Welcome back! Today we dive into my nursing journey. 19 years young, alone in a new state & a CNA. I tried LPN school but decided to quit and pursue my RN. I was a CNA 4 years prior to starting my RN program. Believing in God and his plan over my life helped me shun out the naysayers, financial struggles and doubts I had and helped me to trust in his plan. 9.9% of RNs are black women. Happy Black History month.
