Joe, Jon and the rest of the crew discuss concerns with the Phillies outfield, banter with callers about the Phils, and more.
The top five non major sports conversation continues. The guys get really distracted. Dog talk. OK, back to the Sox. Can we chalk up a few wins in Chicago? No. Do we need to jam Hamilton into the lineup? Campbell does not look ready to play 2nd, but at least he is hitting well. Are the strikeouts more concerning or the errors? Keefe says strikeouts and Jones says defense. Week in Review
Last night, the Phillies faced the Braves in the series opener. The Braves came in with a record of 1-8, while the Phillies were on a high after winning their series against the Dodgers. Both Wheeler and Sale struggled with their pitches during the game. Sosa made a great play to snag a home run, but shortly thereafter, Rojas let a two-out ball drop in the outfield, allowing the Braves to score. Can the Phillies recover today with Walker pitching? Is there a need for changes in the outfield? Should the Phillies think about bolstering their weak bullpen?
The Morning Team reacts to the Phillies' sloppy 7-5 loss to the Braves last night. Johan Rojas made a bonehead play in centerfield.

-The guys discuss the Pirates' lineup and it's a very interesting one! Ke'Bryan Hayes is the leadoff hitter, and Isiah Kiner-Falefa is hitting 9th. Maybe the biggest thing is that Andrew McCutchen is in right field, likely due to Bryan Reynolds remaining the DH while he nurses an arm issue that's held him from throwing the ball. Do you think there'll be a mix of cheers and boos for when Derek Shelton is introduced during the lineups today? -Austin Bechtold joins Joe and Donny! Will Andrew McCutchen or Paul Skenes receive the louder recognition? Are Skenes and Livvy Dunne the next Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift?

Adam Crowley and Dorin Dickerson wonder if the Pirates could put Andrew McCutchen at a defensive position to make him more productive, or if that decision would actually end up harming the team.

Mariners Opening Day is Thursday, so we take a look at the outfield as it currently stands and what we expect from Robles, Rodriguez and Arozarena. :30- The Steelers still seem to be waiting on Aaron Rodgers to make his decision and there doesn't seem to be a place for Russell Wilson anymore, unless something crazy happens. :45- Your bracket may be fine, but… you're probably in last place. This year, it's all about chalk and that means that brackets that veered away from the chalk are quickly becoming irrelevant.

On the most recent episode of FutureSox Hot Takes & Heaters Danny Miller and Jacob Thome discuss the White Sox depth and recent Outfield developments. They also answered questions from chat and talked about several recent injuries and pickups.
Rundown[Intro] Colson Montgomery is back thanks to his back spasms calming down. It looks like he's the frontrunner to be Opening Day shortstop, but what if he doesn't pick up his hitting? What if the back barks on him again? Then what's the White Sox plan at shortstop?[19:08] Position outlook: Outfield. With Andrew Benintendi and Austin Slater doubtful in being ready by Opening Day, what is the White Sox outfield roster looking like?[26:23] Position outlook: Infield. Lenyn Sosa is having a strong spring and possibly earned himself another shot on the MLB roster. Who else is joining him on the bench? Could Brandon Drury hit himself into a major league contract? Or will someone like Jacob Amaya get the nod just in case Montgomery gets hurt?[36:59] Best story from camp is the emergence of RHP Shane Smith who is impressing with his 98 MPH fastball. Would the White Sox be better off having Smith be in the rotation over Bryse Wilson?
