Ed Sheeran BioSnap a weekly updated Biography.Ed Sheeran has been making waves with his dramatic health overhaul, dropping 30 pounds and unveiling a ripped physique on the cover of Mens Health UK, as shared on his Instagram around December 18. Sunny 943 reports he credits fatherhood to daughters Lyra and Jupiter for sparking the change, ditching heavy partying for workouts like Pilates, running, and weights to stay resilient on tour and avoid back strains or voice loss onstage. He told the magazine, I want to feel superhuman up there, admitting his 20s were an unhealthy blur despite career highs. Fans flooded his post with love, quipping Im in love with the shape of you and hailing Shred Sheeran, per AOL and Parade coverage from December 20.On the performance front, fan videos on YouTube captured him owning Dublin's 3Arena on December 9 with emotive renditions of Heaven and The Vow, the latter a 10-year vow update to wife Cherry Seaborn where he reflected onstage on evolving love through lifes highs and lows. Earlier, on December 17, 106.7 KMX announced via his Instagram Story a cozy holiday benefit gig, Christmas Carols with Ed and Wheatus, at New Yorks Bowery Mission chapel to aid the homeless, with a waitlist now open for Thursday's show.Business buzz hit December 22 when Charlotte Stories revealed his 2026 LOOP Tour stop at Bank of America Stadium on October 17, touting hits plus tracks from his fresh album Play, infused with Irish folk, Indian classical, and Persian vibes in an intimate stadium setup. This residency-style pivot signals family priorities, as he hinted on a recent podcast about one more big tour before slowing for school years. No fresh social mentions or appearances pop in the last 48 hours, but his lean glow lit up recent Dusseldorf shows too. All verified, no rumors herejust Ed leveling up for the long haul.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI
Ed Sheeran BioSnap a weekly updated Biography. This is Biosnap AI. Ed Sheeran has been quietly having a very loud week. In the space of a few days he has mixed stadium level moments with pub style chaos, and there are a couple of developments that could end up as real biographical milestones.According to coverage from ABC Audio affiliates, Ed's new song Drive, co written with John Mayer and Blake Slatkin for the Brad Pitt racing film F1, has made the official Academy Awards shortlist for Best Original Song. Entertainment reports note that only fifteen tracks made the cut, and this is the closest Ed has come so far to genuine Oscar contention, a shift that nudges him more firmly into the film composer lane and could mark the start of a new chapter in his career.Onstage, fan videos from Manchester, Coventry and Dublin show him road testing material that feels deliberately reflective. At Co op Live in Manchester on December 7, YouTube uploads capture him performing Fairytale of New York and a new track Old Phone, leaning into nostalgia and classic songwriting rather than pure chart chasing. A few nights later in Dublin's 3Arena, another widely shared clip shows him unveiling The Vow, which he introduces on mic as a ten year update on Perfect, a marital love song framed as a decade in review. That explicit link back to one of his signature hits gives The Vow potential to become a long term catalogue piece, not just another tour exclusive.Stateside, Ed dropped into the 2025 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden in New York City on December 12, where radio recap pieces list him alongside a younger pop lineup, underlining his ongoing relevance in the hit making ecosystem. Then, in the most Ed Sheeran move imaginable, he reportedly left the arena and wandered into Asia Roma karaoke bar in Manhattan with Harry Potter actor Tom Felton. Video shared by the bar and picked up by Mix 92 point 9 and other outlets shows him perched at the counter leading the crowd in a sing along to Perfect, handing the mic to the bartender and insisting everyone join in. That clip has ricocheted around social media, reinforcing his everyman brand and blurring the line between superstar and bloke at the pub.On the business side, Audacy stations are already running contests for tickets to his Loop Tour date at AT and T Stadium in Arlington in October 2026, a sign that the touring machine is booked well into the future and that whatever else changes, Ed Sheeran is not stepping off the big stage any time soon.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI

Ed Sheeran BioSnap a weekly updated Biography. This is Biosnap AI reporting on Ed Sheeran, and in the past few days his story has been a mix of career redefinition, hometown loyalty, and a dash of charity-shop chic. The most biographically significant development is his open talk about winding down large scale touring. In a new episode of The Hollywood Reporters Awards Chatter podcast, highlighted by Parade and AOL, Ed said he has only one more big tour left in him before his daughters hit their school years, after which he plans to stop extensive world touring and stay closer to home. According to Parade, he even revealed he is exploring building a dedicated venue near his Suffolk base so he can play a long term residency on his own doorstep, a move that would fundamentally shift his career from global road warrior to rooted local institution. The Evening Standard separately reported he has been looking at a state of the art venue concept near Ipswich, though details and timelines there are still at the drawing board stage and should be treated as early stage planning rather than a done deal. On the live front right now, Shazam's event listings show him in the thick of his 2025 Loop Tour with arena dates including Co op Live in Manchester and an imminent 3Arena show in Dublin, with Irish Concert Travel marketing buses for his December 9 performance as one of the big gigs of the year. That run supports his recent album Play and keeps him in full stadium tier circulation even as he publicly plots a more settled future. Offstage, his most talked about business and philanthropic move is extremely on brand. Sunny 106.3 reports that Ed has donated almost 60 personal items to a week long eBay auction for East Anglias Childrens Hospices, the charity he has supported for years and represents as an ambassador. The lots range from worn Nike Air Max trainers to eco friendly glasses and a beaded friendship bracelet, all sold with signed proof of authenticity, and continue a series of clothing auctions that the charity says have already raised more than seventy thousand pounds. On social media and fan channels, fresh clips of his performance of Azizam at Capitals Jingle Bell Ball at Londons O2 have circulated via Capital FM, feeding the ongoing narrative that even as he talks about slowing down, Ed Sheeran is still very much in the center of the pop conversation.Get the best deals https://amzn.to/3ODvOtaThis content was created in partnership and with the help of Artificial Intelligence AI

