The Ground Level gang are back! for the last four years, we've been busy out in the field, doing everything from becoming parents, to emigrating across the world, starting new business and trying to grow up in life. We thought the need for our brand of commentary was long past and that you, our dear listeners, had also moved on. But then came the year 2020 It has been a dark and difficult time for nearly everyone on planet earth. Beginning with a rampaging pandemic and followed by a series of social protests, environmental disasters, political disgrace and leading ultimately to economic downturn. What did we, the people of earth do to deserve this? Did we really bring it on ourselves? With our society needing perspective like never before, it's time for us to come in from the cold and once again put our heads together - to analyse, dissect, discuss and find solutions for the everyday person. This is the Ground Level 2020 retrospective!

More specifically what happened to Music TV Programming - Top of the Pops, The Word, The Chart show? Is Jules Holland the last man standing?

Dan, ever the TV watcher, has a few things to say about the current batch of Marvel TV shows as well as the MCU. The last year has brought us DareDevil, Jessica Jones & Luke Cage. Can Marvel maintain the level? Do you watch the alternate endings on DVDs? When will Hollywood stop with the Remakes? Has there ever been a re-invention that's gone down well universally? What do you do when you are watching (or reading) something on public transport which is not family friendly and people are looking over you shoulder.
