    In this episode of HappyTalks, we talk with Carolyn Gold as we learn ways in which you can utilize design to improve your happiness in your home. Trained as a classical interior designer, Carolyn picked up on her clients' stress levels when presented with any type of change to improve their homes. That leads to a unique design practice that educates and supports clients with their sensory health to achieve a balanced life. Her husband, also an HSP/Empath is a relationship coach who also works with kids and adults. They've combined their vision of the world and launched a new visionary/mystical/spiritual book series called LIBERTY 2041. It's about sensory health and learning differences, parent/child dynamics, imagination, creativity, self expression, coming of age, light vs darkness, strength and determination to do the right thing to repair the world. Dr. Alice Fong is a naturopathic doctor, known as the “Virtual Stress Doc,” and she helps busy professionals break free from stress, anxiety, and burnout without having to quit their jobs using a 5-step holistic approach. She is the founder of Amour de Soi Wellness and her mission is to help people discover self-love and happiness. She has given several talks around the country for healthcare providers, corporations, women's conferences and for the general public. Donovon Jenson is a software engineer in the Bay Area and the founder of howtohappy.com. He is a Utah native who has long been interested in human development and health. He double majored in psychology and health policy, and graduated Magna Cum Laude through the Honors College at the University of Utah. How to Happy strives to provide thoughtful and actionable insights on living a happier life. We believe happiness is the result of self-awareness, balance and a positive mindset, among a myriad of other things.
