In this episode I let loose on the Airlines here in Canada who care little about their passengers only about profits.
In this episode, we review those who feel a sense of entitlement. We look at the state of air travel in Canada with reference to what is happening in the US. People have taken to social media to cry like babies. Yes, for the longest time, we weren't allowed to travel, but now that travel is open, everybody and their brother want to go somewhere. They expect service to be like it was in 2019 prior to the pandemic. I also blame corporate executives that don't care about their employees, don't care about their passengers, they only care about the return on investment. I dare not sell anyone a vacation package, an airline or train ticket. The industry needs to right itself. CEO's of these corporations are making millions, they don't care and they never did.
In today's episode, I talk about things that are on my mind. Politics, Sports, Travel and Christmas. You don't have to agree with me. These are just my thoughts.
The ramblings of an older gentleman. On todays episode, I complain about both Bell and Rogers, the two main providers of cellular service, internet and cable. I talk about opening up and allowing for some fair competition. The Government Officials are filling their pockets with money from lobbyists to keep competition out of the country. We still love you, Alexander Graham Bell!
My comments are my own. I am expressing what I am feeling. The sadness for lives lost, the sadness for those injured, the sadness for homes and infrastructure destroyed. A brave President and First Lady, President Zelensky and his wife who choose to remain in Ukraine.
The invasion of Ukraine by Putin and his Military with the aid of Belarus is an act against humanity. This is my public service announcement.

In this episode I talk about my frustration with people that come up with every excuse in the book not to get vaccinated and then they wander all over the place without masks. Oh no, the government is going to track me. You really think that you are that important.....Restaurants that call themselves upscale charge an arm and a leg and give you ounces of food, come on, give your head a shake. Oh, and people freak out about how long they have to get into a restaurant and then complain how slow service is. Did you not hear that there is a shortage of people working in the food industry because, 1) they are paid crap wages, they have to split tips, they don't know when the local government will shut restaurants down again.

This episode we talk about the Canada/US border and how there is talks that it will be opened soon to vaccinated travellers. How will the government verify that these people have been vaccinated? I am ready to travel to the US as I miss my friends, shopping, exploring and the food. How do I protect myself? We could go on and on about this subject, however, let's leave this for another day. I also talk about the Hyperloop...a transportation technology that is not that new. The original idea was introduced by George Medhurst in 1799 and then Elon Musk brought the idea of the Hyperloop back to the forefront in 2012. Elon Musk believes in open source when it comes to working on this technology. It just means that the information is openly shared so others can add to it or tweek any findings to improve it. There are so many issues that we can talk about. I don't know where to start or where to end. I talk about Residential Schools and the wrongs of those that were in charge before my time. I talk about how wrongs can not be righted, but with open communication maybe we can set the path for a better tomorrow. I have struggled with equipment, programs but not with content. This podcast asks the question what recording software to use. I have used Garageband, Logic Pro X and Audacity. I am comfortable with using Garageband, and was testing out Logic Pro X but then did my last podcast for another platform using Audacity. What do you use.
