On this episode of Not Today Pal, Jamie and Rob go off the rails in the best way. Rob's seriously considering sleeping in a dog bed (and somehow making it sound appealing), Jamie talks parenting burnout, and “Uncle Rob” shares what it was like babysitting her kids. The episode also features a hilarious and nostalgic call with Steve Grillo — Rob's stand-in from The Sopranos — as they talk behind-the-scenes moments from the set and Steve's brand-new book, Gorilla in the Mist: Parts Unknown.
Jon Harris, EVP & Chief Communications and Networking Officer at ConAgra Brands, has led an extraordinary career built on empathy, authenticity, and bold storytelling. In this episode of Owning Your Legacy, Jon shares his journey—from humble beginnings and a life-changing internship at the Howard Stern Show to top-level roles at PepsiCo, Sara Lee, and now ConAgra.Jon opens up about his childhood promise to help others, his philosophy of building genuine relationships, and how he became a trusted advisor to some of the biggest names in business and media. Whether you're interested in PR, personal branding, leadership, or career reinvention, this episode is packed with wisdom, laughs, and heartfelt moments.
This week we're checking out Caleb Hammer and his show Financial Audit. This time his guest is so dumb it's hilarious. She's a grifter and a scammer who apparently is the person getting scammed. When he finds out where her child support money is going he finally loses it on her. Adam Busch is on to question how real the guests are on Financial Audit. Then we're joined by King B from The Mike Jolitz Show to tell a hilarious story about his band opening for Stuttering John's band back when John was riding high on celebrity. Adam made a recent appearance on the Conspire a Theory Podcast and we learn that Skinny Chad is my arch nemesis and he will destroy me. Aaron Imholte tried to make a roast video for Hackamania and he proves he knows nothing about how to write or deliver roast jokes. Opie fantasizes about being a guest on the Howard Stern Show and is continuing to take unprovoked shots at Anthony. We wrap up with your voicemails. *This is the Free Content version of my interview with Dr. John E. Browning. To access the entire episode, please consider becoming a Tier 1 ‘Gates of Argonath' member, or you can purchase this episode for a one-time fee. My guest this month is Dr. John E. Browning. A professor in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, John Edgar Browning, Ph.D. has contracted or published 20 academic and popular trade books as well as over 100 shorter works on subjects that cluster around cultural studies, critical media literacy, Dracula, vampires, monstrosity, and horror. Included among his work in film and media studies is his decade-and-a-half-long ethnographic fieldwork with the human or real vampire subculture (a topic in which there are perhaps five scholars worldwide). In addition to academic venues, Browning has published on the real vampire subculture in public forums such as The Atlantic (2015) and Discover Magazine (2015 and 2018), and his unique expertise in this area has helped facilitate several public appearances as a guest scholar on, or service as a consultant for, over two dozen television and streaming networks, professional podcasts, and radio programs, including Discovery channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, AMC Visionaries: Eli Roth's History of Horror, History channel, Disney+, Netflix, Discover Magazine's “It's Only Science” podcast, Ripley's Believe It or Not, NPR, The Howard Stern Show network, BBC Radio, RTÉ—Ireland's National Television and Radio Broadcaster, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Georgia Public Broadcasting, and SLATE among others. In this interview, John and I discuss his research into the Real Vampire Community. He talks about his motivation to begin looking into this subculture, as well as what he's learned over the years. As this topic somewhat overlaps with my own research into the Otherkin community, I take the opportunity to ‘compare notes' so to speak, and ask questions to gain more clarity on this group. John also discusses to what degree contemporary expressions of the vampire in popular culture have influenced the real vampire community, and how his research has contributed to changing perceptions of this subculture. He talks about his term ‘defiant culture' as it relates to people who have been labeled ‘Other' or ‘deviant' and also mentions how his research has helped forensic professionals that deal with crimes that seem, on the surface, to involve people who label themselves ‘vampires'. We also touch upon the Temple of the Vampire, a group that is viewed as a religious organization, and how this group relates to the larger vampire community in the US. Steve Grillo—former Howard Stern Show intern—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his brand-new book, “Gorilla Parts.” What was the driving force behind Howard Stern's political U-turn? Grillo