Surviving Psychological WarfareAired Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTWhen we grow up in a tense and volatile environment, or when we find ourselves in such an environment as an adult—say in an abusive relationship—we tend to think of the hostility as “just life,” “the way it is.” As we tell ourselves it’s just our lot, we grow to believe it, and numb ourselves to all kinds of pain. That is until we don’t, until we can’t take it any more. This week’s episode of Decide to Transform is all about what you do when you can’t take it any more. It is also about bringing yourself to that point, especially if you know you need to take action and you can’t bring yourself to. Lastly, it is about the emotional, psychological, and vast personal rewards to you of doing the difficult work in your own self-interest.Even though I have never served in the military, I know what persistent psychological warfare looks like, and feels like. Perhaps you can relate. This behavior takes place every day in many, many contexts.Join me this week as I share some personal details of my own experience in hostile, volatile environments. I will share how this impacted me, as well as what I did—mostly mentally—to pry myself away. I know someone out there will benefit from hearing this. Many people do not consider abuse warfare. Rest assured: it is. Happily, tools and resources exist to help all kinds of people embroiled in psychological conflict.I invite you to tune in for a message of hope and possibility. I can tell you from personal experience that is possible to emerge from extreme hostility a stronger, loving, more giving person, also one that can insist on their own value. If you or someone you know would benefit from this message, please tune in this week. Forgiveness and Release

Forgiveness and ReleaseAired Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTJoin me this week as we delve into the critically important but much misunderstood topic of forgiveness. What are you ready to forgive today, and whom? For most of us, forgiveness can be a challenging subject. When someone wrongs us, modern culture all too often preaches retaliation and abuse. No wonder people feel fearful! How we respond to an affront, whether real or perceived, matters. It matters deeply. Forgiving an offense and an offender takes us from a place of victimhood and powerlessness to a space of true power, maturity, and peace. This is not an easy practice. Fortunately, world spirituality has much to say on the subject, and there is much a person can do to practice forgiveness, true forgiveness. The real deal is quite different from the shallow, strings-attached forgiveness practiced all too commonly in the world. Tune in this week as we explore examples and practices from various world spiritual traditions.Forgiveness means release. Release of what? For starters, release of fear, for both the forgiver and the forgiven. All parties also receive a lightening of guilt, of burdens that need not exist. A solid practice of forgiveness—yes, it’s possible—clears the pathway for peace of mind and, ultimately, spiritual realization.Do you have a long road to get there? No problem; we all do. On the show I will share some personal details from my own experience, including the long but greatly rewarding process of forgiving my own mother of a lifetime of abusive behavior.I will also address some common misconceptions, most notably that forgiving someone equates to putting up with a pattern of abusive or unwanted behavior. It does not. Learn how you can both hold space and compassion for someone else and stand up for yourself at the same time. It is indeed possible, and oh so liberating!Visit the Decide to Transform show page https://omtimes.com/iom/shows/decide-to-transform/Connect with Tomás Garza at https://tomasgarza.com/ #Forgiveness #TomásGarza #DecideToTransform #SelfGrowth

Standing Up To Difficult People: A Personal ExposéAired Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTEveryone likes to hear a personal story. On some level, we can all relate to somebody else’s experience, and hopefully learn how we can transform our own. Join me this week on Decide to Transform as I delve into the all-important subject of dealing with difficult—and I mean persistently difficult—people. Everyone has experience with the kind of person we are talking about: one who disapproves of us, constantly criticizes, projects their own insecurities and looks to constantly drag us down. For some, this is a boss or work associate, for others a spouse or romantic partner, for others a family member. In my case, this person was my own mother. If you find yourself locked in a relationship with a toxic and emotionally stultifying person, you will want to tune in this week as I share honestly and directly about my own experience. There are many resources about conflict resolution in the world, and many techniques and strategies available. Ultimately, handling a persistently damaging person requires a firm decision on our part to stand up for ourselves. This can be a painful and difficult decision to make. For me, it took years and quite a lot of suffering. It can be done, however, firmly and definitively. If you have done this you will know. If you haven’t and you would like to, this will be a show not to miss!On the show I will share in detail what I did to create the emotional space for myself to live my own life. This simple decision, while not easy to come to, eventually changed everything. You will find that creating this space