In this episode, I sit down with Toronto High Park FC's Technical Director, Gareth Hamilton, the club's Manager of U13+ Competitive, Adrian Dannel, as well as the 2004 Boys Head Coach, Ayo Moses. Gareth talks about the club's online #StayAtHome programs that are offered to the players and the community of High Park during the COVID-19 isolation.
