This episode I talked with my amazing two adult, and teen daughter about what I shared spoken and unspoken regarding "losing" their virginity. We explore sexuality, consent, positive body image, and they share what they would have told their younger self about sex. In this case, their younger self looked much like their little sis.
"No" may be a complete sentence, however YES is where the magic lives. We should say it as often as possible, not out of obligation; out of having the courage and conviction to move forward even though you may not have it all figured out. You'll learn as you go.
