Today I welcome Mr Ten Minutes, Florian Dagoury to the podcast. He is a free diving instructor currently based in Thailand and for the past 10 years him and his team have taught over 7,000 students, 300 free diving instructors and coached many champions along the way. In his early years he was mainly trained in deep diving, achieving a 90 metre dive in just one breath.
