Two lads from the inner city of Dublin sitting around doing what they do best, talking bollox.

Late yesterday afternoon we got a phonecall. Mick Foley, WWE Hall of Famer, 3 time WWF champion and one of Calvin's dream guests would be open to an interview. If we could get to the Laughter Lounge within the hour. So, we grabbed the mics and headed down. This is a surprise episode, even for us. Mick told us about his getting started in wrestling, the moves he regrets making and which of his iconic characters Mankind, Cactus Jack, or Dude Love he's the most like. The Hell in a Cell hero shared his story of being a hardcore legend with us and explained how looking back on the past is like therapy for him now. And he told Calvin he had great hair, so expect to hear that mentioned forever now.We hope you enjoy, because we certainly did. This episode was sponsored by Rightstyle Furniture - RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT STYLE, RIGHT NOW. Our culchie co-host Mary Claire Fitzpatrick aka mcluvs2laugh stuck around for the bonus episode this week and gives us the best McGinty since Terence's hiatus began. There are questions about shower preferences, witness protection and Calvin reveals that he might actually be in the market for some turf.If you want to check out the new TB in the Country series head over to TBX now - www.goloudplayer.com/thegaffAnd keep sending your listener questions in to TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com

Mary-Claire Fitzpatrick aka mcluvs2laugh joined Calvin this week and I think it's safe to say she's the biggest culchie ever on Talking Bollox. Between cockerel impressions and Winning Streak stories, there's also a quiz on the rural way of life and in typical TB fashion it descended immediately into chaos! MC told us about her role as the narrator in our new Talking Bollox in The Country series which is available now for TBX members. If you want to check it out head over to TBX now - www.goloudplayer.com/thegaff Get in touch on TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com

Enya Martin and Ger Jordan joined Calvin for this bonus episode and a listeners question has them planning Dublin's answer to the Ploughing Championships complete with spicebags, scramblers and e-scooters. Calvin asks if anyone would even want to win an Oscar unless it's for Best Actor and they wonder whether buying the same shoes again and again should be allowed. And they all share some of the biggest lies they regret telling.Send your questions to TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com

Enya Martin and Ger Jordan joined Calvin this week and since the episode was recorded the day after that amazing Irish win against Portugal, it starts off with some serious slagging of Ronaldo and dreaming about tournaments.Calvin tells us what his idyllic airport experience would be and a listener considering dumping her fella over chicken wings has everyone up in arms. And of course, we couldn't have Ger in and not have him do a prank call...Send your listener questions to TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com

Roddy Collins stayed around for the bonus episode and as ever with Roddy we didn't know where his stories were going to take us. He started to answer a question about earwigs and ended up telling us about the time he saw a ghost. Calvin thinks more kids should be playing in the streets and Roddy reminisces on his own childhood spent weighing potatoes and stacking cigarettes. Roddy's great craic but be careful if you want to buy him a pint next time he's out, because he won't hold back or make any excuses if he doesn't want to talk.Send in your listener questions to TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com

How we could have guest co-hosts in and not include Roddy Collins? He kicks off in his usual fashion taking us on tangents on everything from old westerns, to landing planes and birthdays. He laments the loss of the scissors and comb in the barber shop and tells us how he got kicked out of a building site for talking too much [We're not surprised]We put Roddy's managerial expertise to the test with variety of scenarios on everything from deli ham displays to go-karting feuds.Send in your listener questions and guest co host suggestions to TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com

Joe McGucken and Ian Molloy joined Calvin for this bonus episode and they came in with plenty to say including tales of psychics, ghostly farts and forgotten wedding cards. Calvin insists that any amount of seagulls in the gaff is suspicious and unacceptable, while Joe and Ian discuss the pros and cons of method acting and traveling back in time.Send your listener questions to Talking Bollox@GoLoudNow.com

