Deine Gedanken, Worte und Taten sind die Ursachen für das, was du erlebst.  Wenn du negative Gedanken hast, wirst du negative Erfahrungen machen. Wenn du positive Gedanken hast, wirst du positive Erfahrungen machen. 2. Klarheit Werde dir klar darüber, was du willst. Was ist dir wichtig? Was möchtest du erreichen? Wenn du weißt, was du willst, kannst du deine Gedanken, Worte und Taten so ausrichten, dass du dein Ziel erreichst. 3. Liebe Fühle Liebe zu dir selbst und zu anderen. Liebe ist eine positive Kraft, die positive Ergebnisse hervorbringt. Wenn du Liebe fühlst, wirst du positive Gedanken haben, positive Worte sprechen und positive Taten tun. 4. Hoffnung Halte an der Hoffnung fest, dass du dein Ziel erreichen kannst. Hoffnung ist eine positive Kraft, die dich motiviert, weiterzumachen. Wenn du Hoffnung hast, wirst du nicht aufgeben, auch wenn du Rückschläge erlebst. 5. Praxis Die Ausübung dieser Tipps erfordert Übung. Je mehr du übst, desto besser wirst du darin, das Gesetz von Ursache und Wirkung zu verstehen und anzuwenden. Hier sind einige konkrete Übungen, die du ausprobieren kannst: Meditation: Meditation kann dir helfen, deine Gedanken zu beobachten und deine Aufmerksamkeit zu schulen. PAUSE… She calls you to surrender,  Your ego at the door.  She asks you to let go of, Who you've been before.  PAUSE… Your best self calls upon you, She whispers in your ear. She wants you to be able, To live not ruled by fear.  PAUSE… So come inside and find your breath,  And feel the fateful pull. She waits for you to make a choice, To live your life so full.  My best self knows when to move, And when to take a rest.  She's aware of all my boundaries,  But pushes me past my best.  PAUSE… She always knows the larger truth, What I can't always see.  I am capable of so much more, So many possibilities beyond me.