believes Stern just desperately wants to be accepted by Hollywood A-listers and he can't achieve that by embracing Donald Trump. Grillo notes that Stern is ostensibly attacking his old audience. PLUS, he tells a bunch of wild stories including partying with George Clooney! The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- According to reports, The Atlantic's editor in chief Jeffrey Goldberg was inadvertently added to a Signal group chat with Trump Administration officials discussing planned military strikes against Houthi fighters in Yemen. Spokesman for the White House National Security Council Brian Hughes said the messages Goldberg received appear to be “authentic.” In Goldberg's report, he noted that National Security Advisor Michael Waltz was responsible for the mistake and that he may have also violated a federal records law—as Waltz set some of the messages exchanged on Signal to auto-delete after one week. While speaking with the press from the White House on Tuesday, President Donald Trump defended Waltz and suggested he doubts his cabinet officials will rely on Signal for group discussions moving forward. 3:10pm- During Wednesday's Senate Intelligence Committee hearing, Congressman Jimmy Gomez (D-CA) outlandishly asked if Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was drunk when he decided to use Signal to communicate with other Trump Administration officials. In response, CIA Director John Ratcliffe adroitly noted that the attack against Houthi terrorists was wildly successful, and Rep. Gomez's claims are baseless. 3:20pm- While appearing on CNBC, Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) attacked the Trump Administration for using Signal to communicate with one another prior to an attack on Houthi terrorists. Host Joe Kernen pointed out that Sen. Warner didn't seem to be nearly as outraged over the Biden Administration's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. 3:30pm- Steve Grillo—former Howard Stern Show intern—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his brand-new book, “Gorilla Parts.” What was the driving force behind Howard Stern's political U-turn? Rich notes that in 2024, no one in the Biden Administration was fired when Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin disappeared for weeks as the result of a medical procedure. At the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, host Nikki Glaser delivered a sharp monologue that included pointed jokes about Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is currently facing serious legal charges. Glaser quipped that the film "Challengers" was "more sexually charged than Diddy's credit card," referencing allegations about his notorious parties. She also remarked that the after-party wouldn't be as lively without Diddy's presence, alluding to his current incarcerationIn a subsequent interview on "The Howard Stern Show," Glaser revealed additional jokes about Diddy that were ultimately cut from her monologue. One such joke suggested that the Golden Globes audience wouldn't be together again "until the Diddy trial," a line she felt might unfairly implicate attendees. Another omitted joke referenced Diddy's nightly routine in jail. Glaser explained that while she aimed to address current events humorously, she was mindful of the potential impact on her audience and chose to exclude material that could be perceived as overly accusatory or insensitive.(commercial at 8:16)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy accusers' lawyer blasts Golden Globes host Nikki Glaser for jaw-dropping rape joke | Daily Mail OnlineBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
We start things off by showing that Steel Toe's Aaron Imholte accused his enemy (Patrick Melton) of doing something lame (dressing up his dog) only to be proven wrong, and his response is to double down and continue to gaslight his audience. He doesn't seem to care about credibility at all. Then we analyze Ethan Klein's potential drug problem and can't help but notice his battle against the internet is not going well. Adam Busch joins the show to discuss the potential hazards of injecting yourself into the conflict in the Middle East. Turns out a lot of people are passionate about that. The guys on Pro Wrestle Clips talked about us. Financial Audit with Caleb Hammer had a closeted Mormon on with a credit card full of OnlyFans charges. A couple of guys who hung out all night with Stuttering John after his comedy show call in and tell us all about getting a ride from John to the bar and buying him beers all night. We also find out how cheap John's dad was. A guy on the Howard Stern Show mentioned his script?? Oops! Breaking into Howard Stern's area at SiriusXM w/ Sherrod Small 2/13 I now cherish the last year of radio I did especially with the passing of my dear friends Carl Ruiz and Vic Henley. I was able to come to the realization why I went into radio all those years ago. It was for the fun and pure joy of it. The last year was filled with ugliness, drama