Joanne McNally is a hilarious woman. Her comedy has resonated with people all over the world, with her tours selling out wherever she goes, making history as the first Irish female comic to headline Dublin's 3Arena. And with her podcast, ‘My Therapist Ghosted Me', Joanne has become one of the most compelling, unfiltered voices in comedy right now. What I love about Joanne is that she didn't follow the “perfect plan”. She built her comedy career in her thirties after realising she wasn't living the life she actually wanted. Feeling unfulfilled and eager to tap into her creative side, she took the most vulnerable parts of her past - being adopted and recovering from an eating disorder - and turned them into comedy that's honest, fearless and completely her.And that's why people can't get enough of her. She's witty, she's brutally truthful and genuinely hilarious. We cover:What is was like being adopted in Ireland in the 1980sHow Joanne used humour to get through tough timesHer journey recovering from an eating disorderHer career shift from publicist to an international comedianSearching for love on dating appsWhy her therapist actually ghosted herMy conversation with Joanne reminded me the story we're born into isn't the one we're meant to stay in and that embracing your true voice can change everything.Joanne McNally is Great Company. You can listen to the Jo Brand episode HEREIf you enjoyed the show, you can also follow us: Instagram- @greatcompanypodcastTikTok - @greatcompanypodcast And if you've got thoughts, questions and comments, you can email us at: greatcompany@jampotproductions.co.uk THE CREDITS Exec Producer: Jemima Rathbone Producer: Helen BurkeAssistant Producer: Issy Weeks-HankinsVideo: Jake Ji & Riley KirbySocial Media: Laura Coughlan Great Company is an original podcast from JamPot Hosted on Acast. Michael Conlan's on The Rocky Road to Dublin. Host Kevin remembers his first time seeing the precocious Belfast teenager in action at the National Stadium, sweeping to Irish senior glory in the 2011 final at 52kg on the same night when a 17-year-old Joe Ward shocked Kenneth Egan in the 81kg decider. A year later, Mick became an Olympic medallist in London and when he was named RTE Sportsperson of the Year in 2015, as reigning European and World champion, an upgrade to gold in Rio looked on the cards. At the time it also seemed like he'd morph into a Dublin mainstay when he eventually turned pro but it was not to be. Yet, as Mick says, it's better late than never, and he'll finally headline at the 3Arena on September 5 against England's Jack Bateson as he chases what would be a third world title shot. Here, we sit down with the Falls Road fighter to find out why he's so excited to box in Dublin at last as a pro, how the 13 years since London 2012 have gone by in a blink, feeling no nerves before his last fight and why that was unusual for him, being one loss away from quitting, not needing boxing anymore, why it's his opponent's world title fight coming here, and his own ambition to face one final title shot at Madison Square Garden on Paddy's weekend, 2026. After a cosy lunch in the capital, we also chew the fat with irish-boxing.com pair Joe O'Neill and Matt Meehan as we look forward to a bumper couple of weeks for the domestic scene. Hosted on Acast. Frontier Touring and MG Live revealed that Sheeran will make a triumphant return to Australia and New Zealand for stadium dates kicking off January 2026, visiting Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. Dublin fans are also celebrating, as theconcertcelebrity's Instagram disclosed two shows slated for December 2025 at Dublin's 3Arena.In terms of broader impact, the UK Post this week reiterated that Sheeran maintains his status as one of the world's richest musicians, sitting at a net worth of 350 million dollars, still dominating streaming with 100 million-plus Spotify listeners and his megahit Shape of You crowned as Apple Music's most-streamed song of the past decade. Self-awareness is power. It has the power to change things that we think are written in stone. It can shine a light on our behaviour and remove the self-judgement that holds us back, which stops us from appreciating and enjoying all that life has to offer. The great news is – it's not hard to find! Sometimes one conscious breath can be enough to tune us in to ourselves and snap out of the busyness inside our heads. This week's guest, Ryan Hennessy, is the front man for Irish music sensation Picture This. They have had two number one albums, have gained over 450 million total streams and are selling out stadiums including a five-night stand at Dublin's 3Arena, with more to come later this year. They've also headlined Electric Picnic's Main Stage twice and sold out their European tour in 20 minutes. They have a brand new album launching April 26 called Parked Car Conversations. Ryan has also produced a book of poetry called Syncopated Blue and is one of the most interesting, humble and authentic fellas I've ever met. In this discussion we explore things like:What is self-awareness?What happens if we're not self-aware?How can it help us deal with criticism? Can self-awareness help us stop beating ourselves up?What exercises can I do to feel a bit more excited by life?I'll also share with you my experience of gaining self-awareness through meditation and guide you through some simple steps to cultivate it in your life. We've also got a special longer guided meditation to get you started on the path to feeling more tuned in and up for the craic!
