It's so easy to get lost in WHAT we have to do to achieve, and don't get me wrong. The WHAT or the processes of how we achieve our goals is important. Too many focus on the outcome and wonder why they never achieve. But within the process, within the things we have to do, don't forget why it all began. Don't lose sight of the real goal you're chasing amongst the data and actions you set yourself to do each day.
What we believe we can do and what we can actually do are NOT the same thing. We handicap ourselves with our self belief; never really pushing the limits on what we are capable of physically and mentally. And by doing that?