Our stand ins this week are online sketch comedians Joe McGucken and Ian Molloy, who entertain with stories of feuds, inner city ma's, and car accidents. There's a debate about who would win between a world champion sprinter and a competitive eater and Calvin shares possibly the most embarassing story ever told on the podcast.Send your questions and suggestions for co-hosts in to TalkingBollox@GoLoudNow.com This episode was sponsored by Rightstyle Furniture - RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT STYLE, RIGHT NOW. Does the Spire get taller in the summer? Is buttered toast more likely to fall butter side down? Even though his parking was almost up, comedian Andrew Ryan stuck around for this bonus episode. His car was clearly on his mind though as he raged against bad drivers and Land Rovers bought on finance. Despite never having seen a full James Bond film, Calvin thinks it would be more fun to be the villain than to be 007. And move over Saipan, there's a new debate about Roy Keane taking over as we ask who would win in a fight between him and Rory McIlroy?Send your listener questions to Talking Bollox@GoLoudNow.com

We kick this episode off with an update on Terence's health, after he convinced himself, through listening to a previous episode, that he will have to play the ukulele during his surgery. Honestly, we're not surprised by it at all. Our guest co-host comedian Andrew Ryan tells us his own experience with surgery, how grief is a gateway to getting a tattoo and how he ended up in Belfast. He tells Calvin about how much he's enjoyed his first month of marriage and almost has Calvin convinced to get engaged... Almost. The jellies are whispering to Willa and he's speculating on major behind the scenes disputes that have changed the landscape of Irish crisps. One listener is missing Terry (like the rest of us) and wants to know how we can wind him up with a carefully crafted lie when he gets back. Willa was scammed buying some runners and he's not happy with it. And we get an insight into how stolen art masterpieces end up in man caves in Belgium for bragging rights. How factual it is, well you can decide. Send all of your questions and comments (and guest suggestions) to talkingbollox@goloudnow.com

This week Calvin is joined/invaded by the dastardly due of Willa White and Darren Conway and needless to say madness ensues.Willa gives us an insight into his run ins with Roches Stores back in the day during his previous incarnation as, how shall we say, purveyor of items .They all take a trip down memory lane to Mosney and the 'mooning' pool in the pub and we hear about some of the school tours they took including a trip on a 747 plane!Calvin recounts his bunking into Oasis exploits and everyone is in agreement that the Scots are ALWAYS up for a bit of skullduggery. On the first of our new era of bonus episodes we have Shane Todd continuing his stint in the chair, and he's taking your questions. We're taking your questions on what opinions we've changed over the years (a surprisingly controversial one, it turns out); how long any of us could go missing before anyone noticed, and what food and drink pairing best represents us.Shane has some wise advice for Calvin on how to handle the ongoing issue of jeans in gyms, and also has some insight into Ronan Keating's underwhelming haircut history. And Shane pushes for another post-recording dinner, but this time his luck might be in.We'll keep taking your questions every week, with our guest co-hosts, so keep sending them in to us at talkingbollox@goloudnow.com

No one can replace Terence while he's on hiatus, but the podcast must go on. So, we asked friend of the pod Shane Todd to spin down for a bonus episode, although we probably only got to ask about one question.Shane takes us on tangents about celebrity football matches, the definition of the word 'ambiguous' and the differences between deli's North and South of the Border.Tickets for Shane's tour are available now on his website here: www.shanetoddcomedy.com/ This episode was sponsored by Rightstyle Furniture - RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT STYLE, RIGHT NOW. You've probably noticed our absence for the last week. Thank you all for your patience while we got back to you.Terence has a message for you that can explain where we've been and let you know about a break he's taking because of some upcoming surgery, which is going to mean he'll have to skip the studio for a bit. It's best to let Terry explain it in his own words, so please take a listen. From Jorja Smith and Aitch, to Plan B and Maverick Sabre, New Machine (a.k.a. Adam Jordan) has worked with some of the biggest names in music. There's a rebellion against perfectionism in the studio this week, as Terry calls for everyone to just drop the standards a little bit.Terry goes all in to make the case for eating food on the train or bus, while talking on your phone on loud speaker. He also reveals he's a big sandwich type of man.Is there anything worse than a bragger? Is it torture to be stuck with a real Elevenerife type, or is being trapped with a constant complainer an even worse fate?Calvin makes some big, sweeping statements about the relationship between sporting greatness and abusive fathers – and Terry is having to decide between kisses and condiments. We get around to wondering when everything in life got so black and white for so many people, and realise that talking to people just isn't what it used to be.And to top it all off, we get a brilliant and very touching story from a listener, about a few friends and a lifesaving transplant.

