Welcome back! Today we dive into my nursing journey. 19 years young, alone in a new state & a CNA. I tried LPN school but decided to quit and pursue my RN. I was a CNA 4 years prior to starting my RN program. Believing in God and his plan over my life helped me shun out the naysayers, financial struggles and doubts I had and helped me to trust in his plan. 9.9% of RNs are black women. Happy Black History month.

Many of us, regardless of job title and description at some point may encounter conflict in the workplace which unfortunately can lead to having a bad shift. The outcomes related to workplace conflict aren't that great and can vary from personal insults, arguments, bullying and passive aggressive behaviors just to name a few.
