What if I told you it's possible to eliminate one of the biggest expenses you have as a Real Estate Investor? Bank interest. You don't need banks to be a real estate investor. In fact, I would say that your business will be more profitable and MUCH safer if you learn techniques that allow you to stay away from banks or hard money lenders entirely. There are lots of ways to make money as a real estate investor. Sometimes having so many choices makes it overwhelming. You may be happy making money using one technique, but you might be leaving money on the table because you are ignoring a better system. I will share with you the three types of Real Estate Investments that brought me the most profit and how it is important to know not just how much money you make, but how long it takes you to make it. I will teach you how to pay off your long-term investment properties in one-third the time it takes to pay off a conventional 30-year mortgage by buying 0% interest land contracts or contract for deed properties. That means 20 years of EXTRA income just because you set up the deal properly at the beginning.