This week, we wanted to show you everything you're missing if you're not listening to the bonus episode or TBX. Actor Ger Jordan joined us this week and as the weather starts to get cooler he reminisced with us about collecting and the Halloween celebrations that were more like The Purge growing up in O'Devaney Gardens.Ger opened up about his struggles with gambling and how he turned his life around when he met the mother of his eight children and went after his dream of being an actor even landing a role in Fair City. We couldn't let the opportunity go by without getting Ger to do a few prank calls, and we'll be honest when we heard tears on the other line we nearly walked out of the studio... Thank God she was a good sport! This episode was sponsored by Rightstyle Furniture - RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT STYLE, RIGHT NOW. Visit rightstyle.ie

Since then he's gone on to do massive shows and has met incredible people through them - Even if he bottled doing a Roy Keane impression in front of him. Al was a guest at our first ever live show, where he attempted to impersonate us on stage. We think he redeemed himself this week. This week on Talking More Bollox, the lads tackle the terror of an overflowing urinal and debate whether to skip ahead in a queue or risk getting soaked. His thoughts on running a Talking Bollox recording offer a window into his thoughts.Calvin has a story for us about an accidental windfall of hundreds of millions of dollars, all thanks to the fancy orange juice, and it leads us to wonder how we'd best squander a fortune – including paying each other to do things we really don't want to, and a gigantic new attraction for all of Dublin to enjoy. We have some uninspiring long term plans, Calvin tries to wriggle out of some tricky accusations with a weak defence, and Terry warns we're crossing the line with people throwing around rat accusations in the studio.Send all of your questions and comments to talkingbollox@goloudnow.com

And within 2 minutes, he proved himself wrong launching into tirades about hoarding and tales of regrettable tattoos and wonky ears. It's a week since we took to the stage at the Bord Gáis for our biggest sold out live show to date and we're still on a come down from all the excitement. From lie detector tests and gender reveals, to Maniac 2000 - The show was packed from start to finish and we went through everything the audience didn't see on the night. What is the cheapest and best way to end a live show? Playing Maniac 2000 of course and blowing the roof off the Bord Gáis, but that wasn't the only highlight of the show, and Terence brings in unwanted gifts to celebrate a great night. There's a revelation about the saying "as blind as a bat", confusion over the difference between a common household safety pins and the pin in a grenade and Calvin cringes at the thoughts of overhearing a break up.The discussion quickly goes down the gutter, or the toilet basin to be more accurate, as Terence takes it on himself to fact check who invented toilet paper and the flusher.Send all of your questions and messages to talkingbollox@goloudnow.com

This week was a chaotic one and we blame Shane Todd for telling us to have Micky Bartlett and Willie Thompson on together. The boys sat down and took off running with debates about gills vs. wings, an explanation of the 12th of July for dummies and Adam Sandler impressions. Willie and Micky are part of a thriving comedy scene in the North and told us how attitudes towards Northern Irish and working class comedians are changing and what it's like to be a part of that progress. The lads don't worry about offending people and didn't hold back on the slaggings they gave each other or the jokes they made and they had us in stitches from the start. This episode was sponsored by Rightstyle Furniture - RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT STYLE, RIGHT NOW.
