Summary: Patrick Daugherty (@RotoPat), Denny Carter and Kyle Dvorchak (@kyletweetshere) tackle the most burning questions for the NFC and AFC North heading into the summer “quiet period.” Can the Bears really justify all of these elite fantasy ADPs, and is Kyler Murray a quarterback who even wants to be “saved”? They also debate the new-look Packers, Declan Doyle’s “mind-blowing” new system, Michael Pittman’s low ADP and much, much more. Description: (01:10) – Kyle Pitts signs 3-year extension in Atlanta (14:00) – Bears: Can all of these high-end fantasy bets pay off? (23:00) – Packers: What does a "reimagined" offense look like? (29:35) – Vikings: Can Kyler Murray be saved by Kevin O'Connell? (36:45) – Lions: Was last year the high-water mark for Jameson Williams? (41:30) – Ravens: Are we buying a bounce-back for the offense? (46:20) – Browns: Do we trust Quinshon Judkins? (50:40) – Steelers: Is Michael Pittman undervalued at WR? (56:00) – Bengals: Can Chase Brown replicate his success this year?See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

You already invested in the project. You hired the photographer. The installation is complete. Then, like so many interior designers, you treat the photoshoot as the final checkbox instead of what it really is: a marketing asset designed to attract your next ideal client. In this episode, Kimberley Seldon is joined by Candice Brooke to discuss why photography is far more than documentation—and how strategic visual content directly impacts the quality of clients and projects you attract. From editorial planning to SEO, Pinterest, social media, and relationship marketing, this conversation reframes photography as a long-term business growth strategy rather than a one-time expense. If you've ever wondered why your projects aren't attracting the level of client you want, this episode may completely change how you approach photography and content creation. What you'll learn in this episode: - Why iPhone photos often attract lower-budget, less committed clients - How professional photography impacts the quality of inquiries you receive - The difference between simply “taking photos” and building a marketing strategy - How to create an editorial calendar that extends the life of one project for months - What designers should plan before a photoshoot to maximize ROI - How to capture content for your website, Pinterest, SEO, and social media simultaneously - Why answering client questions through visual content increases engagement - Why social media is only one part of an effective marketing strategy - How relationship-building and strategic outreach continue to outperform posting alone Ready to build an interior design business that supports your talent? Britany Simon's path to interior design was paved early on, influenced by her father's career as a residential developer. As a child, she was constantly building and decorating homes for her Legos and Polly Pockets, showing clear signs of her future career. Though she briefly considered architecture and fashion in high school, she ultimately returned to her primary passion of interior design. Her early professional years were spent on the construction side of residential development, where she assisted clients in picking finishes for new builds. However, she found herself yearning for more creative fulfillment, as she rarely saw these projects through to completion. This desire led her to audition for HGTV's Design Star on a whim, a move that proved to be her "first big break".Appearing on television was a pivotal moment that transformed her business. After the show aired, she began receiving calls from clients she didn't know, allowing her to transition from working with friends and family to taking her company to a professional level. Since 2004, she has built a career defined by transformation and a deep love for textiles and creativity.

The result is a thoughtful and practical look at how to build a multi-knife carry that actually makes sense. Whether it is a heavy-duty folder paired with a slim fixed blade, a large clip point paired with a straight-edge Wharncliffe, or a utility folder paired with a defensive fixed blade, Bob breaks down the logic behind every combo. Before getting to the carry combos, Bob runs a full pocket check featuring the Off-Grid Knives Polaris XL in Vanax SuperClean steel, the Jack Wolf Knives Feelgood Jack in S90V, the Dirk Pinkerton Matador with its JL Hansen and Son handle scales, and the Edgy American Blade Works Junkie, a Seax-style fixed blade by Shane Gable in Cru-Wear at 64 HRC. He also covers four notable new releases in Knife Life News: the Bestech Kobber designed by Jake Diaz of Happy as Larry, the RoseCraft Blades Birchfield Camp Jack, the Civivi Dracolis Balisong trainer, and the TOPS Snake River Rescue dive knife by John Garcia. The "First Tool" segment of this episode covers the Seax, the single-edged blade of the Anglo-Saxons, Franks, and Vikings that served as the original everyday carry knife throughout early medieval Europe. Bob traces the Seax from its role as a farmer's tool and a warrior's weapon to its appearance as a decorated object of identity, including the famous Seax of Beagnoth found in the River Thames. He also draws a direct line from the broken-back Seax profile to the modern clip point, connecting a thousand years of blade design in a few short minutes. The State of the Collection segment adds more to an already full episode, with Bob showing the Spyderco Lum Tanto and Cold Steel El Vaquero acquired from Dirk Pinkerton, plus the brand-new Fisher Blades Harvey PK, the first EDC knife from Chaz and John Fisher of Fisher Blades. A set of custom leather XL Espada sheaths from patron Cesario Aton rounds out the segment. Bob also spotlights the 3 Dog Knife affiliate offer (25% off with code "knifejunkie" at theknifejunkie.com/3dogknife) and the Patreon-exclusive "American Edge 250" series, which covers historical American blade designs in honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States.Whether you are building your own two-knife carry or just love seeing high-quality blades presented by someone who genuinely cares about them, Episode 670 delivers from the first minute to the last. Bob wraps it up with a question for the community: What carry combos are you running? Drop your answer in the comments and bring it to Thursday Night Knives, every Thursday at 10 p.m. Eastern on YouTube and Twitch.Find the list of all the knives shown in the show and links to the Knife Life news stories at https://theknifejunkie.com/670. In this episode of Live Well, Earn Well, guest host Donna Lynn Price sits down with Maeve Ferguson—business strategist and creator of The Client Engine™—to unpack how to turn your intellectual property into a diagnostic "client engine" that runs every day, on every platform, without you constantly hustling for leads. Maeve works with multi–seven-figure experts, bestselling prescriptive non-fiction authors, high-level coaches, and keynote speakers to build sophisticated diagnostic assessments that do what generic lead magnets can't: they qualify, segment, and pre-sell the right people at the right level of investment. She shares: Why traditional PDF lead magnets attract low-intent leads—and what to do instead How to design a diagnostic that segments leads by problem and ability to invest The difference between a cute "quiz" and a true revenue-driving diagnostic How her team uses data and Agentic AI to continuously refine messaging and attract higher-caliber buyers Why diagnostics are the secret to positioning yourself as a Category of One in a crowded niche How she's scaling delivery while still living well on her horse farm in Northern Ireland with her family If you're tired of "spray and pray" marketing, endless unqualified discovery calls, and email blasts that don't convert, this conversation will change how you think about lead generation forever.