involves the painful first decision to create it. Once that is made, however, freedom pours in, and pours in quickly. Out of My Head: A Stubborn Person’s Road to Spiritual RecoveryAired Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTHave you ever had the feeling that you weren’t fully present for your own life? Do you feel that way now? So often we find ourselves feeling stuck or just trudging through each day, just “getting by.” So often we get the sense that there is something more out there, a relationship we are meat to have or work we are meant to do.If you currently find yourself in this place of numbness and frustration, know that you are not alone. All of us have been here at one time or another.Join me this week on Decide to Transform as I tell my own story of frustration to fulfillment. For years as a young adult I found myself living other people’s lives, following other people’s expectations and ignoring my own calling. Why did I attend law school and push myself through to graduation? Because I felt it was expected of me. Why did I then choose a related career that sucked my energy almost to the breaking point and plunged me into depression? Because I felt other people expected it of me, and came to consider this life as “the norm.”Through all this time, I was very much in my head. My gut kept telling me to switch directions, and for years I ignored it. This produced nothing less than a spiritual crisis. On this week’s show I will share how I learned to get out of my head, how I learned to listen to my heart and my intuition, how I learned to take several steps back and listen to Divine guidance.I know you will relate to this personal exposé. I happily share what didn’t work for me—and what did—so that you may benefit from my experience.I was completely out of my head, as people commonly say, but the problem was I was too far in it. I needed to get out of it. Healing the MindAired Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTEvery moment of every day we have an opportunity. We have an opportunity to heal. Whether we do is up to us. We have only to make the decision to heal—and commit to it.What does this involve? First and foremost, healing is of the mind. Yes, the physical body may experience relief of certain symptoms, but whether it does or doesn’t is not the point of healing. Like all personal transformation, healing is an inside job. It begins with the mind. The COVID-19 pandemic, ironically enough, presents us with a tremendous opportunity to examine our mindsets and our lives, and to go deep and begin to heal. It is most definitely a process, not a one-time thing.Join me this week on Decide to Transform as I present a different take on the current pandemic: This is a fabulous opportunity for us to heal. World spiritual traditions talk about healing in many interesting and helpful ways. You can put this wisdom into practice in your daily life; I will show you some of the ways how. This week we will detail several practices—all of which you can easily do—that will help orient your mind toward healing, and allow the rest of your being to follow. While I work extensively with meditation, this is only one method; there are many ways to work with the mind that do not involve taking a seat in silent contemplation. In our daily lives with all our responsibilities, we overlook many of them. I invite you to go to work on your mind this week. In truth, it has always been a good time to heal, it is an excellent time right now, and when this pandemic has ended, everything we cover on the show this week will still be relevant. Healing is timeless, and oh so worth every moment of your effort. It matters for you, for your family, and for the world as a whole. Quite literally, we are all in this together, and it matters greatly that you keep your cool. Are you struggling with this? If so, that’s understandable. Few if any of us have ever lived through a pandemic. Transformation 101: Our Limiting StoriesAired Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTWe would all love to say that it’s untrue, but we limit ourselves. Whether in blatant ways or subtly, we get in our way as a matter of habit and keep ourselves stuck, frustrated, and unhappy. If for some reason we experience some joy and happiness, it does not last. Wouldn’t you like to make it last? Wouldn’t you like your life to be a steady stream of abundance and miracles? If you answered yes, I invite you to join me this week as we continue the mini-series Transformation 101 with a deeper examination of our limiting stories. Listening to them keeps us stuck. There are many limiting stories that we tell ourselves. We might say, for example, “I’m too old.” Similarly, we might say that something we really want “just isn’t for me” or that “I don’t have time.” There are as many limiting stories as there are people; I am just naming a few of them here.Every limiting story is a manifestation of fear. It is fear that keeps you stuck when deep-down you crave a new, transformed reality. Without a decision to change—to transform—these liming stories will sound convincing to you and any changes you do make will be short-lived. You will dabble, you will struggle, and you will come no closer to your stated goal, whatever that may be. Decide to recognize the limiting stories you are telling yourself, then commit to moving beyond them.During the show I will relate some personal examples of how I used liming stories to keep myself stuck and miserable. Seriously, this has happened to all of us! Also enjoy the answers to some hard-hitting listener questions and a short guided meditation on moving past a limiting story for greater mental flexibility and freedom, also peace, abundance, and a life of harmony and flow. Here is the best thing about your limiting stories: they are not true.Visit the Decide to Transform show page https://omtimes.com/iom/shows/decide-to-transform/Connect with Tomás Garza at https://tomasgarza.com/#Transformation101 #OurLimitingStories #TomásGarza #DecideToTransform #SelfGrowth

