Today we talk to Jordy Trottier. Not about his famous uncles and father but about his pro career and what it’s like training and working with a bunch of beer league slugs like Dave and I in central Indiana. This is part one of two.

From serving in the United States military, to playing professional soccer in the UK, to being a winning fitness competitor, to being a first responder, oh yeah a full-time single mom and… she also plays beer league hockey.
