Life is constantly changing and we are all very different people than we were 6 or 7 years ago, and right now it feels like its time to take a break, continue to seek professional help, and decide whats next. So for now, we are hitting pause (paws), but before we go, lets use this episode to take a look back, just in case this turns out to be our final episode. This podcast started as a wild idea among friends—a way to celebrate the absurdity, struggle, and joy of ultra running in a way that was raw and explicit like the trails we run on. What I didn't expect was how deeply it would resonate, how it would grow into a community, and how much it would mean to me (and to all of us) over the years. The inside jokes, the live shows, the interviews, the ridiculous tangents and jackassing around that somehow always made sense in the end—it's all been a blast. Phast Phred, Evil Becky, Jimmy Mac, and Celeste Fong-a-Ding-Dong—you've given me (AFB) so much, and I can't thank you enough for that gift. Most of all, I want to thank you. Your support—whether financial or just by showing up and listening—has made this journey possible. You've fueled countless hours of storytelling, laughter, and the occasional moment of wisdom. We loved butchering your names and making you Podcast Famous. You've been the lifeblood of this weird, wonderful family that understands the beauty of suffering through 112 miles in the woods and somehow still wanting more. I don't know what's next. Maybe Cultra returns in some new form down the road, maybe not. But one thing is certain: the friendships and community we've built aren't going anywhere. We'll still be out there—running, crewing, racing, pacing, and laughing at the sheer madness of it all. And I hope to see you out there, too. So, for now, this is a pause—not necessarily a goodbye. Crewe ReactionOfficials - Again!Jimmy Mac and LangyMax has the PowerMotMRotherham PreviewView From The Home End with Josh YeardleyRef WatchPrevious & FormPredictionsWe totally dominated the game on Tuesday, Crewe looked a very poor side, destined for relegation but we had to dig deep and scrap for the three points, it took a bit of quality from James McClean and Callum Lang to break a stubborn defence.There was once again a lot of consternation with the match officials, poor decisions and some terrible non-decisions left the Latics players, fans and management extremely frustrated, there also appears to be a real problem with time wasting and adding the correct amount of stoppage time on at the end of each half.We came out of the game with the points though and a a clean sheet too, at this stage of the season it is winning games that matters and we are capable of playing under par and still winning, the sign of a side with a winning mentality and destined for success come the end of the season. Friday brings the clash of the top two with our trip to Rotherham, both clubs are sitting pretty in the promotion places with not only points in the bag but also games in hand on the chasing pack, a draw wouldn't be a disaster for either and perhaps the result that both camps would accept prior to kick off, it'll be a tough game in front of a sell out crowd.Up the tics!

Jimmy Mac is a childhood friend who I grew up with always talking about sports and life. He is a passionate fan of many sports including OU collegiate sports , the Dallas Cowboys, OKC Thunder, Dallas Mavericks and more. Thanks for tuning back into another episode here of the podcast. I just returned from the Mighty Grand Canyon where I was a commercial river guide on a 16 day Hiker Special trip with Canyons Exploration or CANX.It was such an epic trip. Our weather was overall sunny and warm with the expected spring gusty winds. Our guests were so damn amazing and the guides were just fucking incredible.Speaking of guides, today's episode will be a little different this week. I decided to change things up for you all and offer up some acoustic tunes instead of our usual interview. The music from today's episode is coming to you live from BlackTail Canyon at Mile 120 in the heart of the Grand Canyon.Blacktail itself is a special place for both river runners and native people. The narrow canyon walls offer an incredible space for playing music, telling tales, or hearing the faint echo of the canyon wren. The guides performing live today are Jimmy Mac aka Ringtail Jimmy, Amy Rust aka Cricket, and Jed Gantert aka Uncle Jedler. Songs played are mostly originals and some covers from their favorite artists. I recorded only with my iPhone for this performance and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the sound that I was able to capture. After what happened at the US Capital last week, I am more focused than ever on helping good people step up into leadership roles in every area of life.