Transformation 101: The Two TruthsAired Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTThose familiar with Eastern philosophy will recognize the concept of the Two Truths: Absolute and Relative. These ideas can help us tremendously to understand our experience, and to make better decisions every day to grow spiritually and further Massive Transformation in our lives. They feature this week in our series Transformation 101.Here is the fundamental difference between the Absolute and the Relative: Absolute Truth refers to what is, Relative Truth to what appears to be. If you’re reading into this that one is real and one is not, you would be right. Exactly right.Eastern philosophy refers to Absolute Truth as the Nature of Mind or the Ground of All Being. In Western terms, we might call it God, Spirit, Source, the Universe, etc. It simply is. In Relative Truth, the world plays out with all its myriad experiences. In the world with all its variance, it can be a challenge to see another’s needs as our own. Yet this remains our task if we would grow and transform our experience. When our apparent differences seem so pronounced, how can we see past the differences for greater communication and understanding? The answer lies in Absolute Truth; we seek answers from spiritual practice. The only way to escape an unhappy situation is to seek solutions from outside the confines of that situation. We break out of a psychological prison by coming to realize that there are no walls.Join me this week for a spotlight on the importance of spirituality and its prominence in our lives. Transformation 101: The EgoAired Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST“We believe we are running around as a body. This organism, little more than an agglomeration of water, somehow comes to constitute ‘us.’ All of our senses confirm this; we seem to be contained by this agglomeration, encased within it and acting on its behalf. According to everything the world shows us, we are this body. I use the words ‘believe’ and ‘seem to be’ for a reason: in truth we are not bodies. You are not a body, and neither am I.”This is a direct quote from my book Decide, and the basis for this week’s episode of the series Transformation 101. Let us get raw, real, and most of all radical this week as we take a look at what is—and what isn’t—reality.Everything we see and experience in the world seems to confirm our separate and independent existence. That is, of course, until it doesn’t. Spiritual practice—whatever this means to you—aims to bring us more of the “until it doesn’t.” Call this sense of a separately-existing self the ego, and call spiritual practice the way out.Join me this week as we take a closer look at our supposed individuality and the pain it really causes us to hold on to the ego as the basis of our existence. Experience the truth that the mind is not dependent on the physical body through a guided meditation, and consider some of the ways that you are not as constrained as you might imagine. Also, consider what you can do, right now, today, to bust through the myth of a separate existence and take constructive action to know your Self. And what constitutes constructive action? Transformation 101: Love and FearAired Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTThis week, let’s get back to basics. First off, all transformation is an inside job. Personal growth takes place at the level of the mind; this in fact applies to all growth.Join me over the next three weeks for Transformation 101. We will cover some of the basics of personal growth and spirituality, for in case you were wondering, they are one and the same. Transformation takes place at the spiritual level. We begin with love and fear. People have many labels for feelings and emotions, all of them with different levels and gradients, all separated and subdivided into different categories for our analysis, discussion, and ultimately confusion. You heard that right: our confusion. In truth there are only two emotions: love and fear. Every label that we use—such as anger, joy, frustration, lightheartedness, etc.—belongs to one of these two categories. We are all talking to ourselves constantly, hearing and participating in a dialogue. There is always a voice in your head. No, you are not crazy, unless of course you listen to the voice of fear. When you do that, you keep yourself stuck and small, you experience fear’s manifestations—you get frustrated, sad, etc.The alternative is to listen to the voice of love. This helps you go big in life, experiencing relief, lightheartedness, happiness, and a sense of purpose. This is the voice to listen to.Fear keeps us from moving. Love impels it; it is extension. Every moment of every day we have a choice: love or fear, and which we choose determines the course of our life. Have you chosen wrongly in the past? No worries—we all have. Right now, in this moment, we get to choose again.Let it be empowering to you that you can choose. Plug into love. Call it God, Source, whatever. This is your power. Tap into it. Thrive.Visit the Decide to Transform show page https://omtimes.com/iom/shows/decide-to-transform/Connect with Tomás Garza at https://tomasgarza.com/#Transformation101 #TomásGarza #DecideToTransform #SelfGrowth

