So the title of this episode is pretty narrow, falling in love with your tax practice, but really it applies to a lot of us who feel like understanding tax is such a tall order. And the reality is, tax is part of all of our lives. Every April we have to deal with it, and for those who run businesses, it’s another ball game you need to tend to. That’s when you get help from an expert like Jamie Szal, who has been practicing tax law for businesses expertly across the country and has been part of a major Supreme Court case a few years back. The reason she is an example of what it means to be fit to practice is that she uses her profession as a lawyer to maximize her impact on the world in a way only she can. Someone like that, we can all learn from. Because we are always growing. Let’s get started. Tears & Tulle Talk Season 2, Podcast Episode 008 In Jamie's Words... This week's podcast features Tears & Tulle participant, Jamie Lieberman! Jamie chatted with me about her experience with the skirt, some of her Tears & Tulle moments, and the awesome way she views the skirt and all its magic! We took these photos on a pier along the Hudson River, with New York City in the backdrop. New York City was the first place I truly felt like I belonged and living there gave me more opportunities than I could ever dream of. Although I have moved across the river, New York holds a very special place in my heart. Seeing the skyline each day reminds me of that journey and wearing the skirt was a perfect symbol of my time in New York - joyful, loud, messy and crazy.
