Gain Plus www.gainrecords.com #WeAreWhatWePlay #Dreamtechno

Episode 71 Contemporary Electronic Dance Music After doing my previous podcast about the vintage roots of electronic dance music, I said to myself, why not an episode featuring some examples of EDM as it stands today? Collected here are sixteen examples from fourteen artists of what I call more extreme electronic dance music sounds. These tracks all share a few characteristics, as outlined in the last episode. These characteristics are the use of electronic sound sources, especially types that are easily programmed and operated in a live situation; music that is beat-driven and generally sparse on lyrics; a heavy reliance on repetition patterns and textures while preserving a spot for the artist to display some solo musicianship. The soloing may in fact come from manipulating various controls and buttons, or it may come from a more overtly inserted musical passage played on a keyboard, all to inject a touch of personal expression to the automation. Here is a selection of tracks from around the globe, showing how EDM has become somewhat culturally agnostic. Playlist Chris & Cosey, “Fantastique” from Muzik Fantastique! @piganddan have been an institution of the international techno scene for over two decades. Two titans that have now joined us in our “Multiverse of Music” with 90 minutes of their vibrant signature sound for your listening pleasure! The formation of Pig&Dan may have been an unusual one, but was no doubt fate. The two crossed paths on a flight to Mallorca back in 1999, when Dan was a resident DJ at Ministry of Sound and touring globally, and Igor was deep in the world of illegal underground raves whilst producing music under the name Tropic 39. By that stage the two had gone through a number of strong formative years surrounded by music. Since then, Pig&Dan have achieved an amazing back-catalogue of releases on labels including Soma, Plus8, Terminal M, Diynamic, Bedrock and most recently Drumcode. Chart topping releases came in the form of ‘Growler' and their landmark LP ‘Modular Baptism' on their own label ELEVATE. And not forgetting their 2016 debut to Adam Beyer's Drumcode with ‘Mexico' and ‘Chemistry' which sat at the No.1 Techno Track spot on Beatport for over 2 months, leading to signing 3 more EP's with the label. Pig&Dan are still all about the music, and always will be. Continuing to release quality music like their ‘Reset Your Bassline' EP on Cocoon, ‘Infinity' EP on Drumcode, or even remixing Deadmau5's ‘gula (ov)', whilst some are more personal like ‘Promised' on Truesoul. It appears however that 2020 could be the most important and transformative year yet. Having launched a new live show last year in Fabric (UK), Warung (BR) and AIM Festival (CA) to name a few, Pig&Dan are ready to take over the music sphere with a two part release dropping on Drumcode in March. We expect to hear a lot more of Pig&Dan this year and are excited to see what further projects the duo will reveal.

DEATH TO RUSSIAN KILLERS ! --- This week, techno DJ, producer and label boss Monika Kruse is taking over One World Radio's Sunday Morning Playlist. Europe's true techno pioneer has created a playlist filled with electronic sounds, hip-hop, classics, and all-around good vibes. Classically trained in piano from the age of four, Monika has always had a love of music and her early sets spanned hip hop, funk, soul, and early deep and vocal house. From paving the way in the dawn of the German dance culture in the early ‘90s, organizing raves in abandoned Munich WWII bomb shelters, to launching her revered Terminal M label in 2000, Monika has done it all. Now she has created the best Sunday Morning Playlist especially for the People of Tomorrow. --- 01) 0:23 Nathan Fake - Stops BORDER COMMUNITY 02) 4:45 Aphex Twin - Xtal R&S 03) 8:44 Tina Malia - Hey Ma Durga 04) 14:46 Francesco Rossi ft.