The Beginning of Something: Seasons in Our LivesAired Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTDo you fear change? Be honest. Most of us do. At least on some level, the idea of re-inventing yourself is terrifying. While we follow adventurous people on social media and dream of one day picking up and radically changing our circumstances, the reality is that most of us stay put. Fear keeps us right where we are—even if right where we are is dreary and unhappy.Last week on the show we took a look at a traveling season, namely my adventures over the past two-and-a-half years with my wife Cindy while living in the Mexican state of Yucatán. This season has now drawn to a close, and a new chapter begins. With the beginning of a new chapter come many of the same questions that arise during the ending of a season in our lives. What is this going to look like? How long will this last? What are the lessons to be learned? Also, if we’re honest, we ask ourselves whether we will enjoy this new time, whether it will be fun and prosperous, even if we’re doing the right thing by launching into this adventure in the first place.Join me as I broadcast live from the site of our new adventure, namely our home in Phoenix, Arizona. We will discuss an adventurous, curious attitude, which is what I encourage people to cultivate. We will cover topics such as taking calculated risks, having fun, and most importantly trusting your instinct and intuition, which will always guide you. In the short term, you may have things to release and lessons to learn—so your gut may not lead you straightaway into bliss—but it will always lead you to what you need to learn, the people you need to learn it from, and the place in which you are to learn it. In short, you always get exactly what you need.Listen in and be inspired! Cultivate a sense of wonder and adventure. Could there be a new chapter just waiting for you? The End of Something: Seasons in Our LivesAired Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTEach period of our lives, each “season,” exists to teach us something. Each season challenges us, nurtures us, and provides space for us to grow. Whether the season lasts a few days or several years, the passing of a chapter in our lives provides time for reflection, for celebration, and serves as a large-scale model for any process of growth and change.Join me this week as I take you through a season in my life and share the lessons—the good, the bad, and of course the ugly. If you feel like a large growth period is right around the corner for you—or if you would like one to be—you will want to tune in.Here is the summary: in the fall of 2017, sick to death of the western Oregon rain that falls in a slow, steady drizzle from October to May, my wife Cindy and I decided to sell our house, get rid of or store our belongings, and go to live in Mexico. We craved some tropical sun—and good street tacos! For most people it would not be easy to just sell your house, pack a couple of suitcases, and go to live in another country, and it wasn’t for us, either. What we found, though, was that by letting go of our old lives a new way of life and new ways of being opened up to us. In the process both of us have reinvented ourselves. While we may be thrilled with where we are now versus where we were when we began, the process was not always easy and has been full of challenges. At times, it has been agonizing. Now, however, as we prepare to leave Mexico and bring this season to a close, we are both thrilled with who we have become, largely because we had the courage to begin the process in the first place. If you’re thinking about massive change, tune in. For some of us, these are fundamental pillars, a constant presence in our lives. For others, these may be wishful thinking, a distant goal to be pursued but never achieved. This week on Decide To Transform we take a closer look at why. We take a closer look at our unhelpful concepts.Join my lovely and amazing wife Cindy Garza for an encore appearance on the show. Cindy is a longtime coach and teacher of fitness, health, and wellness. Cindy Garza – Health, Wellness, and SpiritualityAired Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTWhat does spirituality have to do with your health? What if the answer is everything? In today’s world it is easy and tempting to separate physical health and the spiritual realm. People focus solely on objects like the body while ignoring the spirit and the mind. Even the most strenuous gym workout, however, is not solely about our biceps or our legs. There is always more—so much more.Join me this week on Decide To Transform as I welcome a very special Guest Teacher—my wife Cindy Garza. Cindy owned a women’s health club in Oregon for 21 years and today serves as a Health and Wellness Coach. She assists her clients in creating lifelong transformation—and not just in the physical body.Cindy believes that what goes on in a person’s mind has a profound impact on any health journey. If a person wants to lose weight, for example, there is so much more involved than simply eating less. Cindy consistently finds that the people who enjoy the most success are those who incorporate their inner world with their outer world, in other words the ones who embrace their spirituality as a key component of the journey.Enjoy the show this week as Cindy talks in depth about her own journey with health and spirituality, her triumphs as well as her struggles. Tune in as she answers listeners’ questions and shares her expert insight into real personal transformation.Health, wellness, and spirituality—the three cannot be separated. To submit questions to the show for Cindy to answer, send an email to: tomas@tomasgarza.comFor more information on Cindy and her Health and Wellness coaching practice, please visit her Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/awakenopportunitiescoaching/Visit the Decide to Transform show page https://omtimes.com/iom/shows/decide-to-transform/Connect with Tomás Garza at https://tomasgarza.com/#CindyGarza #Health #Wellness #Spirituality #TomásGarza #DecideToTransform #SelfGrowth

