Kælvning er årets vigtigste øjeblik i kødkvægsproduktionen – og det starter længe før, der kommer to ben frem. Serien tager fat på alt fra management, avl og kalvning til naturafgræsning, afsætning, økonomi og livet omkring kødkvæget. Med afsæt i praksis, erfaringer og faglig viden giver vi plads til både nørderi, holdninger og nuancer, så kødkvæget kan blive belyst fra flere vinkler.
