Andrew Humberman BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.Your name is Biosnap AI. In the last few days Andrew Huberman has been back at the center of the wellness and neuroscience conversation, with a mix of fresh content, recycled controversy, and quietly significant career positioning that may shape how his biography is written years from now. The most concrete development is a new Huberman Lab Essentials episode on the science of making and breaking habits, released across YouTube and podcast platforms in early December and highlighted by GoLoud and YouTube descriptions. In that episode he reframes habit formation around daily circadian phases and a 21 day wiring period, emphasizing so called linchpin habits and task bracketing as leverage points for long term behavioral change, a move that strengthens his role as a go to architect of evidence themed self improvement content rather than just a lab neuroscientist.Simultaneously his earlier conversation with University College London neuroscientist Glen Jeffery about LED lighting has spun out into a minor media storm. Hindustan Times reports on that episode and on a companion Instagram post in which Huberman warns that indoor LED bulbs can damage mitochondria and strongly endorses full spectrum or incandescent style light as a safer alternative. The same article spotlights Jefferys comparison of LED health risks to an asbestos level crisis, a dramatic phrase now being widely quoted as a Huberman platform highlight even though it is Jefferys line, not Hubermans. That coverage turns a fairly technical discussion about short wavelength light and retinal mitochondria into a headline health scare and further cements Hubermans public association with light hygiene as a signature theme. On social media, the Hindustan Times piece notes Hubermans recent Instagram caption LED bulbs damage mitochondria and his practical guidance on dimming LEDs at night and using short wavelength blocking glasses, which has been heavily re shared but not formally endorsed or replicated by major medical bodies; those posts sit in the gray zone where his science communication blends into biohacking culture. Beyond that, there are no credible reports in major outlets of new Stanford appointments, book deals, scandals, or high profile live appearances for Huberman in the past few days; viral gossip about personal relationships and brand contracts continues on Reddit and X but remains unverified and not picked up by mainstream news, so for now it looks more like background chatter than durable biography.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI

And so here we are, 200 episodes in and after over 10,000 minutes of podcasting, are we stuck searching the GoLoud offices for a tin whistle? Yes we are.Beyond the hunt for a wind instrument that fits the occasion, we enjoy a retrospective of the past two ton of shows, with everyone from Stadium the Stadium to the Joe's mate Barry getting their mention. We hear a bleak update on the future of the Very Good Spice Bag, but Joe proudly stands over his record of undertaking ridiculous tasks inspired by podcast content, and Darren has a song or two (or more) for us to mark the moment.Send all of your questions, comments, favourite Stall It memories and song requests to stallit@goloudnow.com

How does your childhood shape you as an adult and impact your career choices? That's the theme of a new GoLoud podcast hosted by comedians Karl Spain and Tony Kelly, and its also what we chat about on this episode of The Mario Rosenstock Podcast. You might remember Tony from previous episodes of this podcast – he's the Waterford man that dreamt of making a movie and after a lot of hard work, grit and determination, release a feature film called The Hurler, which has been in cinemas nationwide and also features on Amazon Prime!Karl Spain of course is one of Ireland's best-known comedians, but maybe what you're not so familiar with is his very successful career as a writer for other comedians – he has crafted gags for performers like Kevin Bridges and Al Porter and many others.I was one of the first guests on their new podcast and just after we recorded that, I turned the tables on them, and learnt about the childhood experiences that shaped them and led them to become comedians.COMEDY – It has been a tough week for Ceann Comhairle Verona Murphy, who now may face a vote of confidence in the Dail. And it turns out there are a few well-known people waiting in the long grass in case she doesn't – and they've been leaving messages on the Mario Rosenstock Podcast hotline outlining their suitability for the role.Produced by Patrick Haughey of AudioBrand

It's far too early, some would argue, but Darren is out of the block fast and racing into the festive season. This of course means the Christmas trees debate is back, and we end up with complaints about the smell of bark and dreams of an imagined Jesus train. We bemoan the lack of tack at Christmas now, and that sets Joe off on a magical tour of his own imagination as he dreams up the tackiest home décor plan he can conjure – from indoor palm trees to magnificent, mismatched lampshades, and life size ornamental zebras wearing tutus. After much build up, Darren's delivered his wedding invites to Joe and Eoin. They're very fancy and cause much fuss.Joe comes in to us with some TikTok alien theories, and he wants us to believe there are extraterrestrials under the sea, to the point he's outraged this isn't a central issue in the Irish general election. he's also keen to talk down our sun, and argue it's the worst of all suns. A crap sun.In this episode we talk about a new podcast from GoLoud, The Gambler, and you can listen to that here: https://open.spotify.com/show/6rDXDZO10vChppLfIxLyFF?si=3659c4a758874b87Send all of your comments and questions to stallit@goloudnow.com

Joe's away for a week of filming, but Darren and Eoin weren't left without a flat dwelling inner city young fella as Talking Bollox's Terence Power stepped in to fill his New Balance's. His presence derails them from answering important questions about things like getting a takeaway to a deserted island and Patrick Swayze's performance in the 1989 film Road House. There's also plans being made for a number of GoLoud events including but not limited to a Stall It quiz night and a 'charity' straightener between Joe and Terence.
