☎️Schedule a Business Evaluation Call with The Construction Leading Edge Team HERE – If you've been listening to podcasts, reading books, going to conferences, and consuming business content for months, but your business still looks the same… this one's going to sting. In this episode of The Construction Leading Edge Podcast, I break down how construction business owners use podcasts, webinars and "research" as a way to numb the frustration of being stuck, instead of making the decisions that would actually change their business. I explain why waiting for perfect information is a myth, how indecision creates paralysis, and why the real risk isn't making the wrong move, it's making no move at all. This episode is especially valuable for those of you who are working 50, 60, even 70 hour weeks, those who know they need to hire, raise prices, systemize, or get help, but keep pushing the decision down the road in the name of being "responsible." Remember: you don't have a knowledge problem. You have an action problem.

Severely affected areas include Midrand, Melville, Selby, Sedibeng and Hammanskraal, amongst others. Water experts say ongoing water issues in the province can be directly attributed to a combination of ageing infrastructure and the lack of planning for the growing population of the province. The day I saw Felisha's first post in my Instagram community I was definitely concerned. Her despair was so thick, her hope so low. This is precisely the reason that I have been so inspired by her journey. This was supposed to be a Real Time Heal, but it quickly turned into a success story. Felicia's dire diagnoses, alongside her total unwillingness to stop searching, has led to an amazing transformation in her. This is about more than pain - it's about waking up and living your best life. I know every one of us will take away great inspiration from Felisha's story. XOOX n. Maybe you're wondering why the joy and momentum of the pre-2020 industry seem gone, replaced by a deep, collective craving for the past? If so, then this one is for you. Today, I'm bringing you a slightly "woo-woo" mindset episode, and peeling back the layers on the Achilles heel that's crippling growth: our deep aversion to change. In this episode, I reveal a profound insight I had during my own reflection time, a real breakthrough moment for me, and I think it will be for you too. Susan Powter joins Kate to discuss her new documentary Stop The Insanity: Finding Susan Powter on Apple TV+. In the 90s, pop culture icon Susan Powter burst onto the scene with her signature bleach-blonde buzz cut and bold message of health and wellness. After conquering infomercials, becoming a New York Times bestselling author, hosting her own talk show, and seeing her face on thousands of products, she dramatically walked away from Hollywood. Crippling lawsuits with her business partners left her bankrupt, and for the past twenty years, she has lived as a total recluse, below the poverty line in Las Vegas. This documentary explores the meteoric rise and subsequent fall of Susan Powter, while asking what it will take to bring Susan back to audiences and whether her message, "Stop The Insanity, " is still as relevant and powerful today as it was in the early 90's. Saya Sakakibara and her brother Kai grew up competing in BMX racing, starting when her family moved to Japan. When they relocated back to Sydney, the pair quickly rose through the ranks, winning a slew of state and national titles between them. No stranger to accidents while competing, Saya had suffered a number of concussions herself before Kai was involved in a serious accident in 2020. (The Center Square) – As the government shutdown drags into its 38th day and forced flight reductions begin taking effect, the number of daily flight cancellations Americans are experiencing has skyrocketed. By noon Friday, airlines had slashed 850 flights within, into, or out of the United States – quadruple the number of cancellations made the previous day. The numbers will only increase over the coming days as 40 major U.S. airports implement the Federal Aviation Administration's order to reduce flight volume by 10%, a necessary safety measure as staffing shortages become more severe.Support this podcast: https://secure.anedot.com/franklin-news-foundation/ce052532-b1e4-41c4-945c-d7ce2f52c38a?source_code=xxxxxx Read more: https://www.thecentersquare.com/national/article_e865f9aa-b10a-472d-85bf-4fd9eac4a92b.html Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Send us a text! (add your email to get a response)Little Helpers, this is a new era for this community: This is my first episode as the solo host of "A Little Help For Our Friends." It's Dr. Kibby and we're saying goodbye to my beloved co-host, Jacqueline Trumbull as she moves on from this podcast. This will be a new phase focused on what made this community matter from day one: centering caregivers, loved ones, people-pleasers, and supporters who carry the unseen weight of mental illness and addiction.I revisit the show's roots in evidence-based tools and how it grew into something braver—real stories about dating, divorce, near-death experiences, and the messy work of healing. I cover ethical storytelling, protecting privacy, and navigating the fallout when personal narratives collide with public platforms, including (gasp!) a legal threat. The heart of this episode explores identity and roles: how duos create chemistry and cages, how therapists are trained to be “non-persons,” and why an audience hungers for a human voice over a blank slate. I lay out where we're headed next—deep dives into secure attachment, nervous system regulation, family dynamics, and communication that actually works—alongside a slate of guests from neuroscience, therapy, and creative fields. Expect practical skills, warmer storytelling, and more of the full person behind the mic, from Berlin chapters to yoga studios to the moments that don't come packaged as lessons. This show remains the official podcast of KulaMind, a community made for loved ones who want connection, skills, and a place to be seen.
