#359 In this episode, Guy welcomed spiritual YouTuber and counselor John Davis. The conversation delved deep into overcoming fears and anxieties, spiritual awakenings, and past life memories. John shares his unique experiences, including his transformation from agnosticism to spiritual awakening through a Kundalini event, and eventually discovering a connection to John the Beloved. They discussed the importance of present moment belief, the simplicity of spiritual truths, and living a life filled with love and positivity. John also spoke about his journey from being a stunt coordinator to a much sought-after spiritual counselor, offering hope and guidance to many. The episode is a blend of personal anecdotes, spiritual teachings, and practical insights aimed at inspiring listeners to find love, overcome fear, and create a positive life. About John: From a young age, John Davis always had out of body experiences, “angel” visitations, and at nineteen a spiritual epiphany that changed the direction of his life. When an intuitive reader told John he "walked with Jesus," intuitively John felt that he had. Over the next year, and nineteen different readers sponteneously walked up and told John of the same past life. Still defiant and not wanting this information from "psychics," John found a past life regression therapist and was regressed. John now dedicates his time to sharing what he has learned and how it can change your life. Staying fit and getting healthy are often listed with our New Years Resolutions. Well, we're almost halfway through the year... how are you doing with your fitness goals? In this episode, Women's Strength and Wellness Coach, Nichole Minton, shares small and simple things we can do to progress on our fitness journey. It's not about huge undertakings or overnight changes. It's about simple daily habits such as walking, getting more protein, and making time for God that will make a big difference in how we feel. When change moves at a slower pace we are more apt to stick with it and it becomes part of who we are so it's worth the effort to intentionally slow down (I know, easier said than done for moms). We hope you will listen to Nichole's wisdom as she teaches with her heart and choose one small thing you can change today to start progressing in your fitness journey. Remember, anything you do to improve yourself blesses your family as well!

Increasing Your Healthspan On this powerful episode of Richer Soul, we welcome Ashley Garcia—a small-town girl from rural Illinois who defied limitations and built a life of health, purpose, and high performance. A celebrated IFBB Figure Pro, health coach, and business owner, Ashley joins Rocky for a raw and empowering conversation on rewriting personal narratives, cultivating resilience, and designing a life rooted in vitality and purpose. She didn't just overcome self-doubt and outdated societal expectations—she crushed them under the barbell of transformation. If you're feeling stuck, held back by old beliefs, or unsure how to align your ambition with well-being, Ashley's story will light a fire inside you. Key Takeaways: Rewrite Your Origin Story. Ashley's small-town upbringing came with limiting beliefs. But rather than staying in the “safe zone,” she forged her own path. If you've ever been told "that dream is too hard"—this episode will show you how to prove them wrong. Wellness is Not One-Dimensional. Mindset. Movement. Nutrition. Recovery. Ashley emphasizes that real transformation doesn't come from surface-level changes—it requires a whole-body approach. Your Energy is Your Currency. Ashley explains how preserving and optimizing energy—not just managing time—is the real key to peak performance. Especially for high achievers, burnout is not a badge of honor. Strength Lies in Surrender. One of the most surprising insights? Letting go of perfectionism. Ashley reveals how grace, rest, and spiritual alignment are just as crucial as grit. Money Lesson: Ashley's financial education didn't start in school—or even at home. Her biggest money memory? Her grandpa winning the lottery in 1984 and actually investing it wisely. That one moment planted a seed of curiosity and financial awareness. Today, she approaches wealth as a tool for impact, freedom, and well-being—not status. Guest Bio: Ashley Garcia is a Health and Wellness Coach, IFBB Figure Pro, and elite athlete who helps entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers unlock their full potential through holistic wellness. Her coaching combines science-backed strategies and deeply personalized plans around mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. Key Discussion Points: How childhood experiences shape our self-worth. The mindset shift from being “just” a small-town girl to becoming a global wellness leader. Strategies for managing energy, not just time. Why many high achievers struggle with balance—and how to fix it. Letting go of guilt and perfectionism in pursuit of fulfillment. Breaking generational beliefs around money and success. The role of faith and intuition in transformation. Conclusion: Let Go to Rise Higher Ashley's story is a reminder that our past does not define our future—our choices do. By prioritizing wellness and shedding limiting beliefs, you can reclaim your energy, purpose, and joy. If you're ready to stop living small and start leading a vibrant, aligned life, this episode is your blueprint. What if your body already knows how to heal itself, and your brain just needs to get out of the way? After 27 years of debilitating chronic illness—including lupus, chemical sensitivities, and chronic fatigue syndrome—wellness coach Lori Clemmons discovered the transformative power of neuroplasticity when conventional treatments failed her.In this enlightening conversation, Lori reveals how she went from being homebound and sometimes bedridden to hiking, jogging, and living vibrantly by retraining her brain. The key? Calming her overactive limbic system—the part of the brain constantly scanning for threats—through mindful practices like forest bathing, meditation, and positive thought redirection. As she explains, when we shift from constant fight-or-flight mode to a state of relaxation, our bodies produce healing neurotransmitters instead of stress hormones, giving us the energy needed for recovery. For anyone struggling with chronic conditions, sleep issues, or the natural changes of aging, this episode offers compassionate, practical guidance for making peace with your body. Lori's "compassionate self-coaching" approach teaches how to take small, sustainable steps toward healing rather than overwhelming yourself with massive changes. Whether you're dealing with persistent health challenges or simply want to approach aging with grace and vitality, this conversation illuminates how changing your relationship with your brain can transform your relationship with your body. What small step could you take today to begin rewiring your wellness?Bio Lori Clemmons is a compassionate Wellness Coach, chronic illness survivor, and author of Rewire Your Wellness: A Holistic Guide to Healing Chronic Pain, Anxiety, and Fatigue. After overcoming over 25 years