    Once upon a time, there was a guy named Carl. One day, Carl bought a building on a busy corner in the hopes of opening up a frozen yogurt yoga studio called FroYoGa. Not long after he's all moved in and set up, Carl notices a weird smell coming from the basement, and calls someone to check it out. It turns out that Carl's building used to be a gas station, and has several large tanks buried in the ground, and they're leaking. Carl is now responsible for the cost of cleanup and removal of the tanks, something that may cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars! Carl is PISSED OFF, and more than a little screwed. Carl should have called today's guest, Jeff Paetz an Envorionmental Geologist with Phoenix Environmental BEFORE he bought the building. Don't be like Carl.
