Barak is a writer-director originally from Israel and based in New York City. After his military service, Barak graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Film & TV Production. In Episode 21, Tiff & Mark speak with Barak about his gripping debut feature film, Silence & Darkness, available now on VOD.

Katie Chambers is the Community Engagement Director at New York Women in Film &Television (NYWIFT), the leading NYC non-profit for women in entertainment, where she manages both Communications and Membership. Katie guides and manages NYWIFT’s presence both online and off; drives membership acquisition and retention; produces monthly screenings and networking parties; builds partnerships with like-minded organizations; and implements communications initiatives for special projects, including The Writers Lab funded by Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, and Oprah Winfrey. She also co-produces NYWIFT’s two signature awards shows, Designing Women and the Muse Awards. Katie received regional recognition for her work at NYWIFT from the New York Society of Association Executives with their “Rising Star” award at the Synergy Awards in August 2020, and will receive national recognition when she is named one of Association Trends’ top “Young and Aspiring Executives” at their Salute to Excellence in Washington, DC, in 2021. Prior to joining the NYWIFT team, Katie was a talent agent in the Youth & Young Adult Theatrical division at A3 Artists Agency in New York City, representing young actors in theatre, film, and television. She has served on the Next Generation Committee of the NY Television Festival, produced a critically-acclaimed play at the NY Fringe Festival, and has worked for Buchwald, Manhattan Theatre Club, and Hollywood producer Scott Rudin. Her writing has appeared in Huff Post, Honeysuckle Magazine and several printed essay collections. Katie graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Drew University with a double major in English and Theatre Arts.

Tiff and Mark interview Mike Shepard, an associate producer on The Howard Stern Show. A fellow NYU alum, Shepard discusses his love of children’s television, the writing process, and shares some behind-the-scenes anecdotes working for one of the most prolific radio personalities of all time. We also address the Looch in his life, since we also have a Looch in ours. Happy New Years Eve everybody!

Aaron is an assistant in the agency world and all-around cinephile. On today's episode, Aaron, Tiff, and Mark discuss a range of topics in the entertainment industry—including agency life in a post-social world, adaptations, auditioning, the film scene in London, and favorite COVID cocktails.

In Episode 15, Mark and Tiff talk to costume designer/fashion stylist Amanda Lim. With her origins as an intern for Nylon magazine and a costume assistant on The Neon Demon (dir. Nicolas Winding Refn), Amanda discusses what it's like working in both narrative film and fashion shoots/events. Amanda also touches upon some of her biggest influences, her favorite time period to design costumes for, and the finer details of haute couture.

This week Tiff & Mark are thrilled to welcome Jill Bogdanowicz, Co-Head of Features Color for Company 3 and one of Hollywood's leading colorists. Jill's extensive filmography includes Joker, The Grand Budapest Hotel, John Wick: Chapters 2 and 3, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, and many more of some of the most beloved/beautiful films of the past two decades. Jill is also active in the episodic space, as senior colorist on The Haunting of Hill House, Altered Carbon, and The Umbrella Academy. In Episode 14, Jill shares some fascinating insights on the color process, what it's like working with Hollywood's top filmmakers (including Todd Phillips and Wes Anderson), and her origins working on what would become the first ever movie to use modern digital color grading—the Coen Brothers' "O Brother Where Art Thou?"

The legendary tap dancer extraordinaire Sarah Reich joins us for Episode 13. Sarah has instructed, performed, and choreographed tap dance around the world. She tells us about her experiences choreographing tap dance for the classes she teaches, collaborating with other tap legends, and more. Yonatan is an NYC & Tel Aviv-based filmmaker who last year was nominated for an Israeli Academy Award for Best Editing (for his work on the film 'Incitement'). Prior to earning a film degree from NYU Tisch, Yonatan served three years as a Video Editor and Director in the Israeli Air-Force Film Unit, and has been making films since he was 14. In this Episode, Tiff & Mark discuss Yonatan's future projects, what it was like to intern for both Darren Aronofsky and Wes Anderson, and the importance of test screenings.

This week Tiff and Mark chat with McCall Montz about all things entertainment public relations! Before her current position at Relevant PR, McCall was a child theatre performer, and an assistant for two talent agents. Phillip Andre Botello is an LA-based actor with over 70 film & television credits to his name. In 2019, he starred in The Art of Self-Defense alongside Jesse Eisenberg. He also recently played one of the leads in the horror film Pledge, which Mark produced. (Both those films are currently on Hulu). In addition to his Juilliard acting training, Phillip is a trained martial artist, allowing him to excel not only in dramatic roles, but physically intensive ones as well. In today's episode, Phillip tells us why falling from a 2-story building into a river might not be the best idea for a stunt, and how flunking eighth grade led to the start of an acting career.

On today's episode, Tiff & Mark are joined by film producer Brooke Davies Casanova. Brooke served as an executive producer on the 2019 film Buffaloed, starring Zoey Deutch and directed by Tanya Wexler. Most recently she co-produced the new Netflix comedy film Desperados, starring former SNL cast member Nasim Pedrad.

Tiff and Mark chat with Colton Mastro in Episode 5! Colton is a comedian, actor, and co-founder (with Teen Wolf's Stephen Ford) of the YouTube Channel 'Ascender.' He is also one of the creators and stars of their series Modern Wardudes, a satirical take on the popular Call of Duty video game.

Tiffanie and Mark meet with DoP Sarah Thomas Moffat this week. Sarah, aka: STM, has won numerous awards for her diverse body of work in both screen and broadcast worlds. From viral video content "How to Age Gracefully," to narrative features and docs, as well as reality TV, her skill set is diverse and efficient. STM has also been known to tackle the high risk shots, such as aerial footage from planes and helicopters. Combining her athletics with her passion for cinematography, her career has travelled her around the world into exciting adventures. For example, she was the first woman in camera to work as a "race-cam" crew for the The Amazing Race Canada, running 3 full seasons of the series before moving into scripted features. She has broken glass ceilings for camera women in reality TV and continues to work on raising the bar in narrative genres. Her motto is, "Show up!" Her DoP tagline is, "I want to blow shit up."

Tiffanie and Mark are joined by fellow cinephile Daniel Robbins. A native New Yorker, Daniel was an undergrad at NYU when he directed his first feature film (with Mark co-writing/producing). He shares with us what got him into filmmaking, his thoughts on Tarantino, and some fascinating insights from his upcoming book, ‘A Sociopath’s Guide To Love.’

Today Tiff & Mark hop on the mic with Jessie Kane Gill, a multitalented writer/actress/voice actress/comedian. Jessie has worked with YouTube stars such as Smosh and Rudy Mancuso, as well as legendary director Robert Rodriguez. She shares these experiences and more in this super fun episode!

Tiff and Mark sit down (remotely) with film producer Zachary Green. He talks about his work founding the LAUNCH: Million Dollar Screenplay Competition and insights for writers and producers alike.
