This gratitude meditation will increase brain and heart coherence. It will help to reduce stress, making us more resilient and focused, increasing our energy, bringing more quality to what we do, making better decisions, becoming more creative and solution focused as well as loving our day-to-day activities even more. Here are the steps: Step 1: Focus on breathing consciously, slowly and deeply. You can inhale for five seconds and exhale for at least five seconds.