of chronic health challenges, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, Lori now dedicates her life to helping women reclaim their health and vitality. By blending personal experience with cutting-edge neuroscience, she empowers women to rewire their brains for wellness, balance their emotional and physical health, and break free from cycles of pain and fatigue. So many women face health challenges they don't fully understand—symptoms they've come to accept as just part of life, assuming they're normal. But when these issues are ignored, they quietly take a toll. Breaking free from this cycle starts with realizing that feeling unwell doesn't have to be your norm, and that there's always more to learn about your body and health. It's not about looking for a quick fix; it's about taking control and being proactive about your wellness.Kelli Musa, a wellness coach specializing in autoimmune conditions and menopause, understands this firsthand. After surviving an autoimmune disease, Kelli became passionate about helping women understand their bodies, primarily through the lens of autoimmune disease and menopause. She shares her recovery journey, explaining how embracing science and functional medicine helped her transform her life. She highlights the importance of self-awareness and finding the proper support to navigate health challenges. Her story is one of empowerment, healing, and proactive care.Quotes:“It's not right to feel poorly, it's not right to not have energy, it's not right to not have libido.” – Kelli Musa“You can put lupus. You can put any of these diseases into remission.” – Kelli Musa“When you get to the root cause of something, and you rebuild the system, you can actually bounce back.” – Kelli MusaTakeaways:Listen to your body. If something feels off, investigate it—don't just assume it's normal.Seek the proper support. Avoid generic advice—find professionals who listen and help you understand your health.Take control of your health journey. Knowledge about conditions like autoimmune diseases and menopause empowers you to make informed decisions.Challenge the norm. While healthcare often focuses on quick fixes, true healing comes from addressing the root causes and being proactive.Prioritize self-awareness. Truly understanding how your body works is the first step toward lasting wellness. Conclusion: Kelli's journey is a powerful reminder that wellness goes beyond just managing symptoms. By taking the time to understand your body and your health, you can make lasting, meaningful changes. Approaches like peptides, functional medicine, and a holistic perspective on health can help rebuild and strengthen your body, but it all starts with being knowledgeable and proactive. When you're in tune with your body, you can take charge of your wellness better.

Send us a textI just got back from Colorado, and I had a lot of time to think while I was up on those Rocky mountains......like we make so many lists; things to do, accomplish, make happen, aspire to. What if today we made a list of something different. What if today the list included things to "unlearn". Maybe to move forward we need to unlearn and get back to the basics of our heart's desires. #353 In this episode, Guy interviewed Gary Wimmer. He shared his extraordinary near-death experience from 1977 and its profound impact on his life. He discussed his premonitions, psychic abilities, and how they prepared him for an intense week leading up to being hit by a car. This event catalyzed his spiritual journey, leading to a deeper connection with his guides and a clear vision of the future, including significant global events like 9/11 and COVID-19. He emphasizes the importance of free will, connecting with spiritual guides, and using life's challenges as opportunities for growth. Wimmer, an accomplished musician and psychic, also delved into his unique method of LithoMancy and encouraged listeners to believe in miracles and personal power. About Gary: I have been a professional psychic, advisor and spiritualist for 50+ years. Giving readings is the easy and inspiring part of what I do. Other steps - contacting folks, confirming all info, scheduling a day & time, compressing the recording, testing then sending the link, etc. - take at least 15 minutes for every reading. I offer readings using pure intuition, regular playing cards, and Lithomancy, a fascinating and revealing but little-known methodology. Thank you for joining us. What makes trying to conceive so challenging is that everyone is different. That is why we are such proponents of getting tested with the Million Marker Detect & Detox Test Kit. Testing is the only way to know your exact levels of toxic chemicals, pinpoint what is causing them, and then eliminate these items. This process is going to look different for everyone. The same is true for fertility. We describe environmental toxins and how they ignite genes as a lock and key mechanism. Fertility is much the same. That's why we're so excited to unlock the secrets to a healthy pregnancy with today's guest, Kela Robinson Smith, Founder of the Puzzle Method.Kela is the CEO and program director of the Hormone Puzzle Society, a woman's health hub for fertility, hormones, and pregnancy. What does it really take to live longer and feel better while doing it? In this episode, Dr. Mina speaks with wellness and longevity expert Tania St. Laurent to unpack what it really means to age well. They go beyond the buzzwords to break down the three essential pillars of health—movement, nutrition, and recovery—and how to build simple, sustainable habits that support your well-being at every age. You'll hear why longevity is about quality of life, not just quantity, how daily movement impacts your nervous system, and why an inside-out approach is key to vibrant health. If you're in your 40s and wondering how to prevent burnout, reduce stress, and feel like yourself again, this episode is for you. Key Takeaways: - Longevity is about living well, not just living long. - Health is a three-legged stool: movement, nutrition, and recovery. - An inside-out approach to health is crucial for longevity. - Movement influences not just physical health but also mental well-being. - Consistency in small actions leads to significant health transformations. - If you don't use your body, you will lose its capabilities. - Stress can be both beneficial and detrimental to health. - Balancing stress responses is essential for overall health. - Chronic stress can lead to inflammation and other health issues. - Planning for the future is key to achieving long-term health goals. If you don't do anything in five years, they're not going to be less tight. - Finding what you like in fitness is essential. - Mindset is powerful and can impact our health. - People often underestimate the impact of small changes over time. - Viewing aging positively can lead to a longer, healthier life. - Wellness doesn't have to be extreme or complicated. - Sleep is critical for performance and health. - Start with simple daily habits to improve wellness. - Consistency in habits is more important than trends. - We are powerful when we come together to learn and grow.