and a ton of laughter. Me, Carl Ruiz, Vic Henley and Sherrod Small had the time of our lives on and off the radio show. Our close friendships was on full display. The last year also saw Carl Ruiz blossom into a superstar which led me to do the Opie Radio podcast with him. A special thanks to Erock, Clubsoda Kenny, Paul and Louis for going on this ride with us. Hope you enjoy the Good, the Bad and the Ugly of the last year of radio I did. #comedypodcast #funnypodcast #opieandanthony #comedygoldSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Hour 1 Boomer hopes that the Jets let Aaron Glenn hire his own staff. Based on some of the names out there, Boomer's not so sure that's happening. Keyshawn Johnson, who was a teammate of Glenn while on the Jets, said there is no way he's bringing Aaron Rodgers back. Jerry is here for his first update of the day, and starts with Liam Coen doing an about face and will become the head coach in Jacksonville. Washington's defensive coordinator talked about treating Jalen Hurts like a RB and hitting him that way. The KC defense talked about the threat of Josh Allen. Amari Cooper was asked if he's satisfied with the amount of catches he's been getting. Jerry went around the NBA last night. The Rangers beat the Flyers so Boomer is happy. In the final segment of the hour, Pete Alonso is supposedly deep into talks with the Toronto Bluejays. He's a fan favorite, but perhaps he's not a favorite in the locker room. Who knows? Hour 2 The National Championship game between Notre Dame and Ohio State didn't have as many viewers as expected. That could be because while it was happening, Trump was doing a press conference where he was taking questions. It also wasn't a very close game most of the way. Boomer thinks Jalen Hurts is hanging onto the ball too long, the same way Sam Darnold did his last 2 games. Hurts does not look like the QB who had a great performance in the Super Bowl a few years ago. Jerry returns for an update, but first Gio said if Saquon Barkley wins a Super Bowl, this will officially be the worst season in the Giants 100 year history. Brian Schottenheimer will likely be the next Cowboys coach and maybe Rex Ryan will be the defensive coordinator. Andy Reid is looking forward to the challenge of playing Buffalo. Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward did their best Boomer & Phil Simms impression as they talked to each other about each other. Joe Benigno wants Pete Alonso back and he blames Stearns and Cohen. He also said, ‘screw Vlad Guerrero, I want my guy'. We heard audio of Ohtani's interpreter calling a bank pretending to be Ohtani looking for a $200,000 withdrawal. In the final segment of the hour, Boomer heard a sports argument in the hallways in the 5am hour. Gio is ashamed to say, he was part of the argument, which he hates. He was arguing with C-Mac about his takes on the Commanders/Lions game. Hour 3 It looks like Rob Saleh is going back to San Francisco. Gio wonders if Aaron Glenn should call Saleh for advice on coaching for the Jets. Boomer said he should not. The Saints, Raiders and Cowboys still need head coaches. Is Pete Carroll getting one of these jobs? A woman who lives in Orchard Park calls in to give a Buffalo Bills report. She has 4 feet of snow in her driveway. Gio is not impressed with Sean McDermott. Jerry returns for an update and starts with Jalen Hurts talking about the Washington defense. Tom Brady talked about what you need to succeed in the NFL and he's referencing Jayden Daniels. Patrick Mahomes talked about having to play your best football in the biggest moments. Josh Allen is confident in being able to win in KC. Stephen A. Smith was on the Howard Stern Show and talked about being more popular than the athletes he covers. Billy Wagner got emotional at the press conference for the Hall of Fame. Ichiro would like to have a drink with the one person who didn't vote for him. The Rangers beat the Flyers which Boomer loves. In the final segment of the hour, Gio saw a car on fire on the L.I.E on his way in. Gio wonders how a car catches fire on a highway. Our makeup artist, Aly, took a pic of it on the way in and Gio wondered why she did that. Hour 4 Gio has stopped believing ‘this is the year', as he's been burned by that many times. Scott and Missy Tannen knew nothing about bed linens when they dreamed up the idea of launching a bedding company, but that didn't stop them from setting ambitious goals: super soft sheets, 100% organic cotton, and a supply chain that was traceable from end to end. Thanks to an article in the Wall Street Journal and a $2 million advertising bet on The Howard Stern Show, Boll & Branch grew rapidly, but also faced crippling cash crunches, forcing the Tannens to scramble for loans and borrow against their own home. Today, Boll & Branch is one of the most popular luxury linen brands in the U.S., with over $200 million in revenue. This episode was researched and produced by Katherine Sypher, with music by Ramtin Arablouei. It was edited by Neva Grant.
