    Katie Chambers is the Community Engagement Director at New York Women in Film &Television (NYWIFT), the leading NYC non-profit for women in entertainment, where she manages both Communications and Membership. Katie guides and manages NYWIFT’s presence both online and off; drives membership acquisition and retention; produces monthly screenings and networking parties; builds partnerships with like-minded organizations; and implements communications initiatives for special projects, including The Writers Lab funded by Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, and Oprah Winfrey. She also co-produces NYWIFT’s two signature awards shows, Designing Women and the Muse Awards. Katie received regional recognition for her work at NYWIFT from the New York Society of Association Executives with their “Rising Star” award at the Synergy Awards in August 2020, and will receive national recognition when she is named one of Association Trends’ top “Young and Aspiring Executives” at their Salute to Excellence in Washington, DC, in 2021. Prior to joining the NYWIFT team, Katie was a talent agent in the Youth & Young Adult Theatrical division at A3 Artists Agency in New York City, representing young actors in theatre, film, and television. She has served on the Next Generation Committee of the NY Television Festival, produced a critically-acclaimed play at the NY Fringe Festival, and has worked for Buchwald, Manhattan Theatre Club, and Hollywood producer Scott Rudin. Her writing has appeared in Huff Post, Honeysuckle Magazine and several printed essay collections. Katie graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Drew University with a double major in English and Theatre Arts.

Jill is also active in the episodic space, as senior colorist on The Haunting of Hill House, Altered Carbon, and The Umbrella Academy.     Phillip Andre Botello is an LA-based actor with over 70 film & television credits to his name. In 2019, he starred in The Art of Self-Defense alongside Jesse Eisenberg. He also recently played one of the leads in the horror film Pledge, which Mark produced. (Both those films are currently on Hulu). In addition to his Juilliard acting training, Phillip is a trained martial artist, allowing him to excel not only in dramatic roles, but physically intensive ones as well. In today's episode, Phillip tells us why falling from a 2-story building into a river might not be the best idea for a stunt, and how flunking eighth grade led to the start of an acting career.

From viral video content "How to Age Gracefully," to narrative features and docs, as well as reality TV, her skill set is diverse and efficient. STM has also been known to tackle the high risk shots, such as aerial footage from planes and helicopters. Combining her athletics with her passion for cinematography, her career has travelled her around the world into exciting adventures. For example, she was the first woman in camera to work as a "race-cam" crew for the The Amazing Race Canada, running 3 full seasons of the series before moving into scripted features. She has broken glass ceilings for camera women in reality TV and continues to work on raising the bar in narrative genres. Her motto is, "Show up!" Her DoP tagline is, "I want to blow shit up."