Commit to Loving YourselfAired Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTDo you love yourself? I mean do you really, truly love yourself, honor yourself, invest in and care about your deepest well-being? Some of you might say yes; others might ask what I mean by this. Join me this week on Decide To Transform as I explain. To some people this question may sound weird. For a number of reasons, many of us do not feel worthy or deserving of love from the most important source of all—ourselves.Without self-love, we founder. We get involved in bad relationships, toxic work environments, and our health can slide downhill. Misery can surround us.This does not have to be. Each and every one of us can choose to love ourselves. What does this look like? No matter what the external form, self-love revolves around a decision and a commitment. Decide to love yourself, that you are worthy. Then, commit to yourself, and put this love into practice. There are many forms of self-care. You might take up a habit such as physical exercise, or you might switch jobs. What matters truly, though, is that you make a switch internally, by insisting on yourself in a healthy manner, creating healthy boundaries if needed, and demanding the most basic of requirements: respect. The benefits of committing to love yourself are truly transformational. Still don’t think you’re worth it? Consider the impact on others when you don’t love or care about yourself. What message are you sending to your kids, your family, and your peers? Commit to loving yourself. If you have, join me this week to help strengthen your commitment. If you haven’t, join me to learn the practical benefits and to get inspired. Experience a short guided meditation on self-love, and commit to yourself. The whole world needs you.Visit the Decide to Transform show page https://omtimes.com/iom/shows/decide-to-transform/Connect with Tomás Garza at https://tomasgarza.com/#LoveYourself #LovingYourself #TomásGarza #DecideToTransform #SelfGrowth

Lisa Berry – Self-Talk Transformation: Unconscious SuccessAired Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTIt matters how we talk to ourselves. In fact, self-talk is its own unique language. It may not occur to us from moment to moment, but we talk to ourselves constantly, and we feed ourselves with messages. Are we feeding ourselves love and positivity, or are we forcing ourselves to swallow garbage? How often do we actually pause to think about it?No matter where we are or what we’re doing, our minds are always racing, leaping from one thought to another. In other words, we are talking to ourselves. We chatter, and our mind chatter has meaning. It has meaning because it directs and influences the course of our lives. We can use it to create wealth, happiness, and prosperity, and we can also use it to make a world of poverty, sickness, and fear. The beauty of it is that we get to decide. We get to consciously select thoughts that will go to work for us and program our subconscious mind, so that we’re always moving in the direction of success and our highest Self.Join me this week for an encore appearance by my longtime friend Lisa Berry as our Guest Teacher! Lisa is the host of Light on Living on OMTimes Radio and a podcast trainer. Her motto is “Wellness for all” and she returns to the show with her trademark joy, exuberance, and vi-brant energy. Selfish in a Good Way: The Importance of Self-CareAired Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTOf course we need to give. We give to others, we give to causes, organizations, charities, but what about ourselves? It may sound obvious that we need to care for ourselves, but so many find this difficult. They may even neglect self-care completely. Do you?If you consider yourself a caregiver, a nurturer, one who loves to serve, prepare to be challenged this week. Take time out of your routine to look within and to be really, truly honest with yourself. Ask: “Am I caring for myself, too?”If you answer in the negative, there is no time like the present to change course. Indeed this is the only time there is, so when else would you? Self-care is critically important, and each of us deserves it.Self-care can take many forms. A number of these take very little time to accomplish, so leave that “I’m too busy” excuse at the door! For some people this can mean a daily practice such as journaling or meditation. For others this involves exercise, a walk in the fresh air, preparing and eating a good meal. The forms are as limitless as your creativity. No matter how you package it, self-care is absolutely critical. If your cup runs dry, how can you truly give to someone else?Join me this week as we discuss the importance of self-care and how easy it is to incorporate into your life once you decide to do it. If you professionally or habitually care for others, please make sure you tune in: this could be the wake-up call you need!I invite you to consider how you care for yourself, and if you don’t, I invite you to consider what you can start to do right now, today. As you think about the possibilities, enjoy a guided virtual “tour” with me as I take you through one of my favorite self-care rituals.Take time for yourself; the world needs it, and you do, too!Visit the Decide to Transform show page https://omtimes.com/iom/shows/decide-to-transform/Connect with Tomás Garza at https://tomasgarza.com/#SelfCare #ImportanceOfSelfCare #DecideToTransform #TomásGarza #SelfGrowth