Or a drone that could cut your hair? As time went on, her projects became more polished and more ambitious, like converting a Tesla sedan into a pickup truck. Today, with almost 3 million subscribers to her YouTube channel, Simone is still designing and building objects that are quirkily useful—a fruit bowl that changes size for instance—but that could also be at home in a high-end design store. How The High End Art Market Is A Dream Come True For People Like Jeffrey Epstein

Beyond The Horizon

High-end art is attractive to money launderers because the market is opaque, illiquid by design, and driven by subjective valuations that are easy to manipulate. Buyers can hide beneficial ownership behind shell companies, trusts and intermediaries, buy works in private sales or through friendly galleries (avoiding the transparency of public auctions), and then re-sell or re-collateralize the pieces to convert illicit cash into apparently legitimate wealth. Criminals exploit briefcases of cash, friendly dealers, falsified provenance and inflated invoices to mask the origin of funds; they also use tactics like “wash” trades or reciprocal purchases between related collectors to inflate prices and justify large transfers that look like ordinary art commerce but are actually value-shifting schemes. Because many transactions are routed through offshore vehicles and art advisors who act as gatekeepers, tracing ultimate ownership and the money trail is often slow and difficult for investigators.Beyond simple purchases and sales, art can be used as collateral for loans, leased, or held in freeports and bonded warehouses where paperwork and customs oversight are limited—allowing assets to be moved or monetized while avoiding immediate scrutiny. Regulators and investigators have also documented cases where artworks were used to hide or re-domesticate funds tied to corruption, sanctions evasion, and organized crime: opaque sales are followed by loans or resale that produce clean bank records, or by transfers through jurisdictions with weak AML controls. That combination of subjective pricing, private dealing, offshore structures, and weak reporting obligations has prompted global watchdogs and lawmakers to press for tighter anti-money-laundering rules in the art market.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

In this special episode, we sit down with Mike Ware, co-founder of LMC Home Entertainment, one of the nation's premier destinations for luxury sound and home cinema. With showrooms in Scottsdale and Tempe, Arizona, LMC has spent over 25 years curating some of the finest audio systems on the planet, earning top honors from elite brands like Burmester, Linn, McIntosh, Sonus faber, and Wilson Audio. Website: lmche.com  Instagram: lmc_home_entertainment BACK STORY LMC Home Entertainment is one of the nation's premier high-end audio and video showrooms, with locations in Scottsdale and Tempe, Arizona. The company represents an elite selection of electronics and loudspeakers from leading manufacturers across North America and Europe, and is frequently recognized as Dealer of the Year for prestigious brands such as Burmester, D'Agostino, Linn, McIntosh, Sonus faber, and Wilson Audio. LMC is driven by a passion for crafting exceptional music and home cinema systems tailored to each client's unique vision. Its dedicated listening rooms feature some of the finest audio systems in the world, allowing clients to experience everything from entry-level high-performance speakers like the Wilson Audio TuneTot to the extraordinary Wilson Audio WAMM Master Chronosonic, ranging from around $10,000 to nearly $900,000. Notably, LMC is the only showroom in the world to display the Wilson Audio WAMM. The company was co-founded 25 years ago by Mike Ware, whose lifelong passion for audio began early. From building speaker kits as a youth to operating a small audio business while serving in the Navy, Ware's path has always been rooted in sound. After returning to civilian life—including time as a service director at a Mercedes-Benz dealership—he partnered with Leslie and Mike McPheeters to establish LMC Home Entertainment. Today, LMC continues to set the standard by offering not only world-class brands but also an environment where those products can truly shine. With more than 15,000 square feet of demonstration space across its showrooms, the company presents complete audio systems ranging from accessible high-end setups to ultra-exclusive installations exceeding seven figures. Among its most remarkable showcases is a system approaching $2 million in value, featuring Wilson Audio WAMM speakers, the dCS Varèse Music System, and flagship electronics such as Dan D'Agostino's Relentless Amplifiers.