Creating Some Space: Techniques for De-stressingAired Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTLet’s face it: life is a constant ball of stress sometimes. Work overburdens us; the bills pile up. The kids need your attention, you’re running behind schedule, etc., etc., etc. It is easy to feel like your life is living you, not the other way around. So, what can you do to calm yourself down?Well, you could always take time off of work—or quit your job—and hop a plane to Costa Rica. Not an option? Okay, never fear: there are plenty of things you can do right here, right now to de-stress yourself, to gain control of your life, your mental state, your emotional state, etc.Does that sound good to you?I hope so. It’s no fun, after all, to feel like everyday life is running over us. When it is, we are doing nothing more than existing. Forget about living your purpose if you are constantly stressed-out and frantic. You might not ever open up the space to figure out what that purpose is.So let’s talk about that: space. When it comes to our personal transformation, we’re not talking “space” as in planets and galaxies. Instead, we’re talking about mental space, opening gaps between thoughts in our constant mental chatter. In these intervals—however brief—we can pause to examine ourselves and our lives. We can make some different choices. That is what personal transformation is all about: making different choices. If your choices are not serving you, you will need to make different ones. When and where, then, do you make them? In these gaps, in the space you clear for yourself.Join me this week as we examine a handful of easy-to-put-into-practice, beneficial techniques for opening up some space in your life, space to choose differently. Each one of them is effective and none of them takes a lot of time. The rewards, though, can be far greater than the time spent. Talk about a high-leverage activity! Join us and start to put some of these into practice in your life. Open up some space for yourself. What if total life transformation were more accessible than you think? I invite you to entertain this notion, and to embrace it, because it is true. The Power of DecisionAired Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM ESTEvery moment of every day we make a decision. It may not feel like we do, but when we step back and really examine our lives, we realize that we are always choosing. Life does not just happen to us. Instead, we create it.What are you creating? Are you reinforcing the walls of your own limitations, experiencing frustration, pain, and fear? Or, by contrast, are you removing these barriers? Are you paving the way for an experience of freedom, boundlessness, and Love? These are the options. Which are you choosing? It may seem that we have thousands of options to choose from in life. We can select from dozens of varieties of cereal, and when it comes to watching television, we now have 900 channels to choose from, maybe more. It seems our choices are unlimited, but this is not true. We have a choice of two options at every moment. Do we choose Love or fear, our best Self or our limitations, God or the ego, boundlessness or pain? We have a decision to make, and our future experience depends on it.Decision is a powerful force in life. When we really, truly decide on something, we can surmount any obstacles. Without making a decision, we dabble and remain stuck. The important thing to realize is that we get to decide. We do not have to, we get to. Let us, then, make helpful decisions. Let us choose wisely.Join me for a deeper exploration of the power of decision in our lives. Whatever area of life you wish to transform, learn how the act of deciding helps you unleash your power and creative potential. Experience a short guided mediation to help you identify areas of your life where you need to make a decision, and get the inspiration, the boost you need to make it.Experience the Power of Decision in your life.

Whatever we wish to have or to accomplish in life, whether a better job or career, a more loving relationship, more spiritual growth, or improved physical health, if we are not asking the right questions we will not get the right answers. We will not grow; we will not transform. What questions, then, do we ask? The answer is the ones that encourage creation, the ones that force us to make a decision and to act on it.Never underestimate the power of decision. Every moment of every day we have a choice. It appears that we can choose from thousands of items, but it really all boils down to this: are we choosing Love or are we choosing fear? If Love, we transform. If fear, we give in to our limitations. We keep ourselves stuck and stifled.Enjoy a short guided meditation to help you focus on the questions you are asking yourself.
